        과체중,비만 아동의 우울감에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting on depressive symptom in overweight or obese children by examining relationships between body image, weight related teasing, self perception, and depressive symptoms. Methods: From July to August 2014, overweight or obese children with the fifth-sixth grade (n=157) were recruited from four elementary schools. Self-reported questionnaires consisted of items including general characteristics, body image, weight teasing from peer, self perception profile, and depressive symptom. The collected data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, pearson``s correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean score of body image was 2.43(±1.10), weight teasing from peer 1.94(±2.75), self perception profile 2.83(±0.38), depressive symptom 1.42(±0.66). As results of multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting on depressive symptom in overweight or obese children was self perception profile (β=-0.43, p<0.001) and subjective happiness(β=-0.25, p=0.001). Conclusions: Based on the findings that self perception profile and subjective happiness significantly have influenced depressive symptom of overweight or obese children, there is a need to develop self perception profile strengthening program and happiness improvement program for them.

        계획된 행위이론을 기반으로 노인의 정보통신 테크놀로지 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인

        본 연구는 계획된 행위이론을 기반으로 지역사회 거주 노인의 정보통신 테크놀로지 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 G시와 S시에 거주하는 60세 이상 노인 99명을 대상으로 2020년 1월 한달 동안 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 지역사회 노인의 정보통신 테크놀로지 사용에 대한 태도는 3.79±0.74점, 주관적 규범은 3.43±0.66점, 지각된 행위통제는 3.12±0.71점, 사용의도는 3.23±0.77점이였다. 지역사회 노인의 정보통신 테크놀로지 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 주관적 규범(β=.35, p<.001), 지각된 행위 통제(β=.35, p<.001)였으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 48.7%였다. 따라서 지역사회 노인의 정보통신 테크놀로지 사용 의도를 촉진하기 위해서는 위의 변수를 고려한 체계적인 방안 마련이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to identify the intention to use of information and communication technology(ICT) for the elderly residing in community based on the theory of planned behavior. The subjects were 99 elderly aged 60 or older living in G and S cities from January 1 to 31 in 2020 using questionnaire. The data was analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 program for descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression. As a result, the mean of the attitude to use of ICT for the elderly was 3.79±0.74, subjective norm was 3.43±0.66, perceived behavioral control was 3.12±0.71, behavior intention was 3.23±0.77. The intent to use of ICT for the elderly are subjective norm(β=.35, p<.001), perceived behavior control(β=.35, p<.001), had an explanatory power of 48.7%. Therefore, it is necessary that systematic program considering the above factors for elderly residing in community to promote the intent to use of ICT.

        보건소 보건의료직 종사자들의 감정노동, 자기효능감 및 소진의 관계

        Purpose: The purpose of this descriptive, cross-sectional study was to examine relationships among emotional labor, self-efficacy, and burnout of employees in public health centers. Factors that influence burnout of workers were also assessed. Methods: One hundred sixty six workers in public health centers completed a pack of self-report questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA along with $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Employees in public health centers seemed to experience emotional labor to some extent. There were statistically significant differences in burnout depending on the age of workers. Employees' burnout had a positive relationship with emotional labor and a negative relationship with self-efficacy. Factors influencing burnout of employees in public health centers were emotional dissonance, surveillance & monitoring of organization, age, and self-efficacy. Conclusion: Considering the findings from this study, health care providers need to develop effective interventions which increase the level of self-efficacy and decrease certain types of emotional labor for employees in public health centers and to help them effectively manage burnout.

        반복적 외상 사건을 겪은 소방공무원의 외상 후 성장 경험

        Purpose: The study aimed to explore experiences of the posttraumatic growth (PTG) in firefighters with repeated exposure to traumatic events. Methods: Participants were 11 firefighters from two fire departments, who had experienced more than one critical trauma events. Data were collected through personal interviews from August to October 2020 and analyzed by Colaizzi's phenomenological methods. Results: The PTG experiences were derived into four categories: 'growth in self-perception', 'rediscovery of the meaning of life', 'deep interpersonal relationships', and 'discovery of the meaning of work'. Conclusion: These findings could be used as basic information for developing PTG program for firefighters such as logo-therapy, semantic therapy, and self-disclosure intervention using expressive writing and speaking.

        병원간호사의 자아존중감, 사회적 지지, 간호조직문화, 직장 내 괴롭힘 행위와 직장 내 괴롭힘 결과의 관계

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify relationships among self-esteem, social support, nursing organizational culture, experience of workplace bullying, and the consequences of workplace bullying in hospital nurses, and then to provide basic information for developing workplace bullying prevention programs. Methods: Participants were 122 hospital nurses from three general hospitals. Data collection was done during April and May 2015. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires which were used to identify participants’ characteristics, self-esteem, social support, nursing organizational culture, and workplace bullying. Results: Approximately one quarter of the nurses had experienced workplace bullying in the past six months. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that experience of workplace bullying (β=.45) and self-esteem (β=-.31) explained 53.3% of the variance in consequences of workplace bullying. Conclusion: Based on the findings that experiencing workplace bullying and having a low self-esteem were likely to increase workplace bullying in hospital nurses, there is a need to develop prevention and intervention programs on avoiding or dealing with workplace bullying.

