The purpose of this study to seek effective measures against foreign crimes through perception of crime prevention in multicultural society for general citizens. For the purpose of this study, 300 citizens were surveyed for about 5 days from July 1 to July 5, 2022 using the self-evaluation method and used as final analysis data. In this study, policy recommendations were limited to three categories enforcement of control on illegal immigrants, eliminating prejudice against foreigners, and improving negative media reports. First, enforcement of control on illegal immigrants is strengthened. In order to enforcement of control on illegal immigrants, the number of foreign police officers, which currently stands at 1.2% of the total police force, should be increased to 1.5% and gradually increased to 2%. Second, eliminating prejudice against foreigners. In order to prevent foreign crimes, it is necessary to clear up misunderstandings about foreigners, and it is necessary to strengthen education for multicultural society and multicultural people to get rid of the people's prejudice against multicultural people. Third, negative media reports should be improved. When reporting on crimes against foreigners, it should not be an obstacle to moving toward a multicultural society by accurately reporting facts rather than reporting negatively with social prejudice. 본 연구는 일반 시민들을 대상으로 다문화사회 범죄예방에 관한 인식을 통해 외국인 범죄에 대한 효율적인 방안을 모색함에 목적이 있다. 이 같은 연구목적을 위해시민 300명을 대상으로 2022년 7월 1일부터 7월 5일까지 약 5일 동안 자기평가 기입법을 통해 설문조사를 실시하여 최종분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구는 다음과 같이 불법체류자에 대한 단속 강화를 비롯하여 외국인에 대한편견 지양 그리고 부정적 언론보도 개선 등 세 가지로 한정하여 정책 제언을 하였다. 첫째, 불법체류자에 대한 단속 강화이다. 불법체류자에 대한 단속강화를 위해서는현재 전체 경찰인력의 1.2% 수준인 외사경찰의 인력을 1.5% 수준으로 증원하여야하며, 점진적으로 2% 수준으로 증원해야 한다. 둘째, 외국인에 대한 편견 제거이다. 외국인 범죄를 예방하기 위해서는 외국인에대한 오해 불식이 필요하며, 국민들의 다문화인에 대한 편견 탈피를 위한 다문화사회 및 다문화인 등에 대한 교육의 강화가 필요하다. 셋째, 부정적 언론보도 개선이다. 외국인 범죄와 관련된 보도를 할 경우 사회적편견을 갖고 부정적으로 보도하기 보다는 사실 관계를 정확히 보도함으로써 다문화사회로 지향하는데 장애가 되어서는 안된다.

The present study investigated the effect of N addition on the strength characteristics of 0.1%C-1%Mn-0.5%Mo-0.02%Ti fire-resistant steel for construction with low yield ratio. 0.1%C-1%Mn-0.5%Mo-0.02%Ti(A) and 0.1%C-1%Mn-0.5%Mo-0.02%Ti-0.015%N(B) specimens showed bainite phase in matrix of ferrite and pearlite phase, the addition of N suppressed the transformation of pearlite and accelerated transformation to bainite. Yield strength(Y.S) ratio, yield and tensile strength of B specimen was higher value than those of A specimen, but yield ratio(Y.R) value was lower. In the two specimens treated by air cooling or quenching and tempering after rolling, yield strength and Y.S ratio decreased slowly with increasing test temperature, and rapidly decreased at over 600℃. But Y.S ratio at 600℃ was higher than 70%. In case of specimen tempered after quenching, yield and tensile strength were higher than that of air cooling specimen but Y.S ratio was lower. With increasing finish rolling temperature, volume fraction of ferrite and pearlite phase was decreased, and volume fraction of bainite and Y.S ratio was rapidly increased, while Y.R value was unchanged. In two specimens, Y.S ratio was strongly controlled by volume fraction of second phase, but Y.R value and yield strength were affected by other factors than the volume fraction of second phase.
저 항복비 및 고 강도 구조용 내화강의 강도특성에 관한 연구

The present study was investigated the effect of rolling finishing temperature, slab reheating temperature and manufacturing process on the high temperature strength characteristic of 0.1%C-1%Mn 0.5%Mo steel containing Ti and B respectively. In the specimen containing Ti was obtained a little bainite in matrix of ferrite and pearlite phase, while, the specimen containing B was obtained boride and martensite phase. With increase of rolling finished temperature, in the A specimen containing Ti, bainite phase was increased and in the B specimen containing B, martensite lath was coarsened. In the two specimens treated by air cooling or quenching and tempering after rolling, with increasing of test temperature, yield strength and yield strength ratio decrease slowly, and rapidly decreased at over 600℃, but Y.S ratio at 600℃ appears higher value than 70%. In the B specimen, yield and tensile strength, Y.S ratio of specimens tempered after air cooling appears higher than quenching and tempered, but lower than air cooling specimens. With increase of rolling finished temperature, Y.S ratio of A and B specimens increased at RT and 600℃, but, when rolling finished temperature become over 900℃, Y.S and T.S of B specimens are decreased and A specimens are rapidely increased, while, with increased of slab reheating temperature, Y.S and T.S of A specimens was unchanged, but B specimens were decreased and Y.S ratio of A and B specimens increased. In the A specimen, Y.S ratio is strongly controlled by the volume fraction of secondary phase, but strength is affected by other factors except the volume fraction of secondary phase.
