영화 스크립트 텍스트 마이닝을 통한 흥행성과 예측

영화 흥행 실패의 리스크를 줄이기 위해 객관적인 흥행 예측 지표가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 영화 스크립트의 텍스트를 분석하여 흥행성과를 예측하는 기법을 제안한다. 객관적인 흥행 예측 지표는 누적 관객 수와 누적 매출액으로 설정하였다. 실험은 2010년 1월 1일부터 2016년 8월까지 개봉한 영화중에서 누적 관객 수와 누적 매출액을 기준으로 상위 50위까지의 영화 스크립트를 분석하여 진행했다. 실험을 통해 영화 제작에 앞서 스크립트 분석만을 활용한 영화 흥행성과 예측이 가능함을 보였다.

트위터에서의 연관어 군집화를 이용한 이벤트 지역 탐지 기법

최근 스마트폰의 보급으로 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용하는 사용자들이 급증하였다. 그 중 트위터는 정보의 빠른 전파력과 확산성으로 인해 현실에서 발생한 이벤트를 탐지하는 도구로 활용하는 것이 가능하다. 따라서 트위터 사용자 개개인을 하나의 센서로 가정하고 그들이 작성한 트윗 텍스트를 분석한다면 이벤트 탐지의 도구로써 활용할 수 있다. 이와 관련된 연구들은 이벤트 발생 위치를 추적하기 위해 GPS좌표를 이용하지만 트위터 사용자들이 위치정보 공개에 회의적인 점을 감안하면 명확한 한계점으로 제시될 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 트위터에서 제공하는 위치정보를 이용하지 않고, 트윗 텍스트에서 위치정보를 추적하는 방법을 제시하였다. 트윗 텍스트에서 키워드간의 관계를 고려하여 이벤트의 사실여부를 결정하였으며, 실험을 통해 기존 매체들 보다 빠른 탐지를 보임으로써 제안된 시스템의 필요성을 보였다.

본 논문에서는 트위터를 활용하여 이벤트를 실시간으로 탐지하는 시스템에서의 재난 키워드 필터링과 지명 검출 기법을 제안한다. 스마트폰 의 보급이 SNS의 빠른 확산을 이끌었고, 최근 SNS를 활용하여 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. SNS 중에서 트위터는 140자의 단문으로 작성 되어 빠르게 확산되는 특성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 트윗 사용자들이 작성하는 트윗은 하나의 센서 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 이러한 특성들을 이 용하여 발생한 이벤트를 탐지하는 연구가 진행되었다. 그러나 최근 개인 정보 유출 사례가 증가해 자신의 위치 정보를 공개하기 꺼려함에 따라 재난이 발생한 지역을 파악하는데 어려움이 있다. 또한 맞춤법을 따르지 않은 게시글의 내용을 분석하는 과정에서 정확성과 관련된 문제가 발 생한다. 따라서 이벤트 발생 탐지 과정에 재난 관련 키워드 필터링과 지명 검출 기법이 추가적으로 적용되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 재난 관련 키워드 필터링의 적용과 두 가지 지명 검출 기법을 제안한다. 지명을 검출하는 두 가지 기법은 지명 단어에서 발생되는 노이즈를 제거하는 지 명 노이즈 제거 기법과 랜드 마크를 이용하여 지명 단어를 확정하는 지명 확정 기법이다. 재난 관련 키워드와 두 지명 검출 기법을 적용한 결 과 기존 시스템의 정확도 49%에서 지명노이즈 제거기법은 78%, 지명확정기법은 89%로 향상되었다 This research suggests the keyword filtering about disaster and the method of detecting area in real-time event detecting system by analyzing contents of twitter. The diffusion of smart-mobile has lead to a fast spread of SNS and nowadays, various researches based on studying SNS are being processed. Among SNS, the twitter has a characteristic of fast diffusion since it is written in 140 words of short paragraph. Therefore, the tweets that are written by twitter users are able to perform a role of sensor. By using these features the research has been constructed which detects the events that have been occurred. However, people became reluctant to open their information of location because it is reported that private information leakage are increasing. Also, problems associated with accuracy are occurred in process of analyzing the tweet contents that do not follow the spelling rule. Therefore, additional designing keyword filtering and the method of area detection on detecting real-time event process were required in order to develop the accuracy. This research suggests the method of keyword filtering about disaster and two methods of detecting area. One is the method of removing area noise which removes the noise that occurred in the local name words. And the other one is the method of determinating the area which confirms local name words by using landmarks. By applying the method of keyword filtering about disaster and two methods of detecting area, the accuracy has improved. It has improved 49% to 78% by using the method of removing area noise and the other accuracy has improved 49% to 89% by using the method of determinating the area

