        한국사회 학교폭력의 실태와 대처 방안에 關한 硏究

        The word, "Young offender" is used in Korea indicating offenses committed by juveniles ranging in age from 10 to under 19. The range in age of juvenile varies according to time and nation, but these days "juvenile" as academic term indicates people whose age is ranged from 9 to 24. And the term, "delinquency" is used instead of offense. The juvenile delinquency is most severe problem of modern society globally. In recent, increasing of sexual assault, habitual criminal, decreasing age of delinquency and collectivization are remarkable phenomena of juvenile delinquency. Most of juvenile delinquency are originated from the impulse of the moment. With sudden change of society since 2000, severe delinquencies of juveniles are extended to new social issue. In this paper, protection methods from juvenile delinquency are proposed through surveying crime complex and diverse statistics based on the latest case and that recent juvenile delinquency is overall problem of family, school and society.

        터널 지보재로서의 적용성 검토를 위한 박층 뿜칠 라이너의 부착성능과 지보성능의 평가

        박층 뿜칠 라이너(Thin Spray-on Liner, TSL)는 1990년대에 개발되어 광산에 처음 적용된 이후로 숏크리트의 대체 재료로서의 활용이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 폴리머 함량이 다른 두 가지 TSL 재료에 대하여 인장강도시험, 부착강도시험, TSL 코팅 시험편에 대한 압축강도시험 및 EFNARC(2008)에서 제안한 TSL의 지지 성능평가 시험을 수행하여 지보재로서 사용하기 위한 TSL의 역학적 성능을 평가하였다. 실험결과, 본 연구에서 사용된 두 가지 재료 모두 지보재로서의 최소 성능 규정은 만족하는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히, 폴리머 성분이 높을수록 인장강도가 증가하는 반면, 시멘트계 성분이 높을수록 상대적으로 초기 재령에서 부착강도가 크게 나타남을 실험적으로 확인하였다. The use of Thin Spray-on Liner (TSL) as an alternative to shotcrete has drastically increased since 1990s when it was first developed and introduced to mines. In this study, tensile strength test, bond strength test, compression test with specimens coated by TSL, and two kinds of bending tests proposed by EFNARC (2008) were performed with two kinds of TSLs with different material compositions in order to evaluate their support capacities. As a result, both TSLs were shown to be satisfactory for the minimum performance requirements for a structural rock support suggested by EFNARC (2008) and tensile strength of a TSL was shown to increase as its content of polymer was higher. In contrast, its bond strength was shown to increase proportional to the content of a cementitious component especially at the early age.

        정상인의 경사로 보행 시 경사각에 따른 시공간적 보행 특성 분석

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the kinematics of young adults during ramp climbing at different inclinations. Methods: Twenty-three subjects ascended and descended four steps at four different inclinations(level, $8^{\circ},\;16^{\circ},\;24^{\circ}$). Temporal-spatial parameters were measured by GaitRite system(standard mat). Groups difference was analysed with on-way ANOVA and Student-Newman-Keuls test. Results: The different kinematics of ramp ascent and descent were analysed and compared to level walking patterns. In ascending ramps, step length and stride length decreased with $24^{\circ}$ inclination (p<.000). Stance duration increased with $24^{\circ}$, but swing duration decreased with $24^{\circ}$ inclination (p<.000). Step time and velocity decreased with $16^{\circ}C,\;24^{\circ}$ inclination (p<.000). Cadence decreased with all inclination($8^{\circ},\;16^{\circ},\;24^{\circ}$)(p<.000). In descending ramps, step length and stride length, velocity decreased with all inclination($8^{\circ},\;16^{\circ},\;-24^{\circ}$)(p<.000). Stance duration increased with all inclination($8^{\circ},\;-16^{\circ},\;-24^{\circ}$) and swing duration decreased with all inclination($-8^{\circ},\;-16^{\circ},\;-24^{\circ}$)(p<.000). But Step time was not differentiated with different inclinations. Cadence decreased with only. $8^{\circ}$ inclination(p<.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that there is a certain inclination angle or angular range where subjects do switch between level walking and ramp walking gait pattern. This shows their motor control strategy between level and ramp walking. Further studies are necessary to confirm and detect the ascent and descent ramp gait patterns.

