Topical immunotherapy with diphenylcyclopropenone(DPCP) has been used for the treatment of alopecia areata. Due to the therapeutic principle of producing a contact eczema, itching, erythema and scaling are inevitable or even desired side effects. However, erythema multiforme-like reactions following topical DPCP treatment have been rarely reported with an estimated incidence of 1.2%. We present herein a case of Stevens-Johnson syndrome, the severe form of erythema multiforme as a side effect of topical DPCP. A 57-year old male patient visited us for the treatment of alopecia totalis. After sensitization with 0.2% DPCP in acetone, we applied DPCP on the scalp once a week for three weeks. Following the 3rd challenge of DPCP, iris-shaped lesions, erosions, vesicles, and bullae developed with fever. Also, he had vesicles and erosions in the oral cavity. The patient was treated with systemic antibiotics, steroids, and antihistamines. The cutaneous lesions were cleared with hyperpigmentation, and pronounced hair regrowth was observed. Clinically adult-onset xanthogranuloma is somewhat different to that of juvenile xanthogranuloma. There seems to be no definitive sites of predilection and concomitant extracutaneous lesions, and spontaneous resolution does not occur in the adult form. The lesions of the adult form are usually asymmetric or solitary. We describe an adult with a solitary xanthogranuloma on the left shoulder. Histological findings of this case show minor differences from juvenile xanthogranuloma but immunohistochemical findings were very similar to those of juvenile xanthogranuloma. 본 논문에서는 철도차량 바닥구조의 경량화를 위하여 발포 알루미늄의 활용성을 검토해 보았다. 발포 알루미늄은 다공성 구조로, 기공률에 의해 밀도를 조절할 수 있어 경량효과를 낼 수 있고 에너지 흡수에 효과적이며 불연성 금속재료이다. 바닥구조에 활용하는 데 있어 필요한 물성을 검토해 보기 위하여, 발포알루미늄 심재와 발포알루미늄 심재에 강화 알루미늄 판을 접착시켜 표면층 구조를 변경한 발포알루미늄 샌드위치 패널을 대상으로 각각 열전도율, 충격강도, 압축강도, 열팽창 계수 시험을 진행하였다. In this paper, we considered application of the aluminum foam lightweighting the railcar floor structure. As the structure of the aluminum foam is porous, it can control density by porosity. Its porous structure make lightweighting the railcar and effective energy absorption. Also, aluminum foam is non-combustible metal material. For considering more necessary properties of the aluminum foam to apply floor structure of the railcar, 4 experiments were performed ; thermal conductivity, impact strength, compressive strength, coefficient of thermal expansion.

We have conducted the experiment in order to investigate the effect of estrogen on rat uterine growth and the possible mechanism of action of estrogen on rat uterine growth. The result of time course study of estrogen-17β in immature female rat uterus showed the time dependent stimulation of rat uterine growth. Also the result of dose response study with E 17β in immature rat uterus showed the dose dependent increase in the uterine weight. Monitoring the total protein from the both time course study and dose response study indicates that the increase of rat uferine weight by estrogen correlates with the increase of total protein in rat uterus. Therefore Estrogen saems to stimulate rat uterine growth via the increase of protein synthesis
