2차저항 동정을 고려한 유도전동기의 저속영역 속도센서리스 제어

본 연구에서는 2차자속을 파라미터로 하는 순시토크제어법에 근거한 속도센서리스 제어방식을 제안하였고, 2차자속 정보를 이용하여 운전중 변동하는 2차저항을 속도추정과 동시에 동정할 수 있음을 제시하였다. 수치시뮬레이션을 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 2차자속을 교류를 중첩한 형태로 토크응답, 속도응답과는 독립적인 제어가 가능하다. 2) 수치실험상으로 무부하시 0[rpm]을 포함하는 저속영역에서도 양호한 속도추정이 이루어졌다. 3) 위의 속도추정을 바탕으로 수[rpm]대의 저속 영역에서 양호한 속도센서리스제어가 이루어졌다. 4) 2차저항값은 제안된 동정식을 통해 실제 2차 저항값에 수렴하는 특성을 보임으로써 2차저항의 동시동정과 속도센서리스제어가 가능함을 확인하였다. The speed control without a speed sensor is expected strongly to progress reliability, simplicity and cost performance of Induction Motor(I.M) systems. Also, it contributes to expansion of I.M systems into various industrial application fields. This paper investigates a novel speed sensorless control method of I.M considering the secondary resistance identification based on the transientless torque control technique. Especially, this paper aimed at the identification of the secondary resistance simultaneously with speed estimation superposing of sinusoidal flux wave to a constant flux value. Furthermore, the secondary flux with some frequency is controlled independently on torque control. The proposed speed estimation method is derived from a motor circuit equation theoretically and also it can be conducted easily by detecting primary motor currents and primary voltage commands at every sampling time. Some numerical simulations with the assumption of using a pulse width modulation(PWM) voltage source inverter are performed to verify the proposed method.

부손(蕪村) 홋쿠(発句) 「蝉啼や僧正坊のゆあみ時」의 연구

本稿は、蕪村発句「蝉啼や僧正坊のゆあみ時」に詠込まれている「蝉」と仏教用語「僧正坊」という言葉がいかなる関連性があって一句のなかに取り合わされて詠まれているのか、ということを究明しようとしたものである。いわば、「取り合わせ」の研究である。 そして、その答えを得るために、先行文芸たる漢詩文·和歌·連歌·貞門談林俳諧·芭蕉俳諧に詠まれている「蝉」の詩的イメージを精密に分析し、「蝉」と仏教との関連性がどの文芸から見え初めるかを追究した。 検討の結果、漢詩文·和歌·連歌において最も多く詠まれている「鳴く蝉」の詩的イメージが―「人生の黄昏期に入ったことを自覚させる」、「鳴き声がさわがしい」、「望郷の思いを起こさせる」、「恋心を募らせる」、「秋を予感させる」、「命の儚さ」、「悽惻の情を起こさせる」など―貞門談林俳諧に至っては、「蝉」の鳴き声が僧侶の読経する声に似ていることから、「経典を読む声」へと変ってゆき、やがっては、僧侶そのものやお寺とも関連づけられて詠まれているのが見られた。それに蕪村の詠んだ「蝉」題発句のうち、二五パーセントに至る発句が仏教と関連のある言葉を詠込んでいることを付け加えて、蕪村は貞門談林俳諧における「蝉」の詩的イメージを意識した上で、「蝉」と「僧正坊」とを組み合わしたと結論づけたのである。

공공조직에서 조직정치지각과 조직후원인식이 조직몰입에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구: 조직신뢰와 직무만족의 매개변수를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 공공조직 내에서 조직정치지각과 조직후원인식이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향과 이들 외생변수가 직무만족 및 조직신뢰를 매개로 어떻게 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 것인가를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 공공조직에서의 조직정치지각과 조직후원인식이 갖는 영향력과 조직신뢰 및 직무만족의 매개효과를 분석하고, 구성원들의 조직몰입 향상을 위한 효과적인 조직관리에 대한 함의를 제시하고자 한다. 실증분석을 위해 2019년 행정안전부 재직 중인 공무원 390명을 설문을 진행하였으며, 가설 검증을 위해 AMOS을 사용하여 구조방정식 모델을 활용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 조직정치지각은 조직신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 주지만 직무만족과 조직몰입에는 영향을 미치지 않았지만 조직신뢰를 통해 간접적으로 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 조직후원인식은 조직신뢰와 직무만족, 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 조직신뢰는 직무만족과 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 직무만족은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 조직신뢰 및 직무만족의 매개효과를 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping) 방법으로 분석한 결과 조직후원인식과 조직정치지각은 조직신뢰를 매개로 조직만족과 조직몰입에 간접효과를 주고 조직신뢰는 만족을 매개로 몰입에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 조직차원에서 조직후원인식을 강화시키고 조직정치지각을 약화시키기 위해 제도적 장치를 만들고 조직운영의 합리화를 위해 노력해야함을 시사한다. 본 연구는 우리나라 공무원 조직을 대상으로 조직정치지각과 조직후원 인식이 갖는 영향력을 실증적으로 분석하고, 조직신뢰와 직무만족이 갖는 매개효과를 살펴보았다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. Recently, improving the performance of public sector has become one of hot issues. Under this context, much attention was paid to perceived organizational support and perceptions of organizational politics. Thus, the purpose of the paper is to analyze the impact of perceptions of organizational politics and perceived organizational support through the mediating effect of organizational trust and job satisfaction in the public sector. Thus, we tried to develop conceptual framework to examine the relationships among these variables. A total of 390 questionnaires was collected, giving an overall response rate of 86%. Results of the study are as follows. First, perceptions of organizational politics make a negative impact on organizational trust directly, having any negative direct effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, perceived organizational support has significant positive effects on organizational trust, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Third, the mediation effects of organizational trust and job satisfaction between the organizational support and organizational politics are tested by using bootstrapping method. The mediating effects of organizational trust and job satisfaction have significant effect on organization commitment. The empirical results have suggested that organizational politics, as a dysfunctional behavior, may have detrimental effect on organizational commitment. On the contrary, perceived organizational support has significant effect on organizational commitment by enhancing organizational trust and create positive organizational culture. In order to enhance perceived organizational support, public sector organization tries to find out antecedents of it such as organizational justice. Furthermore, future research should be conducted by reducing selection bias for random sampling method.
