백서 부분적 설절제가 하악골 성장에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the partial glossectomy on the mandibular growth of growing rats. Thirty one Sprague-Dawley rats four weeks old were divided into two groups : the first group served as the control and the second group was partially excised in the tongue of the rats. The experimental animals were sacrificed at 4 and 8 weeks after partial glossectomy. The changes of the rat mandibular growth following partial olossectomy were observed biometrically from dry bone sepcimens. The findign were as follows : 1. Partial glossectomy of growing rat produced inhibitory effects on the growth of the mandibel and did not change the original shape of the mandible. 2. Among the factors afffection mandibular growth, the presence of the proper tongue size was essential. 3. Partial glossectomy of the growing rats could not change general growth of the rat's whole bodies.

이 연구의 목적은 부분적 설절제가 백서 하악골의 성장에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위함이다. 생후 4주령의 웅서백서를 두 집단으로 분류하였다. 첫번째 집단은 대조군으로 사용하고 두번째 집단은 부분적으로 설절제를 시행한 집단이다. 이 실험동물은 부분적인 설절제 후 4주와 8주에 희생되었다. 부분적인 설절제 후 쥐의 하악성장변화는 건조 골표본에 의해 관찰되었다. 이 연구로부터 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 성장기 백서의 설절제는 하악골 자체의 형태에는 영향을 미치지 못하였으나 전반적인 하악골 성장의 감소를 초래했다. 2. 하악골 성장에 영향을 미치는 여러가지 요인 중 설은 백서 하악골 성장에 필수적인 요소이다. 3. 부분적인 설의 절제는 백서의 전체적인 성장을 변화시키지는 않았다. 매복치의 교정치험례(Orthodontic Case Report of the Impacted Teeth)

The first patient of this case was 13 year and 8 month old girl who had the Angle's class I malocclusion with uneruption of upper left central incisor and left canine. The second patient was 12 year old boy who gad the Angle's class I malocclusion with uneruption of right central incisor. After surgical exposure of impacted teeth of those patients and bonding of attachment on exposed crown, those teeth were orthodontically pulled with removable appliances. The results were obtained as follow. 1. The functionally proper occlusion was established by guidance of the impacted teeth into the normal position in the arch. 2. Establishment of esthetic and balanced arch form was achieved. 3. The possibility of restorative prosthetic treatment induced by extraction of impacted teeth was eliminated. 4. The psychologic relief of pubertal patient who was very sensitive to facial esthetics was gained.

민간경비의 법적지위에 관한 연구

연구목적 : 민간경비산업은 급변하는 사회에 부족한 공권력의 치안수요를 수익자 부담의 원칙에 의하여 소비자가 일정금액을 부담하는 형태로 아파트 경비원이라는 가장 보편적인 민간경비부터 국가중요시설 및 관공서 등에서 사회질서유지와 범죄의 예방측면에서 없어서는 안 될 직업군으로 자리매김하고 있다. 그러나 민간경비원에 대한 사회적 인식은 그다지 높지 않고 현행 경비업법상의 경비원의 직무와 관련된 규정들이 시장경제 측면에서 지나치게 제한하고 있는 실정이며, 하루가 다르게 변화하는 시대적 변화의 흐름에 부응하지 못하고 공권력의 치안수요를 보완하는 민간경비원의 법적지위와 그에 따른 권한부여에 대하여 한계를 드러내고 있는 실정이다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 문헌고찰 방법을 이용하여 수행하였다. 결론 : 따라서 민간경비도 이제는 시대적 변화와 함께 민간경비원의 법적인 권한 또한 그에 맞추어 변화하여 민간경비원의 양적인 성장뿐만 아니라 질적인 성장까지 유도하여 공권력이 미치지 못하는 곳까지 국민의 생명과 재산 및 신체를 보호하는 등의 치안유지와 함께 민간경비 산업의 발전을 도모해야 한다. Purpose : The private security industry pays a certain amount of security demands for public power that is lacking in a rapidly changing society in accordance with the principle of beneficiaries. The most common private security of apartment security guards, social order maintenance and crime in important facilities and government offices, etc. It is becoming an indispensable occupational group in terms of prevention. However, the social perception of private security guards is not so high and the regulations related to the duties of security guards in the current security industry law are too restrictive in terms of market economy. Method : This study was carried out using the literature review method. Conclusion : The legal status of the supplementary civil security guards and the consequent empowerment are being revealed. Therefore, private security is now changing with the times and the legal authority of private security guards is changed accordingly to induce quantitative growth as well as qualitative growth of private security guards to protect people's life, property and body to the point where public power falls short. Along with security, the private security industry should be promoted.

