      • 圖形指導方法의 考察

        圖形槪念形成에 關한 調査에서 三 四學年 兒童을 中心으로 三角形, 四角形의 性質의 理解程度를 調査해 본 결과 참가 兒童數 625名 가운데 48명의 아동만이 目標에 도달하였다. 따라서 종래의 方法에서 새로운 길을 모색해야 될 것 같다. 이러한 要請에 依하여 操作이라는 面에서 圖形指導를 考察했다. 여기서 이를 요약하여 보면 첫째, 圖形의 性質은 접기, 오리기에 依하여 具相的으로 取扱함으로써 一般化·統合化가 용이하다. 둘째, 손의 運動과 함께 興味있는 學習을 유도할 수 있다. 세째, 均衡과 調和라는 觀點에서 圖形을 美의 感覺과 結付시키므로써 比例의 意識, 構成의 意識을 發展 시킬수 있다. 네째, 周圍의 環境과 密接히 關係함으로써 事物을 數理的으로 考察하는 힘을 기른다. 다섯째, 創意性의 啓發 및 創造性 函養에 도움을 준다.

        신체부위별 최대근력에 따른 -RM의 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze %-RM for the maximum strength of each body parts. A test was done on 43 males that have experience in weight training in order to assume the regression equation and R2 for the ratio of 1-RM to 8-RM and the significant standard was set to be .05. The study was done to reexamine the theory sating that 8-RM of each exercise represents 80% of the maximum strength of large muscle group, small muscle group, upper body, and lower body. The results of the analysis are as follows : 1) As for the upper body of large muscle group, 8-RM was 81.93±4.43% of 1-RM in bench press(p>.05). 2) As for the lower body of small muscle group, 8-RM was 76.63±6.53% of 1-RM in squat(p<.05). 3) As for the lower and upper bodies of large muscle, 8-RM was 76.35±6.67% of 1-RM in dead lift(p<.05). 4) As for the biceps of small muscle group, 8-RM was 75.67±5.74 of 1-RM in arm curl(p>.05). 5) As for the triceps of small muscle group, 8-RM was 80.94±5.72% of 1-RM in triceps extension(p<.05). 6) As for the quadriceps of small muscle group, 8-RM was 73.89±6.37 of 1-RM in leg extension(p<.05). 7) As for the hamstrings of small muscle group, 8-RM was 73.65±6.84% of 1-RM in leg curl(p<.05).

        여대생과 무용수의 신체상에 따른 식습관, 신체활동습관, 건강상태 조사

        This study was to investigated that know present weight about to an opinion, eating habit, physical activity habit and health habit from 170 girl's college students living in Taegu area. The finding revealed that divided the girl's college Students(CON;n=100) and the girl's college Dancers(Dancers;n=70). The result of this survey are summarized as follows;1) The finding revealed that average BMI were CON 19.51±.21kg/m2, Dancers 18.96±.16kg/m2.2) 41.11% of subjects in hope that low weight than present weight.3) There were significant decreased body weight last 2 years CON than Dancers.4) During a meal eating highly worry to the CON group than Dancers group, 5) There were no significant difference two groups in the number of meals a day and the number of eating between meals a day.6) Each other groups were high level the regular exercise 3days/wk.7) There were significant two groups in the health state.8) There were significant two groups in the stress solve method. 9) There were significant two groups in the menstruation.

        남자대학생들의 운동 형태에 따른 혈중 GOT?GPT 농도의 변화

        The purpose of this study was compare the change of body composition, physical fitness, GOT and GPT according to different 12 weeks to exercise type for aerobic exercise and resistance training in college man. The subjects consisted of groups of aerobic exercise group(n=10) and resistance training group(n=10). The aerobic exercise program was RPE 13-14(40min/day) and resistance exercise was 8-12 RM 3-set. Statistical technique for data analysis were paired t-test(performed to verify the difference between before and after the exercise), independent t-test(performed to verify the difference 2 groups) and 2 way repeated ANOVA to detect different two groups at each point.The experimental results from this study are following. As results of the aerobic and resistance exercise group were significantly decreased body fat weight and % body fat. lean body mass were significantly increased only resistance exercise group. WHR were significantly increased to two groups, only aerobic exercise group. The change of muscle strength and trunk flexion were significantly increased to two groups, grip strength and trunk extension were significantly increased only resistance exercise group.agility were significantly increased to two groups, resting heart rate were significantly decreased to two groups. GOT and GPT were no significantly increased to two groups

        여자대학생들의 RPE 13 유산소성운동이 신체조성과 혈중지질성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose this study was to investigate the effects of RPE 13 aerobic exercise on body composition and blood lipids in women university after 12-week exercise training program. Subjects of this study were 10 health women university students attending K-university. Health condition of candidates who agree to purports and contents of this experiment were examined and 12 week aerobic exercise. The exercise training program consisted of on a treadmill walking and running at intensity of RPE 13. The average training duration was 60 minutes(10 minutes of warm up, 40 minutes of main exercise, 10 minutes of cool down). The amount of change during pre and post value was analysed by paired t-test. the level of significance was .05. The results were as follows; Total body water, mineral, protein, Fat weight, body weight, and %fat were no significantly before and after exercise(p.>05). Waist/hip ratio was significantly increase from before exercise(p.<05). Resting heart rate was significantly decrease from before exercise(p.<05). Serum lipids were no significantly before and after exercise(p.>05). glucose was significantly increase from before exercise(p.<05). consequently, as it was verified that RPE 13 aerobic exercise for 12 weeks could increase health conditioning.

        소방용 보호장구의 무게가 신체활동능력에 미치는 영향

        The aim of study intends to investigate effect of weight of fire fighting protective equipment for physical activity ability and to provide the base data for the safety of firefighter. The results of the study are as follows. The maximum all-out time is short about 18.8% in weight-jacket case which weight is same with fire-protective equipment than case of gym suit. The maximum oxygen consumption increased 17.6% in gym suit case than case of weight-jacket. The maximum heart rate is high 5.4% in gym suit case than case of weight-jacket. 본 연구에서는 소방용 보호장구의 무게가 소방공무원의 신체활동능력에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 소방공무원의 안전을 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 하며 연구에서 얻어진 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 최대지친상태 도달시간은 소방용 보호장구의 무게와 같은 웨이트 자켓을 입은 경우가 체육복을 착용한 경우보다 18.8% 짧게 나타났다. 최대산소섭취량(VO2max)은 체육복을 착용한 경우가 웨이트 자켓을 입고 신체활동을 수행할 때보다 17.6% 증가하였다. 최대심박수(HRmax)는 체육복을 착용한 경우가 웨이트 자켓을입고 신체활동을 수행할 때보다 5.4% 높게 나타났다.
