AHAsomes의 multilamellar vesicles형성과 각질제거 효과

본 연구는 세포 간지질의 주성분인 세라마이즈, 콜레스테롤, 콜레스테롤 에스텔, 스쿠알란, 레시친, 왁스 지방산을 팽윤 반응에 의하여 다중라멜라 소구체를 제조하였다. AHAsomes과 마이크로 플루다이저를 사용하여 MLV 형성에 대한 특성을 조사 하였다. 다중라멜라 소구체는 Polyol과 수상을 서서히 첨가하고, 마이크로 플루다이저를 사용함에 의해 자연스럽게 형성된다. 실제적으로 이 AHAsomes system의 형성은 방부제가 필요하지 않고, 활성 미용 성분을 침투시켰다. 친수성 활성 성분인 말릭산, 타타릭산, 락틱산, 알란토인, 우레아 그리고 소수성 미용 성분인 비타민-E 아세테이트, 비타민-A 팔미테이트를 캡슐화시켰다. MLV형성 조건은 마이크로플루다이저에 3회 통과하였으며, 베지클의 입자크기의 범위는 50-523nm이었다. 응용으로, 일반적인 O/W 에멀젼과 AHAsomes 크림을 사용하여 발바닥의 각질제거 효과를 비교하였다. 3개월동안 사용하여 주름은 15.8%, 피부 탄력은 3배정도 회복되었다. 이것을 Image Analyzer와 Cutometer로 확인하였다. In this context, it should be mentioned that multilamellar vesicles can be prepared with the main compounds of the intercellular lipids, ceramides, cholesterol, cholesteryl ester, squalane, lecithin, wax ester by effect of the wetting. We investigated properties formation of MLV with use of the AHAsomes and Microfluidizer. The multilamellar vesicles are formed merely adding polyol and water phase, followed with the microfluidizer. Formation of a practically pure AHAsomes system, containing the active ingredients directly incorporated without need for preservatives. There were very good encapsulated properties of the active ingredients whether hydrophilic(malic acid, tartaric acid, lactic acid, allantoin, urea) and hydrophobic(vitamin-I acetate, vitamin-A palmitate). Optimum condition (ormatiom of MLV was passed three times in the microfluidizer, particle size of the vesicles should be within range 50-523nm (mean=163.5nm). As application, It was compared that horny layer of the sole of foots removal with the general OM emulsion and the AHAsomes cream. There was used for three months, those got recovery wrinkles about 151.8% and elasticity three times more the AHAsomes than O/W emulsions, It was confirmed with the Image Analyzer and the Cutometer.

수수 × 수수 교잡종의 사일리지 제조방법에 따른 부위별 사료가치 및 품질 변화

본 연구는 완숙기에 있는 수수${\times}$수수 교잡종을 이용하여 사일리지 제조방법에 따른 사일리지 부위별 사료가치 및 품질에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 천안에 위치한 국립축산과학원 축산자원개발부에서 수행되었다. 수수${\times}$수수 교잡종 "SS405"는 5월 초순에 파종한 다음 완숙기에 수확하여 사일리지로 조제하였다. 제조방법에 따른 사일리지의 조단백질, NDF, ADF 및 TDN 함량 및 in vitro 건물소화율은 비슷한 수준을 보였다. 젖산균의 첨가에 상관없이 사일리지의 사료가치는 비슷한 수준을 보였다. 사일리지 부위별 조단백질 함량은 외부나 중간부위 보다 내부에서 약간의 감소를 보였으나 (P<0.05), NDF, ADF 및 TDN 함량 및 in vitro 건물소화율에서는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 원형 곤포사일리지의 젖산 함량은 소포장, 톤백 및 트랜치사일리지보다 유의적으로 감소하였으나 (P<0.05) 초산 함량 및 낙산함량은 사일리지 조제 방법에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 사일리지의 젖산, 초산 및 낙산 함량은 젖산균의 첨가에 상관없이 비슷한 함량을 보였다. 사일리지 부위별 젖산함량은 외부와 중간부 위보다 내부에서 약간 감소되는 현상을 보였으나 (p<0.05), 초산 및 낙산 함량은 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 수수${\times}$수수 교잡종 사일리지의 부위별 사료가치와 품질은 부위에 따라 영향을 받지 않았다. This study was carried out to investigate the effects of various regions of sorghum-sorghum hybrid (SSH) silage on nutritive values and qualities of SSH silage. SSH "SS405" was harvested at ripen stage and ensiled. Samples of SSH silage used in this study were collected in three regions (outside, middle and inside). The contents of crude protein (CP), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), total digestible nutrients (TDN) and in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD) in SSH silage were not influenced by SSH silage manufacture methods and lactic acid bacteria. The contents of CP in inside region of SSH silage were lower than those of outside and middle regions (p<0.05). However, the contents of NDF, ADF and TDN, and IVDMD were not different between the regions of SSH silage. The content of lactic acid in SSH round bale silage was significantly decreased (p<0.05), as compared to SSH square bale silage (SB), gunny bag silage (GB) and trench silage (TS). The contents of acetic acid and butyric acid in SSH silage were not influenced by SSH silage manufacture methods and lactic acid bacteria. The contents of lactic acid in inside region of SSH silage were lower than those of outside and middle regions (p<0.05). In addition, the contents of lactic acid, acetic acid and butyric acid were not different between the regions of SSH silage. Therefore we suggest that nutritive values and quality of SSH silage were not influenced by regions of sampling collected from these silages.
