최근 국내 골재의 경우 조립율 및 0.08mm 이하 미립분에 대해서 일정하지 않은 품질을 나타내고 있다. 이러한 부분들은 콘크리트의 품질에 큰 영향을 끼친다. 본 연구에서는 지역별 골재 특성에 따른 물리적 특성 (압축강도 및 탄성계수)에 대한 부분을 평가하였다. Recently, aggregates of Korea have inconsistent quality in fineness modulus and the portion of the fine particles under 0.08mm. Such properties have a great influence on the quality of concrete. So, in this study, we evaluate the physical characteristics like sterength and the modulus of elasticity depending on the aggregate characteristics of each region.

무용전공 중, 고등학생과 교사의 상호작용, 무용자신감, 무용몰입의 구조적 관계

The purpose of this study was to examine the model structurale rlationship among dance-majoring middle/high school student-teacher interactions, dance confidence, dance flow. A total of 505 dance-Majoring middle/high school student in this study, exploration and conrfmi atory factor analysis and reliability test were conducted to verify the validity and reliability of the measurmeent tools. Data which is obtained through selfdetermination was analyzed using by the correlation analysis, SEM and multi-group analysis with SPSS 18 and AMOS 20. The result of analysis is give as following. First, interactions had positive effect on dance confidence and dance flow also dance confidence had positive effect on dacne flow. and dance confidence have direc t and in-direct mediation effect for relationship between interactions and dance flow. Second, there are significant difference of 2 direct path in test of the structuraml odel invariance across grade(interactions→dance confidence, interactions→ dance flow)

비정규직 노동조합 조직화와 친밀감의 정치: 금속노조 3개 사내하청지회 조직화 사례 연구

이 연구는 금속노조 산하 3개 사내하청 노동조합 사례를 통해 조직화의 토대가 취약한 비정규직 노동자들이 어떤 조건에서 성공적으로 노동조합을 조직하고 생존해갈수 있는지를 분석하고 있다. 분석결과, ‘조직화 단계’에서는 경험과 역량을 갖춘 활동가의 존재, 활동가와 뜻을 함께 하는 핵심세력인 초동주체의 형성, 개인들의 불만과 작업장 안팎의 정치적 기회-위협구조가 중요한 영향을 미치며, ‘투쟁 및 교섭 단계’에서는 정규직 노동조합의 연대와 이를 이끌어내기 위한 비정규직 노동조합의 연대동원전략, 사용자의 탄압방식과 탄압강도, 비정규직 노동조합의 작업장 내 위치권력 등이 핵심요인이라는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 무엇보다도 강조할 점은 비정규직 노동조합 조직화 및 투쟁과정 전반에 걸쳐 ‘친밀감의 정치’가 작용하고 있다는 점이다. 비정규직 활동가들이 노동조합 조직화를 둘러싸고 작업장 내 여러 행위주체들과 대면하면서 이해관계와 행동양식을 조율해가는 일련의 정치과정 및 미시동원과정은 친밀감, 정서적 유대감, 인간적 신뢰관계라는 비경제적-심리적 요인에 의해 좌우되고 있었다. 이것은 비정규직 활동가 및 노동조합이 조직화 및 투쟁에 있어 성공가능성을 높이기 위해 감정의 동원을 전략적으로 사고할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. This study examines how the non-regular workers can unionize and what factors affect the survival of their unions by analyzing three subcontractors branches cases of the Korean Metal Workers Union. As a result, in the stage of organizing, the existence of activists with experiences and competences, formation of beginning agents who are like-minded with the activist, individuals’ grievances, and the internal and external political opportunity-threat structure of workplace were having a significant impact. And in the strife-bargaining stage, it was confirmed that the solidarity of regular workers’ union, strategies of non-regular workers’ union to mobilize the regular workers’ solidarity, the way and degree of employers’ suppression, and the positional power of non-regular workers in the workplace were key factors. But the point to emphasize above all is that the politics of intimacy works throughout the non-regular workers’ unionization and struggles. A series of political process and micromobilization, which various actors within the workplace coordinate their interests and behavior with regard to the non-regular workers’ unionization, was influenced by the non-economic and social psychological factors such as a sense of closeness, emotional bond, humane trust relationships. This result suggests that the non-regular workers’ unions and activists need to take a mobilization of emotions into consideration for successful unionization.

