To limitation of taking the Hallidayan principle of metafunction as the theoretical framework of Chinese/ English code-mixing in Chinese newspapers, this paper applies reading psychology theories and social linguistics methods to the analysis of the rhetorical effects of Chinese / foreign language code-mixing in XINMIN WANBAO. It is found that code-switches always have strong bearing on the comprehension of interpersonal meanings, however, in the case of no Chinese versions or interpretations, the experiential or textual functions of loan words in Chinese newspapers can hardly realize. Moreover, the multitude interactive interpersonal meanings emerging from code interpretations greatly exceed bounds of the metafunction analytical framework, far beyond the authors or editors. So, it should be careful to present the audiencewithforeignlanguagecodes. And since the experiential meaning is essential to reading comprehension, with direct effects on readers’ understanding of textual and interpersonal meanings, it is believed that the rhetoric effects of Chinese/foreign language code-mixing in Chinese newspapers will be improved a lot, if newspaper editors restrict consciously the code-switches for and add Chinese translations or explanations to loan words.

Evolving Cross-Border E-Commerce: Navigating Bilateral Trading Developments in the Korea–China FTA Era

Purpose: This study assesses the Cross-Border E-Commerce(CBEC) outcomes within the Korea–China Free Trade Agreement(FTA), comparing its terms with other agreements to identify constraints and propose enhancements for bilateral cooperation. It emphasizes the significance of facilitating the Second-Phase FTA Negotiations to align with the rapidly evolving global digital commerce sector. Composition/Logic: The study offers a comprehensive analysis of bilateral CBEC development since the FTA’s implementation, encompassing aspects such as trade volume, logistics, payment method, customs regulatory, and inter-governmental cooperation. Particularly, the learning from an AliExpress case study is employed to illustrate strategic opportunities for Korean CBEC platforms in the Chinese market. Moreover, the comparative analysis of the FTA’s CBEC terms with emerging international agreements highlights existing gaps and potential areas for enhanced cooperation, which identify the development direction in this field. Findings: Despite challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, bilateral CBEC trade has quadrupled, comprising over half the total number of bilateral transaction cases. Furthermore, the FTA has fostered diversification and innovation in products, services, payment methods, logistics, and associated CBEC platforms. However, based on the “E-commerce” chapter of the China–Korea FTA, the study also reveals significant challenges impeding China and Korea’s digital trade and economic prosperity in the global digital economy. Predominantly, these barriers are rooted in the inadequacy of provisions on cross-border data flows, consumer protection, and etc. Originality/Value: This study addresses a crucial gap in the literature on the Korea–China bilateral CBEC within the context of their FTA. Applying a case study approach, it offers strategic insights for Korean enterprises aiming to penetrate the Chinese market. Additionally, it advocates for stronger bilateral digital trade cooperation in the context of forthcoming Second-Phase FTA Negotiations, aligning with global digital economic trends.

In recent years, the forming of crimes theory has generated much controversy in China’s criminal law field. Some scholars have challenged China’s traditional crime theory, and have introduced the crime theory in the Continental Law System nations, especially represented by Germany and Japan, which has led to the chaos and confusion in criminal law theory in China. This paper argues that the basic elements of crime have little difference in the whole world, the only difference in the crime theories is that they base on different logical structure which has led to different conclusions. However, for a long time, criminal law scholars in China have neglected or misunderstood the value evaluation factors in the forming of crimes theory, which has indeed affected the integrity and sophistication of China``s forming of crimes theory. Therefore, China`s forming of crimes theory can be re-described as the following levels: constitutive elements of crimes - reasons to exclude crimes -- value evaluation. Although the value evaluation factors belong to the super-regulation evaluation reason, it has played an important role in judging whether one’s act constitutes a crime. Based on the analysis of the function of value evaluation, this paper further analyzes ten basic factors that influencing value evaluation, in order to understand the Chinese judicial authorities sentencing standards more accurately.

