TPM의 성공적 추진을 위한 국가직무 능력표준 적용에 관한 연구

This paper is trying to apply TPM (total productive maintenance) to national competency standards for its useful implementation for the plants and manufacturing sector in Korea. TPM has been widely and effectively being utilized by various sectors such as electrical and electronic industries, car industry, machine and chemical industry, etc. as well. At the same time, some of case studies show that this was refused by machine shops, or by top managers. It has been known that top manager sometimes confuses the definition and framework of TPM and technical personnels of the middle management group lack the maintenance technology required as well as the vision of their future job. As such, this paper proposes NCS of TPM. It usually includes from 6 to 10 pillars among which 9 pillars are selected as competency units in this paper. Each competency unit has its job description and several elements. This paper also suggests that more developed and advanced job description including competency unit, its elements, performance criteria and ranges of variables will be required. Future researches also should provide knowledge, skills and attitude for more efficient practice of TPM.

The major cause of the industrial accidents is often induced by the human error. It brings about all kind of accidents. Moreover, the more the information and system complicates, the more the human error brings about. So the active accident prevention policy by human behavior, life style, culture, and psychology should develop at this time. Especially, the behavior models have provided the accident proneness concept through the life change unit factors. According to the existing studies on the life change unit models, the oriental behavior models differs from the western model in the life style and ideas. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to develop the proposed life change unit model by the improved life change unit factors, and to evaluate its application in real fields. The proposed model can be simply applied in real fields in order to minimize the industrial accidents
신형경수로 1400에서 점수산정 모형에 의한 경제성 평가

The Advanced Pressurized water Reactor 1400MWe(APR 1400MWe) is developing a standardized evolutionary advanced light water reactor(ALWR) to meet national needs for increasing electric power generation in Korea in the 2000s. But Justification factors in study these days have considered only quantitative factors except qualitative factors. Therefore this paper is developed a scoring model by the quantitative and qualitative factors in order to justify the evaluation considering the advanced safety factors in the APR 1400MWe under uncertainty. Especially, the environmental factors, functional factors, and risk factors have been easily explained for the rational economic justification of the qualitative factors under uncertainty. Finally, this model can be simply applied in real fields in order to justify the economic evaluation in the digitalized nuclear power plant.
