        더위지기와 사철쑥의 정유성분 조성 비교

        The composition of essential oils isolated from the aerial parts of Artemisia iwayomogi Kitamura and Artemisia capillaris Thunberg collected from two diffenent cultivation area, respectively, was analyzed by GC and GC-MS. Sixty components were identified in oils from A. iwayomogi. The major components of A. iwayomogi oil collected from one area (Sample A) were iso-pinocamphone (31.64%), 1,8-cineole (21.55%), β-pinene (4.46%,), pinocarvone (3.72%), myrtenal (3.42%) and trans-pinocarvel (3.14%), and the major components of the oil from the other area (Sample B) were camphor (26.99%), 1,8-cineole (21.55%), α-terpineol (7.63%), borneol (4.10%), camphene (3.97%) and artemisia ketone (3.84%). Eighty components were identified in oils from A. capillaris. The major components were capillene (26.01~30.31%), β-pinene (8.55~18.38%), β-caryophyllene (8.80~13.70%). β-himachalene (1.67~5.57%), cis,trans-α-farnesene (2.10~7.25%) and germacrene D (2.27~5.46%) and there was no difference in oil composition of A. capillaris between two cultivation area.

        성인여성의 보행 운동 후 전신진동이 근피로도 해소와 심박회복율에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 고강도 운동 후 전신진동이 근피로도 감소와 심박회복율에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 피험자는 총 20명으로 진동을 제공받는 그룹과 진동을 제공받지 않는 그룹으로 구성되어 있다. 고강도 운동은 경사 8.5도와 보행속도 4km/h를 30분간 제공하였고, 그룹별 진동유무별 의자형 진동기 위에서 30분간 휴식을 취하였다. 전신진동자극은 10Hz의 진동주파수와 5mm의 진폭을 제공하였다. 진동유무별 피로도 감소와 심박안정화 효과를 검증하기 위해 혈중 젖산농도와 실시간 심박수 변화를 측정하였다. 실험결과, 진동을 제공받는 그룹에서 95.2% 수준의 더 큰 근피로도 감소결과와 50.67%의 더 빠른 심박회복율 결과를 보였다. 이는 고강도 운동 후 전신진동이 근육속 혈관을 지속적으로 자극하여 운동 후 초과산소섭취를 빠르게 해소하고 혈액순환 기능을 증진시켜 피로도를 감소시킨다. 고강도 운동후 전신진동을 이용한 휴식은 노약자나 여성들에게 운동 후 다른 육체적 활동 없이 마무리운동으로 긍정적 효과를 기대할 수 있다. This research was to investigate the effect of fatigue reduction and heart rate recovery (HRR) according to whole body vibration (WBV). 20 healthy participants were recruited and divided into vibration group (VG) and none vibration group (NVG). VG was group with provided vibration and NVG was group without vibration. They exercised slope gait with 8.5 degree and 4km/h during 30min. They rested on the chair type vibrator during 30min. The vibration consists of 10hz as frequency and 5mm as amplitude. We measured the lactate in the blood and HRR before, immediately after exercise and after rest session. The results showed that lactate level in VG the more decreased at 95.2%. The result of HRR was similar including recovery at 50.67% in VG. The WBV with stimulated vessel in muscle assisted the recovery function by reducing the excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) quickly and improving blood circulation. The rest with WBV could provide efficient cool-down exercise for elderly and women without other physical activities after exercise.

        미나리과 허브식물의 향기성분

        온실에서 재배 한 chervil (Anthricus cerefolium) 과coriander (Coriandrum sativum)의 잎, 줄기 및 종실로부터 SDE방법에 의해 향기성분을 분리한 다음 GC 및 GC-MS에 의해 향기성분을 분리·동정한 결과 49종의 성분을 확인하였다. Coriander의 경엽에서는 β-sesquiphellandrene (17.6%), germacrene B (7.7%), nerolidol (6.9%), selinene-4-ol (6.0%) 등이, Coriander의 종실로부터는 linalool, decanal (5.6%), γ-terpinene (3.8%), ρ-cymene 등이, chervil에서는 methyl chavicol. 1-allyl-2,4-dimethoxy benzene 등이 주요 향기성분으로 나타나 주로 terpene류 들에 의해 향기성분이 발현됨을 알 수 있었다. The volatile components of umbelliferous herbs having a characteristic spicy aroma were investigated. The essential oils of herbs were isolated by simultaneous steam distillation and extraction and the volatile components were identified by capillary GC and GC/MS. Forty-nine volatile compounds were identified from the herbs. The major compounds of chervil (Arithricus cerefolium) leaf oil were methyl chavicol, 1-allyl-2,4-dimethoxy benzene, and of coriander (Coriandrum sativum) leaf oil were β-sesquiphellandrene, germacrene B, nerolidol, selinene-4-ol, and of coriander seed oil were linalool, decanal, γ-terpinene, ρ-cymene.

        편백과 화백의 잎과 열매에서 분리한 정유성분의 조성

        The compositions of essential oils isolated from the leaves and fruits of Chamaecyparis obtusa (Sieb. et Zucc). Endl. and Chamaecyparis pisifera (Sieb. et Zucc.) Endl. were analyzed through GC and GC-MS. The oil yields were 0.83% (as fresh weight) and 1.36% in the leaves and the fruits of C. obtusa, and were 0.92% and 1.28% in those of C. pisifera, respectively. More than 90 components were identified, including high contents of monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids. Contents of monoterpenoids in the leaf and fruit oils of C. pisifera were higher than in those of C. obtusa. The major constituents in the leaf oil of C. obtusa were sabinene (11.81% as determined through GC peak area), limonene (7.73%), bornyl acetate (6.92%), borneol+α-terpineol (15.67%), and elemol (12.82%), and those in the fruit oil were myrcene (8.12%), γ-terpinene (5.91%), ρ-cymene (7.62%), borneol+α-terpineol (6.53%), and β-caryophyllene (23.74%). The major constituents in the leaf oil of C. pisifera were α-pinene (32.34%), δ-3-carene (25.28%), myrcene (11.72%), and bornyl acetate (8.77%), and those in the fruit oil were α-pinene (29.38%), δ-3-carene (30.27%), myrcene (15.05%), and limonene (8.10%).
