G-SEED"s evaluation of existing buildings is an important point because the energy consumption and CO2 emissions of existing buildings are continuously increasing due to the aging of buildings over time. However, as G-SEED certification is concentrated on new buildings and the standards are not yet available, we will make improvements to evaluate the existing buildings of G-SEED. In order to improve G-SEED for EB, two research procedures were carried out. First, LEED EBOM and LEED for NC compare and analyze evaluation items and methods, and LEED EBOM focuses on evaluation of existing buildings. Second, we analyzed the certification evaluation contents of eight domestic LEED EBOM accredited buildings and obtained items that can be applied or need to be applied when revising G-SEED for EB. LEED EBOM is focused on improving the performance and utilization of data that track and manage the energy and environmental effects of building operations. As a result of the case analysis, the evaluation of G-SEED for EB requires quantitative evaluation items such as environmental management of buildings, energy performance status of building, improvement plan and improvement of performance according to tracking value. Although G-SEED for EB is not structured yet and there are few cases of certification, it is expected that quantitative evaluation of existing buildings will be made through continuous research.

The focus of this study was on the effect of decreasing CO2 emission in use stage of the buildings which is applied with various environmentally friendly factors. Energy consumption of buildings varies with energy needs (heating, air cooling, air conditioning, lighting, transportation, ventilation) because of the site conditions and building shapes which are different from each case. For the purpose, this paper has examined how much CO2 emission is reduced from building energy use when Green building certification criteria was applied in the building. And it is compared by using TRNSYS to the same building that the criteria is not applied. In the results, the fact was proved that the CO2 emission could be reduced effectively in the whole building as decreasing HVAC&Plumbing needs by applying environmentally friendly building design. Also the result is considered to be used as a fundamental data for apply in environmentally friendly factors in building plan stage.

Court-type apartment houses are a form that has a space called the courtyard, which surrounded by a household. Courtyard size is determined by the distance between apartment houses for assurance of the right of sunshine. Distance between apartment houses influence airflow of the courtyard and indoor environment. Therefore, it is necessary to study of livability and comfort in consideration of the airflow environment in order to be settled the court-type apartment houses. In this study, we analyze the planning method and criteria have been proposed in order to ensure good daylight environment of court-type apartments. After setting the standard model through the analysis, the air flow characteristics of the courtyard were analyzed the effect on the indoor air flow environment. The results of the study, court-type apartment houses must plan four or more generations in the short side in order to ensure good daylight environment. However, in order to ensure good ventilation performance of each generation due to the fairness of the air flow characteristics, it was found that the need to plan the fifth generation of short side can be. This may slightly different results depending on the number of floors and generation planar size but must plan for more than five lines, good daylight and air flow environment is determined to be able to provide for each generation.

지식기반사회의 급속한 변화에 따라 인적자원개발이 국가적 차원에서 절실히 요구되어 지고 있다. 이에 우리나라의 많은 젊은이들이 거쳐야 하는 군에서도 이와 같은 변화와 필요성에 의해 군 복무 중 학점인정이 가능하게 되었다. 본 연구는 이러닝을 통한 군 복무 중 학점인정에 대한 현황을 분석하여 문제점을 파악하고 해결방안을 도출하는데 있으며, 병사들이 이러닝을 통해 학습하는데 있어 발생하는 불편함을 최소화 할 수 있는 개선방안과 군 복무 중 학점인정 관련기관과 학교의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.
아파트 동남향․서남향 배치에 따른 물리적 주거환경에 대한 비교연구

Apartments with a southern exposure are often thought to have advantages in receiving winter sunlights and summer natural ventilation. However, as due-south-apartments increase recently, the consideration for residential environment for households with no southern exposure is necessary. In case of due-south-apartments, residents prefer east-sided apartments than west facing apartments which might receive more hot sunlight in the afternoon; however in case of west-oriented apartments with active ventilation, the interior area is bright until late afternoon without unpleasant heat and has advantage in light environment aspects. This study aims to compare and analyze merits and demerits of air flow and sunlighted environment of buildings through sunshine duration simulation using CFD simulation ad sunlights about southeast-sided and southwest-sided apartments based on general opinions for apartment directions. As results of the interior natural ventilation analysis, as the average air flow speed in southwest-sided apartments was 1m/s faster than that of southeast-sided, it has effects of lowering sensory temperature of residents in summer, and for sunlighted environment, southwest-sided apartments are advantageous for sunlighted area for duration time inside. As a result of the research, the calculation of physical residential environment of apartment residential space should be reached through integrated evaluation of natural ventilation and sunlighted time from placement and facing direction of the buildings considering characteristics and environment of each apartment, not based on general opinions.
