항공시설 테러리즘의 발생 양상 및 대책

This study purported to expand the understanding of the terrorism of aviation facilities by examining the vulnerability and countermeasures of Korean aviation facilities. For this study, statistical analyses were applied to the terrorism events in aviation facilities that occurred since 1970. As a result, aviation terrorism occurred continuously, and the proportion of attacks on aviation facilities increased relatively rather than direct attacks on aircraft in flight. Attacks were mainly caused by traditional weapons such as explosives, but recently it was confirmed that the risk of terrorism by non-weapon systems such as drones is also increasing. In addition, terrorist attacks on aviation facilities were characterized in that information was obtained in advance in many cases, and various elements of aviation facilities were targeted. In order to prevent terrorism in aviation facilities, it is necessary to establish an integrated response system, to establish a cooperative system of local communities, to prepare for possible attacks by distant non-weapon systems, and to strengthen security activities for the entire aviation facility. This study is meaningful as we analyzed the aviation facilities terrorism events with empirical data. Based on the understanding of aviation facilities terrorism and the weaknesses of Korean aviation facilities, we suggested policy implications. 항공시설 테러리즘의 실질적 발생 양상과 우리나라 실정에 맞는 예방대책에 대한 논의가 선행연구에서 많이 다루어지지 않은 상황에서 이 연구는 항공시설에서 발생하는 테러리즘의 양상 및 이에대한 우리나라 항공시설의 대응책에 관하여 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 1970년 이후 발생했던 항공시설테러리즘 데이터에 대한 통계적 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 항공시설 테러리즘은 1970년 이후 지속적으로 발생하는 추세를 보였으나, 최근 들어 항공기에 대한 직접 공격보다는 항공시설에 대한 공격의 비중이 상대적으로 높아지는 양상을 보였다. 구체적 특징으로는, 폭발물과 같은 전통적 무기에 의한 공격이 주로 이루어졌지만, 최근 드론과 같은 非무기 체계에 의한 테러리즘의 위험도 높아지고 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 항공시설테러리즘은 많은 경우 사전에 정보가 입수되는 특징을 보였으며, 항공시설의 다양한 요소들이 공격의 대상이 되고 있었다. 이에 따른 우리나라 항공시설의 대응력 향상을 위한 정책적 대안으로 통합적 대응시스템 구축, 지역사회와의 협력체계 구축, 원거리 비무기체계에 의한 공격 대비, 항공시설전반에 걸친 보안활동 강화를 제시하였다. 이 연구는 항공시설 테러리즘의 실질적 특성 및 양상을 실증적 자료에 기반하여 접근함으로써 항공시설 테러리즘을 현상학적으로 이해하고, 우리나라 항공시설의 테러리즘 대비 취약점 및 정책적대안에 대한 시사점을 제시했다는데 그 의의가 있다.

The rehabilitative medical cure program of nerve muscle disease according to the clinical symptoms will show a correlation relationship with the frequency of the activities according to the reinforcement of the stimulus strength, As long as the feeling strength doesn't increase above a certain level about the peculiar accepting agent even though the stimulus strength is increased above the absolute area value, the frequency of the activity range doesn't increase. The difference of the stimulus strength that increase the level above the situation of the responding level in the absolute area value being distinguished, is defined as a distinctive area value and it is desirable for the rehabilitative medical treatment approach to access it in the aspect of time and space.