        근전도를 이용한 노인의 계단과 경사로 오르기 시하지 근활성도 비교

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate change of muscle activities during level walking, stairs and ramp climbing in old adults. Methods: Twelve old adults were recruited and agreed this study. Muscle activity was measured by MP150 system (BIOPAC System Inc., Santa Barbara, USA). Statistical analysis was used one-way ANOVA to know the difference according to gait conditions (level walking, stairs and ramp ascending) Results: In stance phase, muscle activities of low extremities with old adults were generally significant difference in ramp ascending. In swing phase, rectus femoris and biceps femoris activity in old adults generally more increased during stairs ascending and tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius activity in old adults generally increased during ramp ascending. Conclusion: These results indicate that stair and ramp climbing is different muscle recruit pattern to level walking.

      • 노인의 기초 체력 향상을 위한 PNF 기법 적용

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to review of effect of the PNF application for improvement of the basic physical fitness in the elderly. Methods : By using internet, we research the PubMed, Science Direct, KISS, DBpia and the article on the effect of PNF. We selected the article between 1970 and 2007. Key words were PNF, Exercise, Elderly. Results : PNF refers to any of several post-isometric relaxation stretching techniques in which a muscle group is passively stretched, then contracts isometrically against resistance while in the stretched position, and then is passively stretched again through the resulting increased range of motion. Most PNF techniques employ isometric agonist contraction/relaxation where the stretched muscles are contracted isometrically and then relaxed. The most common PNF techniques are CR, HR, CRAC, HR-AC, AC. PNF exercise effected on the muscular strength and flexibility and balance and ROM in the elderly. Conclusion : PNF is a safety and effective exercise to improve the muscular strength and flexibility and balance and ROM in the elderly. Therefore, we suggest that PNF need to generalize for the elderly.

        정적 서기 동안 한쪽 또는 양쪽 발목관절 고정이 자세균형에 미치는 영향

        Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of ankle joint immobilization on postural balance during quiet standing. Design: Cross-sectional study Methods: Twenty-seven healthy subject participated in this study. The subjects performed to stand quietly for 30s in eyes open on the platform with three different conditions. The sway length, sway area and sway velocity of center of gravity (COG) displacement and limit of stability (LOS) was measured using the balance platform. Repeated measured ANOVA was used to compare the postural balance parameters depending on three different ankle immobilized conditions. Results: Sway length, sway area and sway velocity of the COG displacement with bilateral ankle immobilized condition was significantly increased compared to those of the other two conditions(p<0.05). All directions of LOS with bilateral ankle immobilized condition were significantly decreased compared to those of the other two conditions. Conclusion: These findings suggest that ankle joint immobilization could be one of the factors that interfere the maintaining of the postural balance in quiet standing.

