        족삼이혈(足三里穴) 전침 자극이 유문부 부분폐색이 된 흰 주의 위(胃) 배출능에 미치는 효능

        Objective : The aims of this study were to observe how body weight and gastric morphology were changed and whether gastric emptying was impaired in rats with partial pyloric obstruction. and to evaluate whether electroacupuncture was able to restore delayed gastric emptying. Methods : Partial pyloric obstruction was induced by wrapping a nonabsorbable rubber ring around the 1st portion of the duodenum for 2 weeks. Body gain and morphologic changes of stomach were investigated and compared with normal intact rats. Gastric emptying was measured by numbering expelled glass of beads in rats. Rats were divided into 4 groups(non-acupuncture, manual acupuncture. 3Hz-electroacupuncture. 60Hz-electroacupuncture). Stimulus intensity in two electroacupuncture groups was 1.2 times of pain threshold. Results : Partial pyloric obstruction produced a significant loss of body weight and induced a significant increase of gastric surface area. The 60Hz electroacupuncture-stimulated group significantly restored the delayed gastric emptying compared to the other groups of rats with partial pyloric obstruction. Conclusion : 60Hz electroacupuncture stimulation on Zusanli(ST36) showed significant restoration of delayed gastric emptying in rats with partial pyloric obstruction.

        기능성 소화불량증 환자의 위장관 부교감 신경, 위 유문부의 기능 및 임상양상에 대한 조사 (한방병원 내원 환자를 중심으로)

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to evaluate gastrointestinal parasympathetic nerve activation and pyloric valve function in patients with functional dyspepsia through analysis of bowel sounds and to investigate clinical characteristics associated with the parameters of bowel sounds. Method : We surveyed clinical characteristics of patients by using a questionnaire about functional dyspepsia. Bowel sounds were recorded for 15 minutes during fasting state and for 40 minutes during postprandial state. We then classified the patients into 3 groups by abnormal states of bowel sounds, specifically by the percentage of B.S. and dominenet frequency, and studied clinical characteristics in each group. Results : Among the 182 subjects, patients who had low activity of parasympathetic nerve were 25.8% and showed a tendency of female-dominant, family history and more frequent abdominal pain. Those who had pyloric valve disturbance were 24.1% and showed no tendency by sex distribution, family history and complained of indigestion sensation. Patients who had both disorders were 10.9%, and their clinical characteristics were non-specific. Conclusion : Analysis of bowel sounds may be useful in evaluating pathophysiological factors of functional dyspepsia.

      • PERT技法에 의한 費用增減이 利益管理에 미치는 影響 : 費用增減과 資本利益率과의 關聯性을 중심으로 with focus in conection with increase and decrease of cost and return on capital

        PERT developed in the United States is widely utilized for scheduling and shortening the work schedule in the fields of production management. Such sophisticated types as PERT/COST, MCX, and so on handling moneyvalues are only used for cost management but they are not developed to have linkage with profit management for total management view point. Being partial optimum can not be identified by total business optimum, total management system should be prepared and operated in pursuit of ultimate business goals in a total business point of view. Since profitabilty's being regarded as ultimate business goal, PERT should be improved in order to expect desirable effects from the stage of micro and partial management system to the stage of having linkage with profit management system. Shortening the time and downing the cost which can not improve profit rate of invested capital is no more than ineffective behaviors. But a little increase of cost and capital profit rate would be desirable and reasonable to business goal. As it was revealed in this study. cost was increased by shortening the schedule but the capital profit rate was improved by creating reinvestment opportunities and increasing sales volume. Financial analytic rule of PERT should be formed on the basis of profit management and PERT operation system should be prepared on the basis of objective profit rate. And on every stage of shortening the schedule. PERT should be checked financially and bettered to attain objective profit rate. This study tried to search forthe rules of measuring the effect in the financial point of view by analyzing the relevant literature and reallistic data.

      • 환자 맞춤형 대뇌동맥륜의 형상 조건에 따른 혈류역학 인자 분석

        The Circle of Willis (CoW) is responsible for supplying blood form the heart to the cerebral arterioles and capillaries. Since CoW has a ring-like shape, three inlets (left & right internal carotid artery and basilar artery) and several outlets (middle cerebral artery, anterior communicating artery and posterior cerebral artery), it is difficult to analyze blood circulation and hemodynamics factors in blood vessels with an invasive method. To overcome difficulty, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is used for hemodynamics analysis. To analyze hemodynamics parameters, previous studies don’t consider the shape of CoW, but only the disease occurrence or the region of interest (RoI). In this study, Using CoW model and RoI model, comparing hemodynamics factors such as 3D streamline, wall shear stress and pressure according to models.