무선 인터넷 환경에서 효율적인 멀티미디어 데이터 전송을 위한 리눅스 확장 프록시 시스템 설계

무선 인터넷 환경은 유선 컴퓨팅 환경에 비해 가용 대역폭이 적고, 이동 호스트의 성능이 낮으며, 사용자의 이동에 따른 빈번한 단절현상 등과 같은 여러 가지 문제점이 있다. 이러한 무선 인터넷 환경에서 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 프록시 서버의 역할이 중요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이동 전자상거래 환경의 동적 변화에 적응하고, 효율적으로 멀티미디어 데이터를 제어하기 위하여 리눅스를 확장한 프록시 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 사용자 레벨 통신 라이브러리, 하위 레벨 프록시 큐, 상위(하위) 레벨 프록시 어플리케이션을 리눅스에 추가하고, 프로세스 전이(process migration)를 위해 코어 체크포인팅, PID 협상, 사용자 레벨 프로세스 관리를 추가하였다. Wireless internet environment has less available bandwidth, lower performance of mobile hosts, and frequent interruption on users movement, compared to the wired computing environment. To provide multimedia service in such wireless internet environment, the role of proxy server is important. So in this paper, proxy system using extended linux is proposed to adapt to dynamic changes of wireless internet environment and to efficiently control multimedia data. For this reason, user-level communication library, low-level proxy queue, and high(low) proxy application has been added to linux and core checkpointing, PID negotiation, and user level process management has been added for process migration.

Christ’s Proclamation to the Spirits in Prison in 1 Peter 3:19

Scholars have debated the idea of Christ’s descent in 1 Peter 3:19, which had a great influence on the doctrine of triduum mortis. While the church fathers believed that 1 Peter 3:19 refers to the descending of Christ, recently many scholars have interpreted 1 Peter 3:19 as referring to Christ’s ascending to heaven. This article argues that in the context of 3:18-22. Christ’s proclamation of his victory to the spirits in prison occurred in his ascension rather than in his descending. The idea of preaching the gospel to dead people is not suitable in the text of 3:18-22. With this message of victory, 1 Peter consoles the recipients who are being persecuted by enemies. Thus, 1 Peter 3:19 teaches that Christ’s proclamation of victory to the evil entities occurred when he ascended to heaven.

The purpose of this study is to systematize the handling of health club consumers' complaint and to understand the structural characteristic of complaining behavior types, by examining complaining behavior types, according to health club consumers' discontent and demographic characteristics. The study findings can be excerpted as following: First, as for the types of health club consumers' complaining behavior, there is more private behavior than public. Second, as for the relationship between the health club consumers' general complaint and the complaining behavior frequency, there is a significant relationship between them. Third, the type of health club consumers' complaining behavior, according to demographic characteristics is as follows: For the schooling variable, there is a significant difference between a graduate-school group and a middle-school group in the public behavior types; and for the family-income variable, there also is a significant difference among the groups of 1,500,000~2,500,000 won, 3,500,000~4,500,000 won, and more than 4,500,000 won in the public and private behavior types.

The sport medical rehabilitating treatment on the racket exercise injury was reviewed and summarized as follows. Excessive movement in the racket exercise cause muscles and joints in the shoulders and elbows injured and, as a result, dynamic stress arises such as peripheral nerve impediment, inflammation, and luxation. In the motion like backhand, wrong posture causes elbow injury quite often. To prevent it, a player should use not only the shoulder and arm but also legs, hips, and body as a whole to make a right posture. For rehabilitation, appropriate application of isometric, isotonic, polymetric, and isokinetic exercise turned out to be very effective for the quick recovery.

현대 산업보건의 이론적 체계에 관한 정립

In modern lives, contrary to the scientific civilization, people have experienced many health problems. Among them, the industrial health has a close relationship with our social environment. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to investigate the causes of health problems and their prevention through the theoretical establishment of the industrial health. Futhermore, I'd like to enable people to accustom themselves to the prevention. The results of this research are as follows. First, the environmental causes of working conditions include the abnormal temperature, unusual business, radiation, and so on. In connection with these problems, there are digestive troubles, skin troubles, arthritis, gastroenteric troubles, infectious diseases, weariness, and so on in the health problems. Second, the major causes of the incongruity of working methods are working hours and working burdens, and the health problems are nutrition lesion, gastroenteric troubles, weariness, infectious diseases, and so forth. Third, the prevention and care of health problems caused by labors can be performed according to the mediation of labors, rest, and labor by ages, And it is important to examine into the causes of diseases. Finally, in relation to the cause and care of infectious diseases, it is very important to inquire into the cause of a disease carrier and the route of connection, separate him or her form others, and educate sanitary problems such as he analysis of water, food care, vaccination, and disinfection.
