『법화경』에 설해진 붓다의 보살행에 대한 주석적 연구 검토

보살행은 최상의 깨달음을 추구하면서 중생을 구제하려는 보살의 실천을 의미하며, 그 결과로 성불을 이루게 된다. 그러므로 보살행과 성불은 인과 관계에 있다. 그런데 범어본 『법화경』 「여래수량품」에서는 붓다 자신이 과거의 보살행을 완성하지 않았다고 설하고 있다. 그리고 동일한 내용이 세친의 주석서 『법화경론』에 제시되어 있다. 반면 『묘법연화경』에는 붓다가 보살행을 통해 얻은 수명이 완료되지 않았다고 번역되어 있다. 본고의 목적은 ‘붓다의 보살행’이라는 주제에 대하여 다양한 해석의 가능성을 고찰하는 것이다. 먼저 『법화경론』의 해당 구절에 관하여 동아시아의 주석가들 중에서 지의, 길장, 규기, 원효의 해석을 검토한다. 이어서 범어본 『법화경』에 대한 연구자들의 해석을 검토한다. 주석가들과 연구자들의 견해가 반드시 일치하지는 않지만, 그들의 해석에서 공통적으로 지적할 수 있는 것은 『법화경』에서 보살행이 매우 중요한 의미를 갖는다는 것이다. 『법화경』은 널리 알려져 있으며, 「여래수량품」은 경전에서 매우 중요한 품이다. 반면, 붓다의 보살행이라는 내용은 그다지 강조되지 않고 있다. 그러나 『법화경』에서 붓다 자신이 여전히 보살행을 행하고 있다고 선언하는 것은 붓다가 되기를 지향하는 우리들에게 종교적 실천과 구원에 관하여 매우 핵심적인 메시지를 전하는 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 본고에서는 주석적 연구를 검토하여 그 일면을 확인하였다. The bodhisattva practice (bodhisattvacāryā) refers to a practice carried out by a bodhisattva to seek supreme enlightenment and save sentient beings; the bodhisattva attains buddhahood as a result of this practice. Therefore, we can establish a causal relationship between the bodhisattva practice and buddhahood. The Sanskrit version of the “Lifespan of the Tathāgata” chapter of the Lotus Sutra (saddharmapuṇḍarīkasūtra), however, says that the Buddha himself has not accomplished his ancient bodhisattva practice. The same thesis is also presented in Vasubandhu’s Commentary on the Lotus Sutra (Saddharmapuṇḍarīkopadeśa, Fahua jing lun 法華經論). The Chinese translation of the Lotus Sutra, namely Miaofa lianhua jing 妙法蓮華經, by contrast, states that the lifespan attained by the Buddha through his bodhisattva practice has not been exhausted yet. This paper intends to examine the various hermeneutical possibilities on the topic of the Buddha’s bodhisattva practice. First, interpretations made by the East Asian commentators, such as Zhiyi 智顗, Jizang 吉藏, Kuiji 窺基, and Wonhyo 元曉, on the relevant passages of Vasubandhu’s Commentary on the Lotus Sutra will be examined. Interpretations made by the researchers on the Sanskrit version of the Lotus Sutra will also be analyzed. Although the commentators and researchers are not necessarily in agreement about their views, all of them acknowledge that the bodhisattva practice has a very important meaning in the Lotus Sutra. The Lotus Sutra is widely known, and the “Lifespan of the Tathāgata” chapter is very important in this sutra. The Buddha's bodhisattva practice referred to in this chapter is, however, not given much attention. However, the Lotus Sutra’s declaration that the Buddha himself is still performing the bodhisattva practice can be understood as a passage that touches upon a very essential aspect of our religious practice and salvation. In this paper, I clearly reveal this important aspect by reviewing exegetical studies.

