        시멘트 혼화용 폴리머의 종류에 따른 폴리머 시멘트 모르터의 건조수축 특성에 관한 연구

        This study is concerned with drying shrinkage of polymer-modified mortars according to the tensile stress of polymer film. The purpose of this study is to obtain basic data necessary to develop appropriate latexes for cement modifiers. This paper deals with the effects of polymer film on the drying shrinkage of the polymer-modified mortars. The polymer-modified mortars are prepared with different polymer-cement ratios, and tested for glass transition temperature, elongation and tensile stress of polymer films and drying shrinkage of polymer-modified mortars. From the test results, the glass transition temperature and tensile stress of polymer film is increased remarkably with an increase in the MMA contents. And, the superior drying shrinkage of polymer-modified mortars using MMA/BA latexes is obtained at a bound MMA content of 70 and 80 percent, MMA/EA latexes is obtained at a bound MMA content of 60 percent. Accordingly, it is judged that the polymer-modified mortars with high tensile stress of polymer film can be decreased the drying shrinkage

      • 유화제 첨가량이 MMA/BA 합성 라텍스 폴리머 시멘트 모르타르의 특성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of the emulsifier ratio on properties of the polymer modified mortar using methylmethacrylate-buthyl acrylate(MMA/BA) latexes, and to obtain basic data necessary to develope appropriate latexes for cement modifiers. Polymer modified mortars using MMA/BA latexes are prepared with various monomer ratios, and tested for air content, flexural and compressive strengths. From the test results. we knew that the water-cement ratio is decreased with an increase in the amount of emulsifier. And the air content is increase with an increase in the polymer cement ratios. In general, the superior compressive and flexural strength of polymer-modified mortars using MMIA/GA latexes is obtained ant a bound MMA content of 80 percent and a emulsifier ratio of 6 percent.

        The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of the monomer ratio on properties of the polymer-modified mortars using methyl methacrylate-ethyl acrylate latexes, and to obtain basic data necessary to develop appropriate latexes for cement modifiers. This paper deals with the effect of the monomer ratio on the typical properties of polymer-modified mortars with methyl methacrylate-ethyl acrylate latexes. The polymer-modified mortars using MMA/EA latexes are prepared with various polymer-cement ratio, and tested for strengths, water absorption, and chloride-ion penetration depth. The test results indicate that the monomer ratio is very important factors to characterize the strength properties of polymer-modified mortars, but the water absorption and chloride-ion penetration depth are influenced by polymer-cement ratio rather than monomer ratios.

        유리전이온도(Tg)에 따른 아크릴계 폴리머 시멘트 모르타르의 특성

        The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of glass transition temperature(Tg) on properties of the polymer-modified mortars based on acrylic latexes, and to obtain basic data necessary to develop appropriate latexes for cement modifiers. This paper deals with the effects of glass transition temperature on the typical properties of the polymer-modified mortars with acrylic latexes. The polymer-modified mortars using the acrylic latexes mixed with various glass transition temperature are prepared with different polymer-cement ratios, and tested for flexural and compressive strengths, water absorption, chloride-ion penetration and carbonation depth. From the test results, the polymer-modified mortars using acrylic latexes with the mix proportions of various glass transition temperatures can be recommended for practical applications. The properties of strength are increased with an increase in the glass transition temperatures. The water absorption, chloride ion penetration depth and carbonation depth of polymer-modified mortar with high glass transition temperature are lowest. However, they are greatly affected by the polymer-cement ratio rather than the glass transition temperature.

