The Internet of Things market, a technology that connects the Internet to various things, is growing day by day. Besides, various smart home services using IoT and AI (Artificial Intelligence) are being launched in homes. Related to this, existing smart home-related studies focus primarily on ICT technology, not on what service improvements should be made in customer positions. In this study, we will use smart home application customer review data to classify functional and design elements of smart home usability value and examine the ways customers think of service improvement. For this, LG Electronics and Samsung Electronics Smart Home application, the main provider of Smart Home in Korea, customer reviews were crawled to conduct a comparative analysis between them. In this study, the review of IoT home-applications was analyzed to find service improvement insights from customer perspective, and related analysis of text mining, social network analysis and Doc2vec was used to efficiently analyze data equivalent to about 16,000 user reviews. Through this research, we hope that related companies effectively seek ways to improve smart home services that reflect customer needs and are expected to help them establish competitive strategies by identifying weaknesses and strengths among competitors.

목적 : 본 연구는 생애역할이 가중되기 시작하는 시기인 초기 성인기 학생들을 대상으로 활동 및 수면 참여에 대한 작업의지(volition)와 수면양상의 관계성을 살펴보고자 한다. 연구방법 : 대학생 및 대학원생 9명을 대상으로 작업설문지(Occupational Questionnaire, OQ)와 수면양상에 대한 일주일 동안의 자기보고 기록을 수집하였다. 작업설문지로 수집된 활동의 유능감, 가치, 흥미와 수면양상 간 상관 분석을 시행하였다. 결과 : 수면의 높은 중요도는 잠들기까지 시간이 짧은 것 그리고 수면 중 적게 깨는 것과 관련되었다. 마찬가지로 수면의 높은 흥미 역시 잠들기까지 시간이 짧은 것 그리고 수면 중 적게 깨는 것과 관련되었다. 결론 : 건강한 작업적 참여를 위해서 수면 관련 중재를 계획할 때, 클라이언트가 수면을 중요하게 인식하도록 하는 교육과 수면을 즐기도록 하는 작업 중심 중재 접근이 향상된 수면기능을 이끌 수 있음을 본 연구는 시사한다. Objective : The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between occupational volition and sleep patterns in young adulthood. Methods : Nine undergraduate and graduate students completed the Occupational Questionnaire (OQ) and a survey about sleep patterns everyday for one week. Correlation analysis between the competence, value, and interest of the OQ and sleep patterns was performed. Results : The high value and interest of sleep were related to the short latency to sleep and the infrequent awakening during sleep. Conclusion : In terms of developing sleep intervention plans for healthy life participation for clients, educational efforts that help clients consider the value of sleep and find interests in sleep activities may lead to increased sleep participation.
광섬유 방사선량계를 이용한 선량보강 영역에서의 심부선량 백분율과 피부 선량률 측정

본 연구에서는 고 에너지 광자선을 조사 할 때, 선량보강 영영에서의 피부 선량률을 측정을 위해 유기 섬광체와 플라스틱 광섬유를 사용한 광섬유 방사선량계를 제작하였다. 광섬유 방사선량계의 센서부에서 발생된 섬광빛은 30 m 길이의 광섬유를 통해 전달되어 광증배관과 전류계로 측정된다. 광섬유 방사선량계로 측정한 선량보강 영역에서의 피부 선량률은 이온 전리함 및 GAFCHROMIC EBT 필름의 측정 결과와 비교 및 분석 하였다. In this study, we have fabricated a fiber-optic dosimeter using an organic scintillator and a plastic optical fiber. The dosimeter measure skin dose and percentage depth dose in a build-up region for an incident high energy photon beam. The scintillating light generated in the organic sensor probe embedded in a solid water phantom is guided by 30 m plastic optical fiber to a light-measuring device such as a PMT or an electrometer. In addition, using a fiber-optic dosimeter or a GAFCHROMIC EBT film, skin dose and percentage depth dose in the build-up region are measured and compared.

In this study, we fabricated a plastic optical fiber based sensor which can monitor the respiration of a patient. The circumference changes of the abdomen were measured using a mirror, a light source and optical detectors because the circumferences of the abdomen could be varied with respiration. The intensity of the reflected lights were measured according to the changes of distance between mirror and plastic optical fiber connected to a light source and a photodiode-amplifier system using a Y-coupler. The respiration signals of fiber-optic sensor system were compared with those of the respiratory and temperature transducers of the $BIOPAC^{(R)}$ system. It is expected that a fiber-optic respiration sensor could be developed for real time respiration monitoring during MRI procedure based on this study.

We have established a new National Reference Standard(NRS) of filgrastim to be used for the quality management of domestic genetic recombinant drugs. Filgrastim is a recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor( G-CSF) and one of the first-generation biosimilars used as the hematopoietic agent. At first, the candidate substance for the NRS was manufactured on consignment in accordance with the manufacturing process of filgrastim. The identity, purity, potency and protein contents of the candidate substance were assessed using electrophoresis, HPLC systems and a biological assay, which showed it was comparable to filgrastim in quality. In addition the stability test showed it was stable for 12 months. We performed a collaborative study with other institutes to endow it with the labelled protein content and potency values. From the data, it has been assigned with the protein content of 0.240 mg/mL(95% confidence intervals: 0.238~0.242 mg/mL) and the potency value of 2.94 × 107 IU per vial. We had finally enrolled it as the first Korean NRS of filgrastim as approved by Working Committee on Development of Testing and Inspection in Korea Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.

This study examines the use of ill-structured problem to help the 4th graders` problem solving and reasoning. It appears that children with good understanding of problem situation tend to accept the situation as itself rather than just as texts and produce various results with extraction of meaningful variables from situation. In addition, children with better understanding of problem situation show AR (algorithmic reasoning) and CR (creative reasoning) while children with poor understanding of problem situation show just AR (algorithmic reasoning) on their reasoning type.
광섬유 방사선량계를 이용한 Co-60 방사선원으로부터 조사되는 상대선량측정

In this study, we have fabricated a scintillating fiber-optic dosimeter for a radiotherapy dosimetry. And γ-rays generated by a Co-60 are measured using a scintillating fiber-optic dosimeter and percent depth dose curves are obtained according to the different depths of solid water phantoms. Also, Cerenkov radiations generated by primary or secondary electrons are measured at different depths of water phantom using a background optical fiber.
