장애자녀 어머니의 자아탄력성과 사회적지지, 양육 스트레스가 양육유능감에 미치는 영향 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of mother’s ego-resilience, social support, and parenting stress on parenting sense of competence. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 500 mothers with disabled child in Gyeongi province using objective sampling method, and 350 of the collected questionnaires were used for analysis. In order to analyze the impacts at each stage, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted by gradually applying ego-resilience, social support, and parenting stress. The results showed that the ego-resilience, social support, and parenting stress of mothers with disabled child were significantly influenced on the parenting sense of competence although there were differences in influence at each stage. Ego-resilience and social support have a positive effect, and parenting stress has a negative effect. Based on the results of this study, we suggested a way to increase the ego-resilience and social support of mothers with disabled child and to reduce parenting stress. 본 연구는 장애자녀 어머니의 자아탄력성과 사회적지지, 양육스트레스가 양육유능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하는 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위하여 목적표집 방법을 활용하여 경기도 지역 장애자녀 어머니 500명을 대상으로 하여 설문을 배포하였고, 수거된 설문 중 부실한 설문을 제외하고 최종적으로 장애자녀 어머니 350명의 응답결과를 분석하였다. 각각의 단계에서 미치는 영향력을 분석하기 위하여 자아탄력성, 사회적지지, 양육 스트레스를 단계화하여 차례로 투입하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석한 결과 장애자녀 어머니의 자아탄력성과 사회적지지, 양육 스트레스는 각각의 단계에서 영향력의 차이는 있었으나 양육유능감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었었다. 자아탄력성과 사회적 지지의 경우 정적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 양육 스트레스는 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 하여 장애자녀 어머니의 자아탄력성과 사회적 지지를 높일 수 있는 개입 방안과 양육 스트레스를 낮출 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 기능적 관점의 원가족 규칙과 부부적응 간의 관계에서 일치성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 독립변인은 개방형 질문법을 통해 수집한 원가족 규칙을 요인분석을 수행하여 개발한 척도를, 종속변인은 한국판 부부적응 척도를, 매개변인은 Satir의 일치성 척도를 사용하였다. 연구대상자는 서울시와 경기도에 거주하는 20세 이상 65세 미만의 기혼남녀 345명을 대상으로 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 기능적 관점의 원가족 규칙은 부부적응에 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일치성은 기능적 관점의 원가족 규칙과 부부적응 간을 매개하는 것을 검증하였다. 셋째, 일치성의 하위변수 중 대인간 차원은 기능적 관점의 원가족 규칙과 부부적응 간을 매개하는 것을 검증하였다. 반면, 심리내적 차원과 영적 차원은 이들 간의 관계를 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로, 기혼남녀의 기능적 관점의 원가족 규칙과 부부적응 간의 관계에서 기능적 관점의 원가족 규칙의 향상과 일치성 및 대인간 차원의 향상을 통해 그들의 부부적응을 높일 수 있는 몇 가지 제언을 하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of congruence on the relationship between functional family-of-origin rule and marital adjustment. For this study, functional family-of-origin rule scale made by the factor analysis after gathering through an open questionnaire was selected as an independent variable. congruence scale was selected as a mediate variable, and marital adjustment scale selected as a dependent variable. The research participants were surveyed 345 married men and women between over 20 and under 65 living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The results of this study were summarized as follows. (1) Functional family-of-origin rule was positively influenced on marital adjustment. (2) Congruence mediated between functional family-of-origin rule and marital adjustment. (3) Interpersonal dimension defined as a sub factor of congruence mediated between functional family-of-origin rule and marital adjustment. But, Intrapsychic dimension and spiritual dimension didn’t mediate between functional family-of-origin rule and marital adjustment. Based on the results, some implications were discussed to improve marital adjustment through enhancing functional family-of-origin rule, congruence, and interpersonal dimension.

This study was conducted to psychologically redefine five aggregates(五蘊) which means the five elements of human being and causation(緣起) which means the principle of human being in Buddhism, and to develop a cognitive behavioral therapy model based on them. For this purpose, we conducted a literature study on the theory of five-aggregates, causation, and cognitive behavioral therapy, and discussed the theoretical feasibility of the developed cognitive behavioral therapy model in a panel of experts, including psychotherapists. The results of the study are as follows. First, five-aggregates of Buddhism was conceptualized as mind elements in five categories of sensory information, feelings, concepts, intentions and thinking. Second, in Buddhist causation, three principles of mind were derived: dependency-relations, integration-generation, and disintegration-disposal. Third, a cognitive behavioral therapy model was developed based on five mind elements and three mind principles. This study is meaningful in that it developed cognitive behavioral therapy by developing the core theory of Buddhism psychologically. It is necessary to develop detailed programs and validate their effectiveness through case studies to apply them to psychotherapy. 본 연구는 불교에서 인간의 5가지 요소를 의미하는 오온(五蘊)과 인간의 존재원리를 의미하는 연기(緣起)의 구성개념을 심리학적으로 정립하고, 이를 토대로 인지행동치료 모델을 개발하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구방법은 오온, 연기 그리고 인지행동치료 이론에 대한 문헌연구를 실시하였으며, 개발한 인지행동치료 모델의 이론적 타당성을 검토하기 위해 심리상담사가 포함된 전문가 집단의 토의를 거쳤다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 불교의 오온을 심리학적 관점에서 감각정보, 느낌, 관념, 의도, 사고의 5가지 영역으로 개념화하였다. 둘째, 불교의 연기론에서 의존-관계성, 결합-생성성, 해체-소멸성의 3가지 마음의 작용원리를 도출하였다. 셋째, 5가지 마음요소와 3가지 마음의 작용원리에 기초하여 인지행동치료 모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 불교의 핵심 교리를 심리학적으로 발전시켜 인지행동치료 방안을 개발하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 심리치료현장에 적용할 수 있도록 세부 프로그램을 개발하고 사례연구를 통해 효과성을 검증할 것을 제언하였다.