        고층 건물의 최상층에 풍력발전시스템을 구축하기 위한 다양한 유입구 형상에 대한 연구

        최근 고층건물에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 이러한 고층건물은 에너지를 많이 소비하기 때문에 고층 건물에서의 에너지 절약은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 고층건물에 신재생에너지를 적용하기 위한 다양한 기술들이 연구되고 있다. 최근 풍력발전을 건축물에 적용하여 풍력발전과 건설기술을 통합하는 건축물 통합형 풍력발전(building integrated wind power, biwp)이 다양하게 시도되고 있다. 고층건물의 최상부에 풍력발전시스템을 구축하기 위하여 일정한 개구부의 설치가 필수적이다. 개구부의 다양한 형태별 풍속변화에 대해서 알아보았다. 본 논문에서는 고층건물의 최상층에 풍력발전기를 설치를 위한 개구부의 형태를 직사각형, 원형, 마름모 3개의 형태로 하였다. 개구부의 바람이 유입되는 유입구와 바람이 흘러가는 유출구의 면적변화에 따른 풍속실험을 실시하였다. 실험결과 개구부의 형태에 따라 내부의 기류형태가 다르게 분포하였다. 마름모 개구부 형태가 가장 효율적인 기류분포를 하고 있었다. In recent years, the demands of high-rise buildings have increased considerably. Since these buildings consume much energy, it is an important issue to save energy in the buildings. A variety of technologies have been studied to apply new and renewal energy to high-rise buildings. The integration of wind power generation and building technologies into building-integrated wind power (BIWP) has been attempted in various ways in recent years. It is essential to install the right type of opening in order to create a wind power generation system at the highest part of a high-rise building; thus, changes in wind velocity through various types of openings have been studied. In this paper, an opening installed for a wind power generator at the highest floor of a high-rise building was set to three shapes: a rectangle, a circle, and a rhombus. A wind velocity test was conducted according to changes in the areas of the wind inlet and wind outlet at the opening. The test results showed that the distribution of the inner air current shape differed according to the shape of the opening. A rhombus opening shape showed the most efficient air current distribution.

        산업부산물을 활용한 하수슬러지 고화재의 혼합비에 따른 고화물의 특성에 관한 연구

        This study aims to develop solidifying agents of sewage sludge using industrial By-Products and evaluate applicability of the solidified sewage sludge. The result of this study shows that it was possible to reduce water content of the cover materials to more than 50% in a short time as a result of the excellent hygroscopic function of inorganic binder made from industrial by-products and the granulation of sludge. The result suggests that the appropriate mixed ratio of (PSA + CPA) - (GBFS + SM1) - (SAS + SM2) is 60-25-15, and input ratio of solidifying agent is 48%, considering the applicability of the facilities, including mixing performance and availability of discharge, as well as the percentage of moisture content of the solidified sewage sludge, pH, and exothermic temperature. The solidified sewage sludge made using industrial by-products met more than the standard of unconfined compressive strength 0.5 kg/cm2 (as for cover materials 0.1 MPa) in 7 days due to ground granulated blast furnace slag, high-calcium fly ash, and SAS. As a result, valid resource recovery is possible through the land treatment of sewage sludge by inducing in-situ stabilization of heavy metals and property strengths through the reactivity of industrial by-products.

      • 폴리머 시멘트 모르타르의 강도에 대한 실리콘계 액상 소포제의 첨가 효과

        In most polymer-modified mortars and concrete, a large quantity of air is entrained compared to that in ordinary cement mortar and concrete because of an action of the surfactants contained as emulsifiers and stabilizers in polymer modifiers. Some air entrainment is useful to obtain improved workability. However, an excessive amount of entrained air causes a reduction in strength and must be controlled by using proper antifoamer. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of addition of antifoaming agent on the flexural and compressive strengths of polymer-modified mortars using polymer dispersion. Antifoamer content of polymer-modified mortar was in the range of 0∼2%. In this study, polymer-modified mortar is used two type of polymer dispersion, polymer-cement ratio of 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20%. From the test results, the air content of the polymer-modified mortars using polymer dispersions is decreased with an increase in the antifoamer content and polymer-cement ratio with an increase in the antifoamer content, the flexural and compressive strengths increase at antifoamer content up to 2%, becomes. nearly constant or reaches a maximum at antifoamer content of 1%. The polymer-modified mortar with a polymer-cement ratio of 10% and a antifoamer content of 1% is selected as a optimal mix proportion.

      • 플라이애쉬를 혼입한 시멘트 모르타르의 초기양생재령에 따른 황산염 침식의 영향

        As this study is to test effects of sulfate attack on deterioration of cement mortar, tests have been carried out with mortars mined by ordinary portland cement and sulfate-resistant portland cement containing fly-ash. It was immersed in sulfate solution for 7, 28, 91, and 180days. From the test results, sulfate attack resistance of cement mortar was improved by admixture(fly-ash), sulfate-resistance portland cement mortar showed high resistance than ordinarily Portland cement at compressive strength, and similar the resistance of sulfate attack with ordinarily Portland cement mortar with fly-ash. Early curing of cement mortar had no relation particularly to sulfate attack.