트위터는 다른 SNS와 대비되는 정보의 빠른 전파력과 확산성을 갖고 있다. 따라서 트위터를 이용하여 현실에서 발생한 이벤트를 탐지하는 여러 연구가 진행되고 있다. 트위터 사용자 개개인을 하나의 센서로 가정하고 그들이 작성한 트윗 텍스트를 분석하여 이벤트 탐지에 이용하는 것이다. 이와 관련된 연구들은 이미 많은 성과를 보이며 진행되어 왔으나 여러 가지 문제점들로 인해 새로운 한계에 직면했다. 특히 선행 연구의 대다수가 이벤트의 발생 위치를 추적하기 위해 GPS좌표를 이용한다. 그러나 이는 최근 트위터 사용자들이 위치정보 공개에 회의적인 점을 감안하면 명확한 한계점으로 제시될 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 트위터에서 제공하는 위치정보를 이용하지 않고 트윗 텍스트에서 위치정보를 추적하는 방법을 제시하였다. 트윗 텍스트에서 키워드를 추출하여 키워드간의 관계를 고려해 연관단어를 군집화 하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 알고리즘을 적용한 실험을 통해 이벤트가 발생한 지역과 실제로 발생한 이벤트의 탐지여부를 확인하였다. 또한 본 논문에서 제안한 기법이 기존 매체들보다 빠른 탐지를 보임으로써 제안된 기법의 우수성을 입증하였다. Twitter has the fast propagation and diffusion of information compare to other SNS. Therefore, many researches about detecting real-time event using twitter are progressing. Twitter real-time event detecting system assumes every twitter user as a sensor and analyzes their written tweet in order to detect the event. Researches that are related to this twitter have already obtained good results but confronted the limits because of some problems. Especially, many existing researches are using the method that can trace an event location by using GPS coordinate. However, it can be suggested a definite limitation through the present user's skeptical responses about making personal location information public. Therefore, this paper suggests the method that traces the location information in tweet contents text without using the provided location information from twitter. Associated words were grouped by using the keyword that extracted in tweet contents text. The place that the events have occurred and whether the events have surely occurred are detected by this experiment using this algorithm. Furthermore, this experiment demonstrated the necessity of the suggested methods by showing faster detection compare to the other existing media.

중국 노동조합의 노동쟁의 처리에 있어서의 역할에 관한 연구

중국의 노동조합은 대부분의 국가들에서 노동자의 권익을 보호하기 위하여 노동자들에 의해 결성되는 것과는 다르게 중국 정부에 의해 노동자권익뿐만 아니라 기업 및 정부의 권익 및 업무를 보호·수행하기 위하여 설립되었다. 다만 최근 중국 노동조합의 변화는 노동조합의 역할에 대한 변화를 강력히 요구하고 있다. 즉 노동조합이 노동자, 기업 그리고 정부의 권익을 조화시키고 조정하는 중재자로서의 역할에서 노동자의 권익을 보다 더 중점을 두어 업무를 수행할 것을 요구하고 있고, 이에 일부 부합하게 2008년 이후 중국 정부는 노동계약법, 노동쟁의조정중재법, 연차유급휴가조례 등의 친노동자적인 법률을 시행하게 되었다. 중국 노동자들의 노동인식변화와 관련 법률의 친노동자적 개정 및 제정은 노동쟁의의 급속한 증가를 가져왔다. 이러한 변화는 중국 노동조합의 분쟁해결관련 역할의 확대를 요구하기에 이르렀으며, 이는 노동조합의 중립적인 재3자적 위치에서 친노동자적 위치로의 변화를 또한 요구하게 되었다. 이러한 인식하에 본 논문에서는 중국 노동조합의 정의, 변천, 그리고 기능을 바탕으로 중국 노동조합의 정체성을 정리하였다. 또한 중국 노동법, 노동조합법, 노동쟁의조정중재법 등의 노동관련 법률에서 규정하는 노동쟁의 처리에 있어 노동조합의 역할을 살펴보고, 노동쟁의 해결에 있어 노동조합의 한계를 분석하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 한국의 대중국 투자기업이 노동쟁의 해결과 관련하여 노동조합과 어떠한 관계를 설정하여야 할 것인가에 대해서도 정리하였다. Labor union originally refers to a spontaneous social group on the basis of common interests, which might include the employees working for the same employer, or the individuals in a particular field. The original intention of labor union was to negotiate working salaries, working hours and working conditions with the employers. Chinese labor union stands for the working class led by the Communist Party of China(CPC) and consequently it serves as an intermediary between the government and the people. Therefore, the basic roles of labor union in China are to safeguard(or protect) the legitimate rights and interests, to ensure the participation in construction and reformation, and to conduct education for the workers. Previously, these roles were equally important. Since 2010, the first role has become the top priority so that the functions of labor union can be performed more effectively. However, labor unions based on national power are more dependent on the government in terms of economy and administration. As a result, labor unions have to adjust their functions and properties according to the policies. With the development of China and the disappearance of Demographic Dividend, the components of Chinese labor market have greatly changed and numerous labor disputes have become obstacles to a harmonious society. Thus, to enhance the roles of labor union in handling labor disputes, balancing labor and capital, and securing the rights of working class is of great significance for social stability and development. In this thesis, the definition of Chinese labor union was introduced, followed by the developing history and its specific functions. Relevant laws were collected to illustrate the role of labor union played as well as the methods in handling labor disputes. The restrictions and problems of labor union in handling labor disputes were also discussed. Finally, considering the current situation of Chinese labor market, the necessity of enhancing the role of labor union in securing rights and handling labor disputes was expounded and emphasized. Based on the results of these studies, analyzes of how Korean-invested enterprises in China resolves labor disputes by labor union.

