The contract for construction work is having an actuality many various problem. Because that is composed of the contract structure where naturally the contract for construction work is complicated. Specially in many problems, this study is discussing against two important system of Contract for Construction Work. For starters, Regarding the surety bond for performance of a contractor investigated, this system is for an obligation security of contractor. This study concludes making a suggestions: the surety options which is a kind of letter of credit added to the personal surety should be amended, and the American or Japanese-style performance bond and payment bond system should be put into operation. Key Words : contractor, subcontractor, contract for construction work, contract deposit, construction performance bond, performance guarantee, surety bond for performance, Bonds for subcontract Payments, Advance Payments, Direct Payments to subcontractorOn the other hand, The basic legal relationship of subcontract for construction work among owner, contractor and subcontractor is maintained. The problem of Payments security for subcontractor occurs always in subcontract for construction work. Accordingly this study suggests ways to improve the subcontractor's security for subcontract Payments, which help the risk reduce of unnecessary claims and legal disputes.
A Tightly Regulated Triple Output Asymmetrical Half Bridge Flyback Converter

In this paper, a tightly regulated triple output asymmetrical half bridge flyback (ASHF) converter is proposed. In order to regulate all output voltages, pulse frequency modulation (PFM), pulse width modulation (PWM) and phase delay (PD) are used simultaneously. In comparison with the conventional PWM-PD method, the interactions among the control variables are minimized and the operating range is increased. By the utilization of a multi winding transformer, the auxiliary transformer and the blocking capacitor are eliminated and the size and cost of the proposed converter is reduced. The operation principle of the converter is explained and the modes of operation are investigated. Based on the results, the steady state characteristics of the converter are explored. A 24V/10A, 12V/5A, 5V/10A hardware prototype is built and tested to verify the analysis results and the voltage regulation of the triple outputs of the proposed converter.
