연구중심대학의 도서관 지원과 연구경쟁력에 관한 연구

지식기반사회에서 대학의 연구기능 강화에 대한 필요성이 증대됨에 따라 연구중심대학 육성에 대한 관심이 높으나, 국내의 경우는 연구중심대학을 구분하는 객관적이고 구체적인 기준이 마련되어 있지 않으며 또한 연구중심대학의 핵심 지원체계로서 도서관에 대한 역할도 정립되어 있지 않은 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 세계 국가 경쟁력 1순위인 미국의 연구중심대학 선정 기준을 만족하는 국내 연구중심대학을 선별하고 한국과 미국 연구중심대학의 전반적인 현황 및 이들 대학도서관의 세부적인 현황을 비교${\cdot}$분석하였다. 연구중심대학 도서관이 갖추어야 할 각종 예산 인원, 그리고 정보자원에 관하여 국내 대학의 현황을 파악하고 추후 연구중심대학으로서 연구경쟁력을 제고할 수 있는 지원체계 구축에 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 아울러 대학도서관에 대한 각종 투자가 궁극적으로 대학의 연구경쟁력을 제고한다는 점을 입증하기 위한 도서관 투자와 연구논문발표 실적과의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 연구중심대학 도서관으로서의 우리나라 현황을 분석한 본 연구 결과가 향후 국제적인 연구경쟁력 확보를 위한 대학도서관의 역할 정립 및 육성에 대한 필요성을 인지하는 계기가 되기 바란다. Research is one of main roles of university and its importance has been emphasized gradually since a few decades ago. Yet, the objective and concrete criterion lot the definition of the research university is not available in Korea, Accordingly, the role of the research university library is not established as a key system for research university. In this study the criterion for the United States research university is applied to domestic universities, thereby current status of research universities and their libraries between the United States and Korea is analyzed comparatively. Fundamental data including budget, employees and information resources for pursuing high research competitiveness necessary for the research university library are provided based on comparative analysis of 98 research university libraries in the United States and 38 domestic research university libraries. Correlation analysis data between library investment and research Publication are also provided. Finally this study can be used, hopefully, as a milestone for the establishing strategy of domestic research university libraries.

대학도서관에서의 해외전자정보 라이센싱

인쇄환경에서의 도서관은 장서 구입을 통하여 이용자에게 무제한 접근과 영구 이용을 지원한다. 이와 달리 전자환경에서의 도서관은 대부분의 전자정보 서비스를 일정기간 동안만 접속할 수 있고 특정 조건하에 이용 가능하도록 지원한다. 전자정보의 접속은 라이선스 취득을 통하여 가능하며 전자정보의 라이센싱이란 전자정보를 제공하는 출판사 혹은 정보제공자인 라이센서(licensor)와 전자자원을 구입하려는 도서관인 라이센시(licensee)간 협상한 내용에 상호 동의하여 계약하는 절차라 할 수 있다. 도서관에서는 이제 필요한 전자정보를 확충하기 위하여 구입(purchasing)하는 것이 아닌 라이센싱(licensing)을 해야 한다. 본 논고에서는 라이센싱 관련 현안들을 살펴보고 전자정보의 선정 기준과 라이센싱 관련 원칙 및 고려사항에 대하여 문헌을 중심으로 조사한다. 본 논고에서 정리하여 제시한 사항들이 국내 대학도서관의 해외 전자정보 담당자 업무에 참고자료가 될 수 있으리라 기대한다. In the print information world, purchasing books in a library includes rights both to own them and to access to them. In an information world, access to electronic resources often takes place within the confines of a license that defines appropriate use over a specified period of time. Most of these electronic resources are governed by license agreements. This paper describes recent licensing issues which remain unresolved in the area of business model, archive, and fair use and also investigates formal evaluation criteria for developing electronic resources in a library. This study provides licensing principles and considerations for managing the licensing of electronic resources.

가야금 병창의 레퍼토리 확장에 관한 연구

가야금병창은 창과 반주가 동시선율로 이루어지기 때문에 많은 이들에게 매력적으로 받아들여지고 있지만, 그 태생적인 한계와 연구의 부족함으로 인해 국악 내에서의 존재가 아직 미미한 단계이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 먼저 가야금 병창과 판소리의 역사 및 전승계보를 비교 분석해 보고, 조통달, 오갑순, 안숙선의 음악자료를 주 자료로 활용해서 비교 분석한 후, 판소리로부터 가야금병창의 레퍼토리를 확장하는 구체적인 방법론을 제시하겠다. 가야금병창은 판소리보다 생성연대가 늦어서 병창이 판소리에서 많은 영향을 받았다는 것을 알 수 있고 또한, 계보에서 나타나듯이 많은 전수자들이 판소리에 능통하였음을 알 수 있다. 또한 세 자료를 토대로 악곡명, 사설, 장단 등을 비교 하였을 때 ‘판소리 - 미산제 수궁가’인 조통달의 음악자료와, ‘가야금병창으로 편곡된 미산제 수궁가’인 오갑순의 음악자료는 거의 일치 하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 ‘널리 알려진 가야금병창’인 안숙선의 음악자료는 큰 골격은 판소리에 기본은 두고 있었지만, 병창이 갖는 분명한 음악적 특징이 있었다. 따라서 앞으로 판소리를 바탕으로 가야금 병창의 레파토리를 늘려가기 위해서는 ‘기존의 널리 알려진 가야금병창’들을 Role Model로 하여 ‘가야금병창으로 편곡된 판소리’등과 비교분석한 후, 가야금병창의 음악적 특징에 맞는 레퍼토리 확장을 위한 방법론을 제시하여야 한다. Gayage?m By?ngchang is attractive because it is played with familiar songs and instruments simultaneously. However it is regarded as minor part of Korean traditional music because of limitation of its origin and lack of study. So in this study, we compare the history and pedigree of Gayage?m By?ngchang and Pansori firstly, and compare the musical datas of Tongdal Cho, Gapsun Oh, and Suksun An secondly, and then suggest the concrete methods of expansion of Gayage?m By?ngchang from Pansori. Gayage?m By?ngchang is seriously affected by Pansory due to its lag of creation and also many Gayage?m By?ngchang initiators are versed in Pansori as shown in pedigree. We found that musical datas of Gapsun Oh are almostly corresponded to those of Tongdal Cho, but musical datas of Suksun An are obviously different and have definite musical charateristics of Gayage?m By?ngchang. To conclude we must suggest the concrete methods of expansion of Gayage?m By?ngchang from Pansori after comparing the "well known Gayage?m By?ngchang", the Role Model of this study, with Pansori and its arrangement.