양안(兩岸) 상호간 중재판정의 승인 및 집행에 관한 연구

중국과 대만 간은 내전으로 인해 1949년부터 분단된 상태를 유지하고 있다. 1979년 1월 1일 중국 전국인민대표대회 상무위원회는 ‘대만동포에게 고하는 글’ (告臺灣同胞書)을 공포하여, 대만에 대한 통일정책을 무력에 의한 대만해방에서 평화적 통일로 전환하겠다고 하였으며, ‘3통(通) 4류(流)’ 를 통한 평화통일을 대만에 제의하였다. 이러한 양안(兩岸) 간의 정치적인 특수성으로 인하여 중국과 대만은 서로 독립적이고 개별적인 법역(法域)을 형성하게 되었다. 한편 양안 간의 경제적 교역 증가에 비례하여 이를 간의 관련 분쟁도 증가하게 되었다. 이에 따라서 이러한 양안 상호간의 상사분쟁을 해결하기 위한 수단으로 국제상사분쟁에서와 같이 중재제도의 이용이 증가하였다. 중국과 대만 간의 불확실한 정치적 상황에서 관할법원은 중재판정의 집행문제에 개입하게 되며, 어떤 법률에 근거하여 강제집행 여부를 결정할 것인가 하는 문제에 노출되게 된다. 본 연구는 중국과 대만 상호간 중재판정의 승인 및 집행과 관련한 특징 및 문제점 등을 분석하였다. 이를 기초로 양안 간 중재판정의 안정적인 승인 및 집행을 적용하기 위한 주의사항도 제시하였다. 또한 한국 기업들이 양안의 중재제도를 이용하는 경우에 유의해야할 사항들에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 그리고 한국과 북한 간의 상대방 중재판정의 승인 및 집행과 관련한 규정 및 제도의 수립에 본 연구가 일정한 시사점을 제시하였다. China and Taiwan have been separated since 1949 due to civil war. On January 1st, 1979, the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of China declared “A Message to Compatriots in Taiwan” which suggested that they would change the policy toward Taiwan from military confrontation to peaceful unification through “three links and four communications” policy. Due to the political specificity between these two sides, both China and Taiwan have formed their independent and separate law zones. On the one hand, with the increased economic trade between them, the related disputes also increased. Consequently, the use of arbitration system as a tool to resolve the commercial disputes has increased. Under the uncertain political situation between China and Taiwan, the competent courts intervened in the execution of the arbitration award but by which law should the enforcement be determined turned out to be a problem. This research analyzes the characteristics and problems related to the approval and enforcement of arbitration between China and Taiwan. Based on this, this research proposes precautions for applying the approval and enforcement of the arbitration award between these two sides. In addition, this research suggests the considerations when Korean enterprises use their arbitration system. Finally, This research provides some implications for the establishment of regulations and systems related to the approval and enforcement of the arbitration award between Korea and North Korea.