        모래 지반의 입자크기가 지반-말뚝 시스템의 동적 거동에 미치는 영향 평가

        This paper presents experimental results of a series of 1-g shaking table model tests performed on end-bearing single piles and pile groups to investigate the effect of particle size on the dynamic behavior of soil-pile systems. Two soil-pile models were tested twice: first using Jumoonjin sand, and second using Australian Fine sand. In the case of single-pile models, the lateral displacement was almost within 1% of pile diameter which corresponds to the elastic range of the pile. The back-calculated p-y curves show that the subgrade reaction of the Jumoonjin-sand-model ground was larger than that of the Australian Fine-sand-model ground at the same displacement. This phenomenon means that the stress-strain behavior of Jumoonjin sand was initially stiffer than that of Australian Fine sand. This difference was also confirmed by resonant column tests and compression triaxial tests. And the single pile p-y backbone curves of the Australian fine sand were constructed and compared with those of the Jumoonjin sand. As a result, the stiffness of the p-y backbone curves of Jumunjin sand was larger than those of Australian fine sand. Therefore, using the same p-y curves regardless of particle size can lead to inaccurate results when evaluating dynamic behavior of soil-pile system. In the case of the group-pile models, the lateral displacement was much larger than the elastic range of pile movement at the same test conditions in the single-pile models. The back-calculated p-y curves in the case of group pile models were very similar in both sands because the stiffness difference between the Jumoonjin-sand-model ground and the Australian Fine-sand-model ground was not significantly large at a large strain level, where both sands showed non-linear behavior. According to a series of single pile and group pile test results, the evaluation group pile effect using the p-multiplier can lead to inaccurate results on dynamic behavior of soil-pile system.

        Kinematic Analysis of Head and Trunk Movements of Young Adults while Climbing Stairs or a Ramp

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the kinematic adaptation of head and trunk to ascend stairs and a ramp. Subjects were healthy young adults. Three‐dimensional kinematic patterns of head and trunk movements were examined during stair climbing and steeper ramp climbing. Methods: Fourteen young subjects with no history of chronic or acute musculoskeletal, cardiovascular or respiratory disorders took part in this experiment. Kinematic data were collected using a 6 camera Vicon system (Oxford Metrix,Oxford, England). Repeated measures ANOVA analyses were used to investigate the effect of gait mode on kinematics of the head and trunk. Results: The angle of the trunk while ascending stairs or a ramp was modified in three human planes (p<0.05). The angle of head and neck during the ascending of stairs or a ramp was not changed in the sagittal plane but was changed in the frontal and transverse planes (p<0.05). Conclusion: This study describes and discusses some basic kinematic mechanisms underlying the pattern of head and trunk changes during stair and ramp climbing and showed that postural adaptation of the head and trunk is necessary to maintain balance.

Therefore this research is significant that it will vitalizes investigation of police as securing digital evidence to protect life, body and property of the nation and establishing authorized standard. 우리나라의 휴대전화가 이제 1인 1携帶폰 시대가 도래 하였다. 그러므로 휴대폰의 사용가치는 단순한 통신수단으로서의 기능을 뛰어넘어 현대 사회를 살아가는 디지털 노마드(Digital nomad)의 전자 지문 또는 補助 두뇌로서의 기능을 하기에 이르렀다. 휴대폰을 이용한 搜査기법은 최근 발생한 인질강도 사건 피해자 가족이 119에 피해자 위치확인을 위한 긴급구조를 요청한 것을 비롯하여 자살 의심자 위치추적, 보안사범의 位置追跡 등 다양한 분야에서 그 機能을 발휘하고 있다. 일선 경찰관, 수사관이라면 누구나 한번씩 이러한 수사기법을 적용하여볼 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 國民의 생명 ․ 신체 ․ 재산을 침해하는 生活犯罪의 디지털 증거의 증거능력을 확보하며, 공인된 기준을 제시함으로써 향후 警察의 수사 활동에 活性化가 되기를 바라는데 연구의 의미가 있다할 것이다.

        1g 진동대 실험을 이용한 연약 점성토 지반에서의 동적 p-y 곡선 연구

        In this study, a series of 1 g shaking table tests were carried out for a single pile in soft clay with various input acceleration amplitudes and frequencies. Based on the results, dynamic p-y curves were drawn and, in turn, the dynamic p-y backbone curve was formed by connecting the peak points, corresponding to the maximum soil resistance, of the dynamic p-y curves. In order to represent the p-y backbone curve numerically, Matlock’s p-y formulations for clay was used to find the initial stiffness (kini) and the ultimate capacity (pu) of the clay, both of which are required to formulate the p-y backbone curve as a hyperbolic function. The suggested p-y backbone curve was verified through comparisons with currently available p-y curves as well as other researchers' centrifuge test results and numerical analysis results.