산별노조 현장간부 재생산의 위기와 현장조직력 약화

이 연구는 금속노조 산하 4개 자동차부품사지회 사례를 통해 산별노조의 현장간부 기피 현상 및 현장조직력 약화의 원인이 무엇인지를 분석하고 있다. 구체적으로 조합원 개인적 측면, 산별노조의 조직구조적 측면, 작업장의 역사적 맥락과 투쟁 경험 측면에 천착했으며, 주요한 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조합원 개인 측면에 있어 고령화에 따른 가족주의적 태도 및 도구주의적 태도가 현장간부 기피 현상의 중요한 원인으로 자리 잡고 있었다. 뿐만 아니라 조합원의 고령화는 신규채용 정체라는 작업장 고용관계 조건과 맞물리면서 선배 조합원들의 역량과 자산을 물려받을 상속자-후속 활동가 세대의 양성 가능성을 원천적으로 차단하고 있었다. 둘째, 작업장 역사적 맥락에 있어 노동조합 활동에 대한 조합원들의 관심과 참여는 현장의 투쟁경험, 투쟁의제, 투쟁성과로부터 복합적으로 영향을 받고 있었는데, 가령 조합원들 스스로가 주인이 된 투쟁을 경험해왔는지, 그러한 투쟁에 승리함으로써 노동조합에 대한 효능감과 자신감을 느껴왔는지 등이 현장조직력을 강화하는 중요한 기제로 확인된다. 그러나 현장간부 재생산의 위기는 다른 무엇보다도 셋째, 산별노조의 조직운영 그 자체로부터 비롯된 측면이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 현장의 정서가 반영되지 않은 지침하달식 사업방식과 잦은 집회 동원은 기층 조합원의 공감을 불러오지 못하는 동시에 노동조합활동에 대한 피로감을 자아내고 있었고, 산별노조가 하부단위의 일부 대공장이 보이는 원심성을 규율하지 못함으로써 연대활동에 적극적으로 참여해온 조합원들에게까지 산별노조 무용론이 퍼지는 심리적 동형화 현상이 발생하고 있었다. This study examines why the rank-and-file union members hesitate to take on the union officers’ role by analyzing four middle-size auto-parts company branches cases of the Korean Metal Workers Union. In particular, this study focused on three dimensions: i) individual aspect of union members, ii) organizational structure and operations of industrial union, iii) historical context and struggle experiences in the workplace. The result and implications are like below. First, in terms of individual members, the spread of familism and the intensification of instrumentalism derived from aging of union members were related to the avoidance of taking on a shop-floor union officer. And decrease in hiring of company and the absence of successor who might inherit the assets of senior members was serious problem, as well as the aging of members itself. Second, with regard to the historical context of workplace, an absence of struggle that impedes the sense of independence and aliveness on the workplace-level branches is also an important factor. Interest and participation in union activities were affected compositively from experiences, agendas and result of the struggle. Third, crisis of reproduction of shop-floor union officer, most of all, derived from the industrial unions’ organizational operation itself. The failure of the headquarters to control the centrifugal force of some large-size branches in the industrial union caused members who have actively participated in solidarity activities the psychological isomorphism of the negative discourse on the industrial union(e.g., “Industrial unions are useless”). And top-down operations in industrial union and too many assemblies which is not reflecting the sentiments of rank-and-file members evoked feelings of exhaustion on overall union activities.

자가면역성 만성 활동성 간염과 동반된 괴저성 농피증

Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is an inflammatory ulcerative condition of unclear etiology. In more than 50% of cases, lesions occur in association with an underlying systemic disorder-most notably; inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), rheumatoid arthritis, or a hematologic abnormality. Here, we report a rare case of pyoderma gangrenosum associated with autoimmune chronic active hepatitis. A 34-year-old woman presented pyoderma gangrenosum and an appropriate exclusion was performed. She had abnormal results for liver biochemical tests, with a hepatitis-like picture and high titer of antinuclear antibodies. According to the scoring system proposed by the Intemational Autoimmune Hepatitis Group she had `definite` autoimmune hepatitis and responded well to immunesuppressive treatment.
