곡달(穀疸)의 치방(治方)에 대한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察)

The total 31 prescriptions of Gok Dal(穀疸), recorded in all the medical books, were investigated. The results are as follows 1. The most used prescription of Gok Dal(穀疸) was INJINHOTANG(茵蔯蒿湯). The next ones are GOKDALHUAN(穀疸丸), SOONJUNGTANG(小溫中湯). 2. The total 79 kinds of medicines were prescribed for Gok Dal(穀疸). Fructus Gardeniae(梔子) was the most popular medicine and Herba Artemisiae Scopariae(茵蔯), Radix et Rhizoma(大黃), Pericar pium Citri NobiLis Viride(靑皮), Rhizoma Atractyloclis(蒼朮) follows. 3. Chung Youl(淸熱) medicines was the most popularly medicines, Sam Sub Li Su(渗濕利水) medicines. Pa Juk Chu(破積聚) medicine So Do(消導) medicine follows. 4. Compared to other jaundices, Gok Dal(穀疸) has been cured by the case of Pa Juk Chu(破積聚) medicines, So Do(消導) medicines.

비기환(?氣丸)이 백혈병(白血病)과 임파종(淋巴腫) 환자(患者)에서 추출(抽出)한 암세포(癌細胞)에 미치는 항암효과(抗癌效果)

Bigihwan which has been widely used in Oh-jug in oriental Medicine was investigated on its antitumor effect employing blood cancer cell lines. K 562 derived from human erytholeukemia, Raji from lymphoma and $MO_4$ from hlastogenic cancer were used in this study to see the analytical evaluation of Bigihwan' s antitumor effect using three different kinds of methods such as $^{3}H-thymidine$ up take assay. MTT assay and live cell counts by Trypan blue assay. The result obtained are as follows. 1. When higher than 10% Bigihwan was treated. inhibitory effect of tumor killing action was observed showing the increasing order of $MO_4$, K 562 and Raji(Fig. 3). 2. When 1 to 5% of Bigi-hwan was treated, 4 to 30% of tumor cell survival was observed according to various blood tumor cell lines suggesting that antitumor effect of Bigi-hwan was different as the characteristics of tumor cells showing 70 to 95% cell killing effent(Fig. 4). 3. Compared the survivals of cells by relative scales though the initial cpm was variable because of different cell growth rate. Raji was most effective being killed 95% by the treatment of 1% Bigihwan while Raji and K562 showed 93% by 5% Bigihwan.(Fig. 5) 4. The survival rate of Raji derived from Burkitt lymphoma was rather increased to 2.3 times when Bigihwan concentration was increased from 1 to 10% lmplying of refraining from over use of this anticancer drug. specially to lymphoma patients(Fig. 5). 5. Bigihwan was most effective to K 562 and then $MO_4$ showing 95% tumor cell death by using 1% of this anticancer drug while it was least effective to Raji showing only 68% of tumor cell death(Fig.7). 6. Judging from the all the analytical methods used in this study, through all different three tumor cell lines. Bigihwan was most effective to K 562 derived from human erythroleukemia.

배기가스에서 이산화탄소 분리를 위한 재료 및 공정에 대한 이론적 고찰

Carbon dioxide ($CO_2$) is a green-house gas which causes the global warming problems. Anthropogenic emissionspredominantly from the combustion of coal, oil, and natural gas in electricity generations are expected to increase continuously in the future, resulting in increased $CO_2$ concentration in the atmosphere. In this study, we investigated materials properties and process systems for $CO_2$ separation with an emphasis of the post-combustion process. 이산화탄소는 온실가스로써 대기 중에 축적되어 지구의 온도를 지속적으로 상승시킨다. 화석연료 기반의 전력 생산에서 발생되는 이산화탄소는 상당량을 차지하며, 향후 수십 년간 화석연료 의존도는 지속적으로 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 대기 중으로 배출되는 이산화탄소를 분리하는 기술개발은 매우 시급하다. 이산화탄소 분리 기술은 크게 전처리, 후처리, 순산소 연소 방식으로 나뉘며, 본 연구에서는 후처리 제거 공정을 중심으로 제올라이트, 활성탄, MOF 소재의 이산화탄소 분리 특성을 비교하고, 공정기술에 대해 분석하였다.