        상급종합병원의 야간전담 간호제도 시범사업에 참여하는 간호사의 직무 경험

        Purpose: This study aimed to explore the meaning of job experiences of fixed night shift nurses participating in a pilot project by a tertiary hospital, and to provide basic information for improving their night shift working environment. Methods: A descriptive qualitative study was conducted using individual interviews in September 2022. Three female nurses who worked fixed night shifts were recruited from a tertiary hospital. Data were analyzed using content analysis. Results: By analyzing the meaning of job experience as a fixed night shift nurse, four categories and nine subcategories were identified. The four categories of job experience of fixed night shift nurses were: expecting an improvement physical health due to predictable working hours, enjoying leisure time due to long off-duty hours, regretting for loosened relationships, and considering a successful settlement of fixed night shift nursing. Conclusion: As night shift work is essential for nurses to provide continuous nursing to patients, it is necessary to develop various strategies to improve the physical health of night shift nurses through fatigue management and good sleep quality, mental health through work-life harmony, and social health through intimate relationships between patients and coworkers.

        상급종합병원과 종합병원 간호사의 낙상예방활동에 영향 요인

        Objectives: This study was aimed to identify influencing factors of hospital fall prevention activities of tertiary hospital nurses and general hospital nurses by examining relationships between knowledge and attitude of fall prevention, self-efficacy for preventing fall and perceived patient safety culture on fall prevention activities. Methods: A total of 341 nurses from one university hospital and two general hospitals were recruited. A descriptive survey research was used with self administered questionnaires. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression. Results: As results of multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting hospital fall prevention activities of tertiary hospital nurses were working unit, working hours, knowledge of fall prevention, and self-efficacy for preventing fall. For general hospital nurses, the factors affecting hospital fall prevention activities were self-efficacy for preventing fall and perceived patient safety culture. Conclusions: Based on the findings, there is a need to develop an intervention program for enhancing self-efficacy for preventing fall to improve fall prevention activities of nurses.

        뇌졸중 환자를 위한 G-AP 기반 목표설정 자기관리프로그램의 효과

        Purpose: This study was conducted to develop a self-management program using goal setting for patients after a stroke. The program was based on a theory-based Goal setting and Action Planning framework (G-AP), and the effectiveness of the program was examined. Methods: A non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. The experimental group (n=30) received the self-management program using goal setting based on the G-AP over 7 weeks. The education was delivered individually with a specifically designed stroke workbook. The control group (n=30) received only patient information leaflets about stroke. Results: There were significant differences between the two groups. Stroke knowledge, self-efficacy, and health behavior compliance were significantly higher (all p<.001), and hospital anxiety (p<.001) and depression (p<.001) were significantly lower in the experimental group compared to the control group. Conclusion: This self-management program using goal setting based on a G-AP was found to be useful and beneficial for patients in stroke rehabilitation settings.

        유리체강 내 주입술을 받는 망막질환자의 시각 관련 삶의 질 영향요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify influencing factors on vision-related quality of life in patients with retinal diseases receiving intravitreal injections by examining relationships among anxiety, depression, coping, eye health behaviors and vision-related quality of life. Methods: One hundred and five outpatients who were diagnosed with macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy were recruited from one university hospital during August 16, 2019 to March 25, 2020. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequency and percentage, mean, standard deviation), and t-tests, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson’s correlations, and stepwise multiple regressions using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0. Results: The vision-related quality of life according to general characteristics of retinal disease patients with intravitreal injection showed significant differences in age (F=3.01, p=.034), subjective economic status (F=5.83, p=.004), types of retinal disease (t=2.62, p=.010), and disease in both eyes (t=-3.04, p=.003). The vision-related quality of life showed a significant positive correlation with age (r=.24, p=.012), and negative correlations with anxiety (r=-.66, p<.001), depression (r=-.48, p<.001), and emotion-focused coping (r=-.20, p=.036). The hierarchical regression analysis indicated that factors affecting vision-related quality of life in patients with retinal diseases were anxiety and subjective economic status, accounting for 47.0% of the variances of the vision-related quality of life. Conclusion: Based on our results, health professionals need to pay attention to patients with low socioeconomic status due to frequent treatments. Also, a program needs to be developed to decrease anxiety for outpatients receiving intravitreal injections to improve their vision-related quality of life.

        금연 변화단계를 적용한 전화 상담과 문자메시지 제공 프로그램이 심근경색증 외래환자의 금연에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study was done to identify effects of a smoking cessation program including telephone counseling and text messaging using stages of change for outpatients who have had a myocardial infarction (MI). Methods: This research was a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest. The participants were 48 outpatients (experimental group=24, control group=24) recruited from one university hospital. They were randomly assigned to one of two groups: (a) an experimental group with telephone counseling (once a week) and text messaging (five times a week) using stages of change, and (b) a control group with traditional telephone counseling (once a month). Efficacy of the intervention was measured by comparing the two groups on smoking-related variables at 3 weeks and 12 weeks. Results: At the 3-week and 12-week measurements, there were significant differences between the experimental and control groups on smoking cessation self-efficacy (p<.001), nicotine dependence (p<.001), CO levels (p<.001), and smoking cessation rates (p<.001). Conclusion: The results indicate that the smoking cessation program including telephone counseling and text messaging using stages of change is effective for outpatients after a MI. Further attention should be paid to the intensity of the smoking cessation program and periods for long-term follow-up.