중·고등학교 학생선수의 축구 경기력 결정요인 탐색

이 연구는 중·고등학교 학생선수의 축구 경기력 결정요인을 탐색하여 선수 및 지도자가 경기력 결정요인을 측정하는 척도를 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 1∼3단계에 걸친 탐색과정을 실시하였다. 1단계에서는 현재 중·고등학교 축구부 학생선 수를 지도하는 전문가 15명을 3회에 걸쳐 델파이 검증을 하였다. 1차 델파이 검증에서는 문헌고찰과 전문가 집단의 의견을 기반으로 개방형 문항과 요인 결정, 2차 델파이 검증에서는 전문가 집단 폐쇄형 설문, 3차 델파이 검증에서는 내용타당도(CVR, VR, 수렴도, 합의도)를 검증하였다. 이 과정을 통해 1단계에서는 총 3요인 23문항(기능요인 9문항, 심리요인 7문항, 체력요인 7문항)을 추출하였다. 2단계에서는 반응과정에 타당도(왜도, 첨도, 문항과 총점과의 상관, 일차원성 검증)와 일관성(신뢰도) 검증을 하였고, 세 문항(기능요인 1문항, 체력요인 2문항)이 삭제되어 총 3요인 20문항(기능요인 8문항, 심리요인 7문항, 체력요인 5문항)을 추출하였다. 3단계에서는 확인적 요인분석을 통해 적합도 검증, 수렴타당도, 판별타당도 검증을 하였다. 다섯 문항(기능요인 2문항, 심리요인 2문항, 체력요인 1문항)을 삭제한 수정모형은 Q = 2.962, RMR = .031, GFI = .944, TLI= .984, CFI = .988, RMSEA = .064로 나타나 수용기준을 모두 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 토대로 총 3요인 15문항 (기능요인 6문항, 심리요인 5문항, 체력요인 4문항)의 중·고등학교 학생선수의 축구 경기력 결정요인 척도를 개발하였다. The purpose of this study was to develop a scale measuring the determinants of performance of athletes and leaders by exploring the determinants of soccer players’ performance of middle and high school students. For this purpose, the search process was performed in one to three steps. In the first stage, 15 experts who are currently teaching middle school and high school soccer students are tested by Delphi three times. In the first Delphi test, open questions and factor determinations were made based on literature reviews and expert group opinions. In the second Delphi test, closed questionnaires were used in the expert group. In the third Delphi test, the content validity (CVR, VR, convergence) was verified. Through this process, 3 factors and 23 items (9 functional items, 7 psychological factors, 7 physical fitness factors) were extracted in the first stage. In the second stage, first, the validity (skewness, kurtosis, correlation between items and total score, and principal component analysis ) and consistency (reliability) were verified in the course of the reaction. Second, the three items (1 functional item and 2 physical factor item) were eliminated. Therefore, three factors and 20 items (8 functional factor items, 7 psychological factor items, 5 physical fitness factor items) were extracted. In the third stage, the model fit test, convergent validity, and discriminant validity were verified through confirmatory factor analysis. The revised model with 5 items (2 functional factor items, 2 psychological factor items, and 1 physical fitness factor item) was deleted. Q = 2.962, RMR = .031, GFI = .944, TLI = .984, CFI = .988, RMSEA = .064, indicating that they meet all acceptance criteria. Based on the results of this study, we developed a scale of determinants of performance of middle and high school soccer players with total 3 factors and 15 items(6 functional factor items, 5 psychological factor items, and 4 physical fitness factor items).

With a point of view that every written history is a historical construction, and it has its own epistemological base and ideological premise, this paper reviews recent rise of the critical history in architecture with a view to finding a productive possibility in architectural history. First this paper analyses the historical background of the critical histories in 70's and new trends in historical wrighting. Then evalutes recent important historical projects as like Tafuris., K.Framption's, etc. As a conclusion critical history in Architecture can be a new tool to show the other aspects in architecture history, but it also has it's own limits.