VTI 매질의 탄성파 이방성 축소모형실험

석유와 가스 등 지하자원 탐사를 위한 탄성파 탐사자료의 처리 및 해석에 있어서 이방성에 대한 연구는 매우 중요하다. 중합 및 구조보정 풍 자료처리과정에 필요한 탄성파 속도를 등방성이라고 가정하였으나 실제 지하지질의 속도구조는 이방성올 가지는 경우를 흔히 볼 수 있는데, 특히 셰일층 또는 파쇄 및 절리 등 균열이 발달된 탄산염 저류층에서 이방성 특정을 찾아볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 합성수지인 베이클라이트로 만든 VTI매질을 대상으로 탄성파 축소모형실험을 이용하여 탄성파 이방성에 대한 연구를 수행하였다 탄성파 모형실험에서 등방성 재료는 입사각의 변화에도 불구하고 속도가 항상 일정하지만 이방성 매질의 경우 측정 방향 및 입사각에 따라 탄성파 P파 빛 S파의 속도가 변화하였다. 측정된 탄성파 속도는 군속도로 추정되며 군속도로부터 구한 탄성계수를 이용하여 이방성계수인 ε, δ, γ를 성공적으로 파악할 수 있었다. 이방성매질에서는 이론적으로 계산된 위상속도와 측정된 탄성파속도는 비교적 잘 일치하였으며, 또한 qP, qS, SH파의 위상속도를 slowness surface에서 나타내면 측정 매질에 대한 이방성 특성이 잘 표현되었다. S파의 경우매질과 송수신기의 측정 방향에 따라 서로 다른 두 개의 횡파가 분극특성을 나타내며 전파됨을 확인활 수 있었다. Although conventional seismic data processing is based on the assumption that the media are isotropic, the subsurface is often anisotropy in shale formation or carbonate with cracks and fractures. This paper presents the anisotropic parameter and seismic modeling in transversely isotropic media with a vertical symmetry axis using seismic physical modeling. The experiment was successfully carried out with VTI media, laminated bakelite material, using contact transducer of p and s-wave transmission. The variation of velocities with angle of incidence was clearly shown in anisotropic material. Comparing these velocities with the calculated phase velocities, the (Ii and (S)-wave velocity observed in anisotropic material was a very good agreement with the calculated values. Anisotropic parameter c, It, y was estimated by using Lame`s constant calculated from the observed velocity. For the purpose of testing (S)-wavc polarization, a birefringence experiment was carried out. The higher velocity was associated with the polarization parallel to the fracture, and the lower velocity was associated with the polarization perpendicular to the fracture.

It is necessary to seek the substantial policy for solving digital divide that spreads for our society as soon as possible. Internet saemaulundong is applied to policy for solving economic and social gap and digital divide by the practice policy of new solving digital divide from samaulundong of the past that sought for solving distinction between rich and poor, with the spirit of saemaulundong, information, communication and technology. Under this circumstance, this paper analyzed the influence factors of internet saemaulundong for solving digital divide. Major statistical methods to analyze the influence factors of internet saemaulundong were the multiple regression. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, the level of informationalization is important influence factor to internet saemaulundong for solving digital divide. Second, the result that the influence factor of the information resources operation has an effect on the solving digital divide is very suggestive to basis strengthening of internet saemaulundong and policy of the information resources operation of individuals. Third, the information cooperation system has an effect on the solving digital divide. Forth, the side of joint application is emphasize in the next step by the information joint that be stressed in the variable of information cooperation system. Fifth, influence factors by individual characteristics have an effect on the information gap. This results implies that it is necessary to devise various strategies on the possibility of enlargement application of internet saemaulundong by the analysis of influence factors of internet saemaulundong.

土地法制改革의 展開에 關한 硏究 : 몽골의 사례를 중심으로

최근 몽골의 전통적인 토지이용형태는 지구온난화의 진행과 더불어 기후, 식생 등의 자연조건의 변화와 도시화, 자동차보급의 일반화 등의 사회 경제정세의 변화에 따라 큰 변혁기를 맞이하고 있다. 몽골은 토지법을 2003년에 공포하면서 토지사유화의 기틀을 마련하였다. 동 법은 그 전문에서 “개인, 사업체, 기관이 토지를 임차 및 사용하는 제반 관계를 조정함을 목적으로 한다.” 고 밝히면서 제2조에서 토지법은 몽골 헌법, 민법, 동 법 그리고 이와 상응하게 제정된 기타 법령으로 구성된다. 그리고 2항에서 “대지, 산림, 수자원, 대기, 식물, 동물 및 기타 자연 자원의 사용, 보호 제반 관계를 적절한 법령으로 조정한다.”고하여 당초 국유로만 되어있던 토지에 대하여 구체적으로 규정하게 된다. 몽골의 법 정비에 있어서 특기할 만 한 것은 외부로 부터의 개입이 복합적으로 이루어졌다는 것이다. 일반적으로 발전도상국, 특히 시장경제시스템의 이행을 노리는 구(또는 현), 사회주의국가에 있어서 법 정비는 외국 또는 국제기관의 원조를 받고 행하여지는 것이 많다. 따라서 현재 몽골의 토지법제에 있어서는 토지법을 포함한 자원·환경법의 법체계전체를 재검토하여 각 법률 간에 상치하지 않으면서 실효성 있는 법제도의 구축을 꾀하는 것이 중요하다. Since the establishment of diplomatic relationship in 1990, Korea and Mongolia have gradually increased mutual transactions in tourism, academic fields, and trade and industry. Mongolia is currently undergoing a rapid process of democratization and transition to a market economy, aided by whole series of new legislation concerning land tenure land use systems and politics and measures for environmental protection. But the increasing trend toward privatization of land as a property may adversely impact on its environment and natural resources, including land especially on pasturelands which is still today the mainstay of Mongolia's economy and nomadic lifestyle.

