      • 방사선에 의한 결정의 결함구조에 관한 연구

        Single crystal of pottassium, Hydrogen, sulfate(KHSO_4) have been grown from the saturated solution by the evaporation method at the optimum conditions. Radiation damages in the single crystal caused by r-irradiation of 11.25×10^6 Rentgen have given rise to several paramagnetic centers. Electron spin resonance (ESR) spectra of the crystals are obtained with the X-bond EPR spectrometer at room temperature. The ESR Reaks of the paramagnetic species are found to be anisotropic but an isatlopic peak of Gaussian shape at g=2.0036 is assigned to SO_3 -radical. The g-values of all the species at various angles between the other oxis besides the rotating axes and the magenetic field are obtained from the distances between anisotropic peaks of the species and the isotropic peak of SO_3 -radical. The principal g-values of the trapped radicals are calculated from the plots of g^2 vs θ. All the species are identibud with the corresponding principal g-values and the defect structure of the KHSO_4 crystal is also discussed in terms of the species.

      • 氣固系의 熱 및 物質傳達 速度에 관한 硏究

        本 硏究는 流噴霧乾燥에 關한 硏究로서 絶對溫度를 측정하여 건조속도와 증발열효율을 구하였고, 또한 噴霧乾燥 操作詩의 열 및 物質傳達關係를 규명하였다. 乾燥機의 軸方向의 길이, 粒子의 初期速度 및 噴霧液體 및 공기간의 질랑유속비를 변수로 해서 수학적인 모델을 설정하여 理論式을 유도하였으며, 특별히 製作된 건구-습구 熱傳對濕度計에 의하여 Local Air Temp., 습도 및 분무입자의 斷熱飽和溫度를 측정하였다. 간단한 이론식으로부터 유도한 축방향의 絶對溫度에 관한 식은 열효율을 생각하여 수면 실험치와 잘 맞았다. 또 열효율과 移動單位數를 聯關시켰으며, 여기서 구한 移動單位數 및 移動單位높이를 이용하여 실제 건조기 설계시 최적치를 얻을 수 있다. 실험결과로는 습도분포를 측정하여 열효율과 乾燥速度와의 相關關係를 규명하였는 바 관계 理論式 과 實驗値가 잘 맞았으며, 또한 丹枉型 流噴霧乾燥機에서는 Plug Flow와 假定하여 設計해도 무방하다는 結論을 얻었다. The heat & mass transfer mechanism was investicated systematically in the view points of spray-dryer design by analyzing the drying rate and thermal efficiency in the cocurrent air spraying dryer. Mathematical model was formulated in terms of the axial distance from the nozzle, drop size, drop velocity, the temperatures of cocurrent air-gas streams, assuming the spray-drying system is an adiabatic process and the rate-determining step is in the side of gas streams. The comparision of experimental results with the theoretical model was brought into such a conclusion that optimum operating condition could be well discussed in the view point of spray-dryer design. The design parameters were correlated in the form of dimensionless groups and NTU method was suggested and appreciated mathematically as a design criteria of air-spraying dryer.

      • 철강용 알칼리탈지제의 제조와 그의 특성화

        Alkaline degreasing agent(ADA) was prepared by blending of POE(6)-2-ethylhexyl ether(PEH-6). Tetronix T-701(T-701). Na2CO3, tetrasodium pyrophosphate(TSPP). Demol N, and MJU-100A. The physical properties of ADA tested with steel specimen showed the following results. The degreasing powers of ADA-6(PEH-6 20g/Na2CO3 40g/TSPP 20g/Demol N 5g/MJU-100A 5g/water 100g mixture) for press-rust preventing oil were 97% and 98% degreasing at 4wt%, 70℃ and 90℃respectively: for quenching oil, the degreasing power of ADA-6 was 94% degreasing at 4wt% and 70℃. From these results, it was confirmed that ADA-6 exhibited a good degreasing power. Foam heights measured immediately after foaming by Rose & Miles method and Ross & Clark method at 6wt%, 60℃ were 20mm and 50mm. respectively. As the result, ADA-6 was proved a good low foaming degreasing agent.

        Synthesizing 2, 2'-dioctadecamidodiethylamine and tetra (2-octadecamido ethyl) urea as the main component of softner, o/w tripe softner (DDSA) was prepared by blending it with POE (10) castor oil, POE (10) mono oleate, and POE (20) oleyl ether. Emulsion stability of DDSA was good, and mixed HLB value was 11.7. DDSA was found to be a good durable softner for nylon through the measurement of softness, lubrication, antistatic property, bending resistance, and color fastness.

      • 내구유연발수제에 관한 연구(Ⅳ) : 아크릴 공중합체를 주제로 하는 발수제의 P/C혼방직물에의 발수처리 Water Repelling Treatment of P/C Blended Fabrics with Water Repellents Based on Acrylic Copolymer

        To prepare a durable softening water repellent, quaternized stearyl methacrylate-2-diethylami-noethyl methacrylate as a mother resin and quaternized 1-behenoylaminoethyl-2-docosyl imidazo-line which increase the softening effect and the hydrostatic pressure blended with waxes and their emulsifier in various proportions to give water repellent PPSBC. As the results of the measurement of water repellency. washable, tear strength and crease recovery to polyester-cotton(P/C) blended fabrics treated with PPSBC only or addition of textile finishing resin, the physical properties were increased. there was no significant lowering effect in water repellency when PPSBC was treated the antistatic agent by the one-bath method. and the effect of water repellency by the adding the catalyst was studied. PPSBC was confirmed as durable water repellent with the results of making little difference of water repellency as±5 point after and before washing. And, the water repellency mechanism of P/C blended fabrics treated with PPSBC was also discussed in detail.