복강경하 자궁적출술 후 발생한 질내장탈출증 3예

Vaginal evisceration is a rare but life threatening complication of gynecologic surgery. Most of them occur after abdominal or vaginal hysterectomy. The incidence after laparoscopic hysterectomy is unknown. The incidence of evisceration in the patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital was 0.1 %. The rapid recovery after laparoscopic hysterectomy, compared with abdominal hysterectomy, is widely acknowledged. Swift return to everyday activities and early resumption of intercourse could predispose to rupture of vaginal vault. Upon discharge, patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy should be given careful instructions to avoid coitus until complete healing of vaginal vault. We described three cases of vaginal evisceration after laparoscopic hysterectomy including a review of the literature.

Eclampsia, defined as peripartum seizure activity commonly associated with hypertension, proteinuria and edema. Historically, eclampsia was believed not to occur more than 48 hours after delivery and late postpartum eclampsia was thought to be uncommon. However, recent evidence suggests that its incidence is increasing. In addition, clinical signs of late postpartum eclampsia may differ from that occurring during the pregnancy. In case of late postpartum eclampsia, headache and visual disturbance may precede seizure but classic preeclampsia signs as edema, proteinuria, and hypertension are not presented until shortly before seizure onset. So it should be needed that patient education about prodromal symptoms of late postpartum eclampsia, including headache, visual disturbance, and abdominal pain at the time of hospital discharge. We described a case of eclampsia occurring 11days after delivery without preeclampsia symptom including a review of the literature.

민간조사제도 도입의 필요성과 기대효과

사회질서를 유지하고 범죄의 예방 및 진압, 국민의 생명과 신체의 보호 등의 임무는 주로 국기기관인 경찰의 임무로 인식되어져 왔다. 그러나 빠르게 변화하는 현대사회에서는 이러한 치안수요를 경찰력으로만 대처하기에는 한계점에 도달했다. 다시 말해서 하루가 다르게 변화하는 치안환경에 대하여 국민들에게 만족할 만한 치안서비스를 제공하기에는 인력부족과 예산부족 등의 여러 가지 문제점을 드러내고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위하여 민간경비제도가 등장하여 수익자부담의 원칙에 따라 스스로 생명과 재산 및 신체를 보호하기에 이르렀으나, 민간경비분야의 하나인 민간조사제도가 법제화 되지 않아 흥신소와 심부름센터 등의 유사업소에서 불법적인 영업으로 사회적인 문제가 되고 있다. 따라서 민간조사제도를 법제화하여 고용의 창출, 경찰의 경쟁력강화, 치안서비스의 신뢰확보, 불법업소의 근절 등에 힘을 기울여야 할 것이다. Missions such as maintaining the social order, preventing and repressing crimes, protecting lives and bodies of the people have been recognized as a main duty of the national agency, police. However, in this fast-changing modern society, there has been a limitation for the police to deal with these policing demands by itself. In other word, in a swiftly changing policing environment, there has been several issues and concerns to provide a satisfactory policing service due to labor and budget shortage and so on. In order to supplement this problem, a private investigation system emerged and reached to a point where one could protect his or her own life and property according to the principle of beneficiary charge. However, because of illegal business such as private detective agency, the private investigation system which is a part of security industry has been a critical social issue. Therefore, there should be job-creating effect, enhancement of police’s competency, procuring of trust in policing service, eradication of illegal business through legalizing private investigation system.