전자정부구현에 대한 주민만족도 분석에 관한 연구

Autonomous local governments provide their residents with administrative information and regional news through their internet web pages. However, in reality. electronic mail, bulletin boards. and electronic payment services are not fully utilized and a network system connecting subdivisions of autonomous local governments needs to be more efficiently managed and established. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the residents' satisfaction level on the website managed by autonomous government offices. A government-managed website is one the most basic forms of information technology that can make an electronic government come true. The four areas of positive assessment included the coefficient of utilization, the coefficient of convenience. the coefficient of expectation, and the level of technology. An overall satisfaction rate was computed from data collected from the subjects residing in the regions located in the city of Taequ, Korea. Theoretical discussion included the literature review, the definition and purposes of an electronic government, and its relationship with satisfaction rate of citizens. 'l-test. Analysis of variance(ANOVA), and Frequency Analysis were employed for the analysis of data. T-test and F-test were used to examine the significance level. The data showed a relatively high interest level of the residents, coefficient of convenience, level of technology and coefficient of expectation toward the website managed by local governments. However. the overall satisfaction rate was low. This implies that residents have a relatively low coefficient of utilization. Possible factors for the results of the study are the low interest level of residents, the inadequacy utilizing information technology, the mentalities that reject modern information technology, and the insufficiency of public education provided by the local government. There is an urgent need for a more efficient information network between the central government and its regional residents, as well as between regional governments and its regional residents. Therefore, any future government policies related to the development of an electronic government need to address this important aspect of user satisfaction.

주민생활정보화의 만족도에 대한 영향요인 연구

본 연구는 지역주민의 삶의 질 향상과 직결되어 있는 주민생활정보화의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 지역주민의 생활정보화 증진방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 주민생활정보화만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 주민정보화가 아주 중요한 영향요인이라는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 주민생활정보화교육의 필요성, 참여도, 효과성 등이 주민생활정보화만족도에 영향을 미친다는 조사결과는 주민생활정보화 정책에 대한 홍보의 필요성이 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 주민복지정보화 변수는 다른 변수들과 비교했을 때 실효성이 가장 강조되는 측면의 변수이다. 넷째, 유비쿼터스 마을조성은 신개념의 정보시스템이다. 이에 대한 주민들의 인지는 비교적 약한 수준이었지만 주민생활정보화만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수로 분석 되었다. 새로운 정보시스템에 대한 활용과 수준향상에 대한 더 많은 노력이 요구되고 있다. 다섯째, 지역안전관리시스템이 주민생활정보화만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되지는 않았지만 조사대상지역은 풍수해를 비롯한 자연재해가 타 지역에 비해 빈번하게 일어나는 지역이기 때문에 이에 대한 체계적인 시스템의 관리운영이 필요하다. Though this study analyzes about local resident`s quality of life elevation and leading person affecting in connected directly E-life`s Satisfaction and gropes local resident`s E-life promotion plan with this, there is purpose. If summarize result of this study first, leading person that affect to E-life`s Satisfaction can know that E-life is very important Factors Affecting Second, E-life education`s necessity, participation, effect etc.. that affect to E-life`s Satisfaction findings that necessity of public information is important about E-life policy know can. Third, when Resident welfare variable compared with other variables, effectiveness is emphasized side variable. Fourth, Ubiquitous village furtherance is information system of new concept. Human wisdom of inhabitantses was analyzed by variable affecting to E-life`s Satisfaction in reply although was weak level relatively. More efforts about inflection and level elevation for new information system are required. Fifth, local safety control system was not construed by leading person that affect to E-life`s Satisfaction but because natural disaster of Research zone is area that happen frequently than other area including storm and flood damage, need management operation of systematic system in reply.