        우엉을 첨가한 우엉죽의 개발에 관한연구

        The purpose of this study is to develop value-added functional gruel by adding fresh burdock & burdock powder. For burdock, we put fresh burdock (1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0%) and burdock powder(0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2%) into burdock gruel and get results from mechanical tests and sensory tests. Moisture content of fresh burdock gruel increased with more addition of fresh burdock, while burdock powder gruel had less moisture content as the addition of burdock powder increased. Lightness and pH decreased in both groups as more amount of burdock was added. From the result of an attribute difference test, 4% fresh burdock gruel showed the strongest burdock flavor and astringent taste. Among the burdock powder groups, the gruel added with 1.2% burdock powder scored the highest point in color intensity, graininess, savory taste, astringent taste, thickness and aftertaste. For overall acceptability, the gruel added with 3% fresh burdock scored the highest point and the gruel added with 0.6% burdock powder was the highest among the burdock powder groups. Based on the results of this study, the gruel added with 0.6% burdock powder and the gruel added with 3% fresh burdock were the optimum for their good characteristics and overall acceptability when produced.

        가중치 합 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 펨토셀 전력 설정 기법

        최근 많은 실내 사용자들이 증가함에 따라 실내에서의 취약한 통화 품질의 문제가 대두되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 셀 소형화 기법이 제시되고 있고, 셀 소형화 기법 중 펨토셀(Femtocell)은 저렴한 설치 비용 대비 고성능의 통화 품질을 제공하기 때문에 문제 해결을 위한 방법으로 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 펨토셀은 사용자에 의해 직접 설치되어 다른 사용자에 대한 간섭을 고려하기 힘들기 때문에, 자기 스스로 주변의 간섭을 고려하여 전력을 설정하여야 한다. 만약 펨토셀 전력이 크게 설정되면 매크로셀 시스템에 간섭으로 작용할 것이며, 반대로 펨토셀 전력이 작게 설정되면 펨토셀 사용자의 수신 성능은 나빠지게 될 것이다. 그러므로 펨토셀 기지국은 매크로셀과 펨토셀 시스템 사이에서 발생하는 trade-off 관계를 잘 고려하여 다른 시스템의 사용자에게는 간섭을 최소화 시키고, 자신의 시스템에 속해 있는 사용자에게는 최대의 신호를 송신하여 좋은 성능을 갖도록 하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 trade-off 관계로 인한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 유전자 알고리즘(Genetic Algorithm)을 이용하여 최적의 펨토셀 전력을 설정한다. 또한 가중치 합(Weighted Sum Approach) 기법을 통해 시스템 목적에 따라 다른 가중치를 부여하여 여러 가지 목적에 부합하는 시스템 성능을 갖도록 한다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 수행을 통해 기존의 전력 설정 방식과 제안하는 가중치 합 유전자 알고리즘 기반 펨토셀 전력 설정 방식의 성능을 비교하였으며, 그 결과 제안한 알고리즘의 전력 설정 방식이 사용자에게 더 좋은 SINR(Signal to Noise Interference Ratio)과 많은 채널 용량을 갖는 것을 확인하였다. Due to the effect of indoor coverage problem, the QoS of the indoor users will be degraded dramatically, with the number of indoor users. The femto cell is a popular solution for such problems. Since the price of the femto base station is usually cheap enough, one can sets up huge number of base stations in a small indoor area to reduce the size of communication cell. In this way, the QoS of the indoor users can be improved significantly. Moreover, the data rate can also be increased. However, how to decide an ideal transmitting power according to the surrounding radio environment is not a trivial problem, that still has not been addressed well. If the transmit power of femto base station is too large, the interference to the macro users will be increased. Conversely, if the transmit power of femto base station is too small; the coverage of femto base station will be reduced. To address this problem, we propose a power configuration method in femto base station using Genetic Algorithm by investigating a new fitness function. Furthermore, we adopt the weighted sum approach to improve the user performance in different modes. The simulation results show that the proposed power configuration method can not only improves the downlink SINR, but also enhance the channel capacity for both the Macro cell systems and Femto cell systems compared with some conventional methods.

        Changes in Light Transmittance of Greenhouse Covering Materials and Cucumber Growth as Affected by Particulate Matter

        In recent years, fine and yellow dust pollution has become serious in Korea and has negatively affected crop production. Particulate matter (PM) adheres to greenhouse coverings, and it reduces the amount of solar radiation transmitted into a greenhouse. A reduction in light transmittance can have a direct effect on crop photosynthesis and an indirect effect on air temperature in a greenhouse, which can lead to differences in crop yield. The objectives of this study were to investigate the changes in light transmittance of different cover materials by PM and to determine the changes in cucumber growth in a greenhouse due to reduced light transmittance. We measured the changes in light transmittance of polyethylene (PE) and polyolefin (PO) films in the PM generation chambers. Also, cucumber plants were cultivated in a greenhouse with four different light reduction treatments (0, 10, 20, and 30% reduction of light transmittance). The initial light transmittance of PO film was higher than that of PE film and the decrease in light transmittance of PO film due to PM was less than that of PE film. The vegetative growth of cucumber was promoted under the reduced light transmittance treatments; however, the yield of cucumber was highest in the control (0% reduction of light transmittance). From the results, we confirmed that PO film was less PM adhesion and that cucumber yield during the spring season can be reduced by the reduction in light transmittance due to PM.
