금속 산화물 촉매를 이용한 메탄의 Oxidative Coupling 반응

메탄의 직접 전환 기술 중 하나인 OCM(oxidative coupling of methane) 반응을 수행하였다. 사용한 금속 산화물 촉매는 Li/MgO와 Pb/MgO이었다. 온도에 따른 촉매의 반응성을 알아보기 위해 600, 700, 800℃에서 반응을 행하였으며, 반응물 혼합비(메탄:산소)에 따른 반응성, 전환율 및 선택도를 알아보기 위해 700℃에서 혼합비를 2:1 및 1:1로 하여 실험을 하였다. 그 결과 7wt% Li/MgO촉매의 경우 반응온도 700℃이고 혼합비가 2:1일 때 메탄의 전환율과 C_2화합물의 선택도가 각각 20%, 65% 정도로서 우수한 반응성을 보임을 알 수 있었다. 7wt% Li/MgO 촉매의 경우 700℃에서 혼합비가 1:1일 때 메탄의 전환율은 30%로 증가했으나 C_2화합물의 선택도는 45%로 감소하였다. Pb/MgO 촉매는 Li/MgO보다 낮은 선택도를(25%) 나타내었다. Oxidative coupling of methane(OCM), one of the methods of direct methane conversion, was performed. Metal oxide catalysts used were Li/MgO and Pb/MgO. To investigate the reactivity of the catalysts with temperature, the reaction was carried out at 600, 700 and 800℃; and to investigate the effect of the feed ratio of the reactants(CH_4:0_2) on reactivity, conversion, and selectivity the reaction was performed at 700℃ with the feed ratio of 2:1 and 1:1. The results indicate that 7wt% Li/MgO catalyst is a good catalyst for OCM reaction with 20% conversion and 65% selectivity at 700℃ with the feed ratio of 2:1. As feed ratio was 1:1, methane conversion was increased to 30% while C_2 selectivity decreased to 45% at 700℃ with 7wt% Li/MgO catalyst. The Pb/MgO catalyst showed less selectivity(25%) than Li/MgO did.

To prepare a durable softening water repellent, quaternized stearyl methacrylate-2-diethylami-noethyl methacrylate as a mother resin and quaternized 1-behenoylaminoethyl-2-docosyl imidazo-line which increase the softening effect and the hydrostatic pressure blended with waxes and their emulsifier in various proportions to give water repellent PPSBC. As the results of the measurement of water repellency. washable, tear strength and crease recovery to polyester-cotton(P/C) blended fabrics treated with PPSBC only or addition of textile finishing resin, the physical properties were increased. there was no significant lowering effect in water repellency when PPSBC was treated the antistatic agent by the one-bath method. and the effect of water repellency by the adding the catalyst was studied. PPSBC was confirmed as durable water repellent with the results of making little difference of water repellency as±5 point after and before washing. And, the water repellency mechanism of P/C blended fabrics treated with PPSBC was also discussed in detail.

Alkaline degreasing agent(ADA) was prepared by blending of POE(6)-2-ethylhexyl ether(PEH-6). Tetronix T-701(T-701). Na2CO3, tetrasodium pyrophosphate(TSPP). Demol N, and MJU-100A. The physical properties of ADA tested with steel specimen showed the following results. The degreasing powers of ADA-6(PEH-6 20g/Na2CO3 40g/TSPP 20g/Demol N 5g/MJU-100A 5g/water 100g mixture) for press-rust preventing oil were 97% and 98% degreasing at 4wt%, 70℃ and 90℃respectively: for quenching oil, the degreasing power of ADA-6 was 94% degreasing at 4wt% and 70℃. From these results, it was confirmed that ADA-6 exhibited a good degreasing power. Foam heights measured immediately after foaming by Rose & Miles method and Ross & Clark method at 6wt%, 60℃ were 20mm and 50mm. respectively. As the result, ADA-6 was proved a good low foaming degreasing agent.

Synthesizing 2, 2'-dioctadecamidodiethylamine and tetra (2-octadecamido ethyl) urea as the main component of softner, o/w tripe softner (DDSA) was prepared by blending it with POE (10) castor oil, POE (10) mono oleate, and POE (20) oleyl ether. Emulsion stability of DDSA was good, and mixed HLB value was 11.7. DDSA was found to be a good durable softner for nylon through the measurement of softness, lubrication, antistatic property, bending resistance, and color fastness.