인천시 노인복지관의 현황 및 입지·건축적 특성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to present the development direction of senior welfare centers suitable for users and regional characteristics by conducting location characteristics and architectural analysis of senior welfare centers. This study conducted an analysis focusing on the cases of Incheon Metropolitan City using the analysis framework generated through the literature review of previous studies. The conclusions drawn from the study are as follows. First, in the case of location characteristics, it was necessary to consider the walking accessibility of some elderly demand facilities and improve the walking environment. Second, in the case of architectural characteristics, it was confirmed that it was necessary to reorganize the functional arrangement and movement path for the efficiency and convenience of facility operation.

To enhance leisure activities for healthy elderly individuals anticipating a super-aged society, a detailed plan reflecting local user characteristics becomes essential. This study zeroes in on leisure welfare facilities for the elderly in Incheon, analyzing the current status, location specifics, and space composition. The aim is to suggest improvement directions and implications for creating spaces responsive to the diverse needs of healthy elderly people. This study comprehensively surveyed leisure welfare facilities for the elderly in Incheon, conducting location and architectural characteristics analysis through literature review, field observation, and in-depth interviews targeting facilities meeting the research criteria. Findings from this study revealed that facilities in demand for elderly walking activities, such as clinics, parks, and senior citizen centers, were prevalent. It was confirmed that public transportation, especially buses, had higher accessibility than subways. Sidewalk environments near the facilities commonly featured mixed-car roads, posing inconvenience for the elderly in walking and vehicle use. The functional arrangement, most frequently identified as mixed type, necessitates a plan to simultaneously address the mixing of traffic lines and noise. Confirmation emerged on the necessity to arrange a rest area for convenience near spaces with high indoor utilization rates. Improving space composition in rest areas and parking spaces for facility users and employees is crucial. The significance of this study lies in revealing the current status and characteristics of leisure welfare facilities for the elderly in Incheon. It will be utilized to present a future design plan suitable for leisure welfare facilities for the elderly in Incheon.

영화“히든피겨스”에 나타난‘흑인여성’ 이미지 전환과 홀리스틱 교육적 접근

이 연구는 2017년 개봉된 영화 “히든피겨스”로부터 나타난 1960년대의 세 명의 ‘흑인여성’을 대상으로 다루었다. 극중 NASA에 근무하는 흑인여성들의 이미지를 분석하고, 백인들이 가지고 있는 관점의 변화와 세 명의 흑인여성들의 전인적 전환의 경험에 대해 도출하고자 한다. 연구의 목적은 홀리스틱 교육적 접근에서 실화를 다룬 영화 “히든피겨스”의 세 명의 흑인여성을 바라보는 백인들의 관점은 어떻게 변화되고 있는지, 세 명의 여성의 이미지 전환의 동력은 무엇인지 살펴본다. 연구를 설명하기 위해 Mezirow의 전환학습 이론과 내용분석의 연구방법을 활용하였으며, 백인들과 세 명의 흑인여성들과의 사회적 경험을 통한 비평적반성, 담론, 행동에 이르는 전인적 인식 전환과정은 어떠한지 살펴보았다. 이를 통해, 영화 속에 드러난 홀리스틱 교육적 접근과 더불어 성인교육적 의미의 시사점을 찾아보고자 한다. 후속연구의 제안은, 첫째, 영화를 통해 드러난 홀리스틱 교육과 성인교육의 관점에서 실제 사례에 대한 매체를 도구화한 비교연구를 제안한다. 둘째, 매체는 가공된 도구로서 연출자의 의견으로 구성될 수 있으므로, 배움의 의미를 평가하고 해석하기 위한 연구의 장을 넓히기 위해 매체를 접한 시청자 또는 관객들의 댓글 분석을 통한 일상학습의 연구도 제안하였다. This study covered three “black women” in the 1960s that appeared in the film “Hidden Figures” released in 2017. I will analyze the image of black women working in NASA and find out the changes in the viewpoints of white people and the experience of the whole conversion of three black women. The purpose of this study is to examine in the Holistic educational approach how the view of white people that are looking at three black women in the film “Hidden Figures” is changing and what is the power of image transformation of the three women. In order to explain the research, we used Mezirow s research method of transition learning theory and content analysis and examined the process of holistic recognition transformation such as critical introspection, discourse and action through the social experience of white people and three black women. Through this, I would like to explore implications of adult education in addition to holistic educational approach appeared in movies. The proposal of the follow-up study is as follows: First, we propose a comparative study in which the medium of actual cases is instrumental in terms of holistic education and adult education revealed in the film. Second, since the medium can be composed of the opinions of the directors as processed tools, we also proposed a study of daily learning through analyzing the comments of viewers or audiences who contacted the media in order to expand the field of study for evaluating and interpreting the meaning of learning.
