        플라즈마 표면개질에 따른 FRP의 자외선 열화 특성에 관한 연구

        In this study, composite materials were put to dry interfacial treatment by use of plasma technology. It has been presented that the optimum parameters for the best wettability of the samples at the time of generation of plasma were oxygen atmosphere, 0.1 Torr of system pressure, 100 W of discharge power, and 3 minutes of discharge time. The decrease in surface potential of charged samples by corona discharge indicates that the amount of accumulated electrical charges reduces and the charges that have been injected lessen rapidly when the duration of UV irradiation increases. The surface resistivity and the tensile strength of plasma treated samples, a longer UV irradiation time resulted in decreased insulation.

        석유화학공장의 위험성 관리에 의한 장외영향평가에 관한 연구

        석유화학공장과 같은 복합시설은 다양한 장치설계와 공정으로 이루어지고 있어 많은 사고발생 가능요인을 내포하고 있지만, 위험을 관리하는 수준은 최고단계를 유지하고 있어 안전관리 수준은 매우 높다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 위험을 원초적으로 제거할 수는 없기에 이를 대비한 안전관리 수준향상에 대한 끊임없는 노력이 항상 수반되어야 한다. 이런 시설에서 만일, 사고가 발생한다면 피해영향 범위가 On-site에서 Off-site로 확대되어 인근지역의 피해를 야기할 수 있어 이에 대한 대책마련이 우선 되어야 한다. 실제 사례로 `12년 발생한 구미 불산 사고로 인하여 인근지역의 인명 및 재산 등 막대한 피해를 발생시킴으로서 화학물질 사고에 대한 안전문제가 사회적 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 화학물질 사고가 지속적으로 발생됨에 따라 주민과 정부, 대기업의 갈등이 사회적인 문제를 일으키고 있어 이에 대한 해결책을 마련하고자 정부에서는 장외영향평가를 도입하여 실시하고 있으나 고용노동부에서 시행하고 있는 공정안전관리제도와의 중복성 문제, 정량적 위험성 평가 방법의 신뢰성 부족 등 제도의 성공적인 정착을 위한 체계적인 제도운영의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 또한 위험시설물의 신규 설립 및 증축시 사업 운영주체와 주변지역의 주민들과 마찰을 빚고 있으며 이를 관리하는 부처에서도 처리인력의 전문성 부재와 관련법이 미비하여 사업승인에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 석유화학공장의 위험성 관리를 위하여 실시되는 장외영향평가의 실효성을 높이기 위하여 기술적, 제도적 접근을 통한 해결책을 제시하고자 한다. Although complex facilities such as petrochemical plants are composed of various device designs and processes, there are many possible causes of accidents. However, the level of risk management is at the highest level and safety management level is very high. However, since the risk can not be eliminated at the outset, there is always a constant effort to improve the level of safety management. In such a facility, if an accident occurs, the extent of the damage may be extended from the on-site to the off-site, causing damage to the nearby area.As a practical case, the safety problem of chemical accidents is emerging as a social issue by causing enormous damage such as human life and property in the neighboring area due to Gumi HF accident that occurred for 12 years. As the chemical accidents continue to occur, conflicts between residents, governments, and large corporations are causing social problems. The government has introduced Off-Site Consequence Analysis in order to solve these problems. but The need for a systematic system for the successful settlement of the system is emphasized the process safety management system implemented by the Ministry of Employment and Labor Redundancy problem, Lack of reliability of quantitative risk assessment method etc. In addition, when establishing or expanding risk facilities, it is in conflict with the residents of the project management and the surrounding area, and the ministries that manage them have difficulty in approving the project due to lack of expertise and related laws. Therefore, this study suggests a solution through the technical and institutional approach to enhance the effectiveness of Off-Site Consequence Analysis for the risk management of petrochemical plants.

        건식법에 의해 제조된 내열성 폴리이미드박막의 열적특성 및 습도감지특성

        The aim of this paper is to establish the optimum fabrication condition of specimens, using the Vapor Deposition Polymerization Method(VDPM), which is one of modesto prepare functional organic thin films using a dry process, and to develop a thin film type humidity sensor which has good humidity sensitive characteristics. The inner part of the film became denser and roughness of the film surface eased as curing temperature increased so that thickness of the film could be made uniform. This also shows the appropriate curing temperature was 250℃. The basic structure of the humidity sensor is a parallel capacitor which consists of three layers of Aluminum/Polyimide/Aluminum. The result of SEM and AFM measurement shows that the thickness of PI thin films decreased and the refraction increased as curing temperature increased, which indicates that a capacitance-type humidity sensor utilizing polyimide thin film is fabricated on a glass substrate. The characteristics of fabricated samples were measured under various conditions, and the samples had linear characteristics in the range of 20~80 %RH, independent of temperature change, and low hysteresis characteristic.

        폐수중 티오시안산이온을 측정하기 위한 계면활성제를 이용한 고분자 막전극

        Ion-selective electrode responsive to the thiocynate ion prepared by using the quaternary ammonium salts as a active material and PVC as a membrane matrix. The effect of chemical structure and composition of active material, and the membrane thickness on the linear response. the detection limit, and Nernstian slope of the electrode studied. Under the above optimum conditions of membrane, the effect of pH and the selectivity coefficients to various interfering anions were compared and investigated. It was concluded that the functions of thiocynate ion-selective electrode(ISE) were closely related to the chemical structure of the quaternary ammonium salts. The linear response, and the detection limit of the electrode potential increased with the increase of the carbon chain length of the alkyl group in the quaternary ammonium salts in the ascending order of Aliquat 330T, TOAT, TDAT, and TDDAT. The optimum membrane thickness was 0.3㎜. The electrode characteristics was better with the decrease of the concentration of active material, and the best concentration was 3 weight percent. The membrane potential was independent of the pH variation in the region from pH 2 to 12. The order of the selectivity coefficients is as follows : ClO₄^->I^->NO₃^->Br^->F^->Cl^->OA_0◎SO₄^(2-).