한국의 인증 사회적 기업의 현황과 지역별 분포

이 논문은 유럽을 중심으로 많은 관심의 대상이 되고 있는 사회적 기업의 개념과 지역사회에서의 역할을 설명하는 논문이다. 유럽의 사회적 기업은 다양한 사회적 혁신을 창조하는 매개체로 기능하고 있으며 특히 최근에는 지역의 발전을 위해 많은 기여를 하고 있다. 사회적 기업이 새로운 조직형태를 갖추고 새로운 사회적 기능을 수행하고 있는 만큼 국가의 법률적 규제나 지원정책도 국가별로 다양하게 발전하고 있다. 한국의 경우에도 사회적 기업의 발전을 위한 정책대안들이 제시되고 있으며 사회적 기업들이 여러 방면으로 발전하고 있다. 따라서 한국의 사회적 기업지원정책의 대상이 되고 있는 인증 사회적 기업의 지역적 분포를 분석하고 지역의 발전을 위한 지원정책의 대안을 검토하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 이러한 연구의 목표에 접근하기 위해 이 논문에서는 먼저 사회적 기업의 개념을 검토하고 지역발전을 위해 사회적 기업이 중요한 이유를 설명한다. 그리고 현재 한국의 인증 사회적 기업의 현황을 개관하면서 지역적 분포를 설명하기 위해 강원지역의 인증 사회적 기업의 분포를 입지계수의 개념을 활용하여 분석할 것이다. 마지막으로 사회적 경제의 역사적 토대위에서 사회적 기업의 활동이 활발한 유럽국가의 정책적 추세를 함께 고려하면서 한국의 사회적 기업을 활성화하기 위한 대안을 제시한다. This paper aimes at presenting and discussing the functions and geographic distribution of social enterprises in Korea. In many European counties, social enterprises provide some positive contributions to the development of the social economy in local communities by offering relevant answers to new needs derived from both social and economic dimensions. During the last five years in Korea, an increasing number of social enterprises has developed thanks to government-subsidizing policies aimed at providing many unstable jobs for the unemployed and the disadvantaged in the labor market due to the recent economic crises. Meanwhile, the number of social enterprises has increased to attract and network local stakeholders as key players in various regions. They seek to establish social economy in the local communities by providing potential social and economic needs with which the central and local governments are less concerned as well as creating new networks of various stakeholders among local people. Indeed, it is necessary to detail the organizational status and geographic distribution of social enterprises in Korea and offer policy recommendations. This paper explains how and to what extent these organizations has been well distributed using location quotient. The last section offers an overview of the key findings of this analysis and a set of recommendations for the future development of Korean social enterprises.

전산유체역학시뮬레이션을 이용한 도시가스 설비의 폭발위험성 예측

City natural gas is classified flammable hazardous gas and should be secured according to explosion risk assessment determined by Industrial Standard KS C IEC. In this study, leak size, ventilation grade and effectiveness were adopted to the KS C IEC for risk assessment in natural gas supply system. To evaluate the applicability of the computational fluid dynamics (CFD), the risk assessment was studied for four different conditions using hypothetical volume(V z ) valuesfrom gas leak experiments, KS C IEC calculation, and CFD simulation. 산업현장과 열병합발전 등 다양한 장소에 사용되는 도시가스는 산업안전보건법 정의에 따라 인화성 가스에 해당되며 한국산업표준 KS C IEC에 의해 가스 폭발위험장소가 설정되어 안전하게 관리가 되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 일반 화학공장에 적용되는 KS C IEC 표준을 저압 도시가스 사용설비 폭발위험성 예측에 합리적으로 적용하기 위해누출공 크기, 환기 등급, 환기 유효성 등의 주요 변수를 도입하였다.CFD 시뮬레이션 적용의 타당성을 평가하기 위해 전산유체역학 (CFD) 시뮬레이션, 가스누출실 험, KS C IEC 표준 계산 통해 얻어진 폭발하한계가상 체적을 이용하여 네 가지 다른 조건에서 폭발 위험성을 평가하였다.

HP 필터를 적용한 환율 변동성 예측력에 대한 연구

델타 헤징과 직접 연결된 미래 가격의 이차 차분의 합이 실현 변동성으로 정의될 수 있으며, Reuter는 내재 변동성 자료를 제공한다. 본고는 Hodrick and Prescott(HP) 필터를 적용해서 내재 변동성으로부터 추출된 추세 정보의 실현 변동성에 대한 예측력을 보았다. 내재 변동성의 예측력을 부정한 기존 우리나라 자본시장에 대한 실증분석 결과와 다르게 HP 필터를 통해 추세가 추출된 내재 변동성의 예측력이 단순 내재 변동성 및 과거 변동성보다 뛰어난 결과를 보였다. 반면 Beveridge and Nelson 분해를 이용한 추세는 예측력을 제고하지는 않았다. KIKO 옵션에 대해 서브 프라임 기간을 전후하여 예측 방법에 따른 델타 헤징이 수행되었는데, 변동성을 고정하는 경우 델타 헤징의 손실이 제일 크며, 변동성 변화를 반영하는 방법간 차이는 크지 않았다. 따라서 헤징의 성과는 가격의 방향성에 강한 영향을 받는 것으로 보인다. The summation of second differences defined as the realized volatility is directly connected with the delta hedging. And implied volatilities interpreted as the prices of options are provided by Reuter Korea. I applied the HP (Hodrick and Prescott) filter to the implied volatility data. And I saw the predictability of the extracted trend information from the price data. Unlike the previous empirical studies, the predictive power of HP filtered trends showed superior results than the past volatilities and the simple implied volatilities. However the Beveridge and Nelson decomposition did not improve the predictive power. Delta hedging for KIKO options was performed to see the implication of the prediction models. Fixing the hedging volatility resulted the worst hedging errors and there was not significant differences between the models when the hedging volatilities are changed. This implies that the direction of the price strongly influences the outcomes of delta hedging.
