일부 지역 초등학교 교사들의 건강증진 행위에 관한 연구

This study was done for the purpose of investigating primary school teachers health promoting behavior and self efficacy and analyzing the relationship between health promoting behavior and self efficasy. The subject of this study was made up of 136 primary school teachers in M city. Data was collected from February 5 to 13, 1997 by guestionnaire method. Data was analysed by spss - pc program, and revealed to percentage, t-value, ANOVA, and pearson's correlation coefficiency. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The mean level of self-efficacy in subjects was 4.35 2. The mean health promoting behavior score was 2.66 The order of subscale scores was from self-actualization, nutrition, interpersonal suppport, stress management and exercise down to Health responsibility. 3. There was positive correlation between health promoting behavior and self efficacy(r=.2906, p=.000). 4. General characteristics influencing the health promoting behavior were as follows: In the category of stress management to the age, the personal history was revealed to have significant differences. In the category of exercise to the personal history was revealed to have significant differences.

This study was aimed at identifying the people of community health promoting behavior and provided basic data for contribute to theory development related to health promotion in nursing. The subject of this study was made up of 147 adults in M city. Data was collected from January 9 to 17, 1994 by guestionnaire method. Analysis of data done by S.P.S.S program. The results of this study were as follows : 1. The mean health promoting behavior score was 2.53 within a range of 1.79 to 3.13. The order of scale scores was from self-actualization, interpersonal support, nutrition stress management and exercise down to Health responsibility. 2. In the relation between general characters of subjects and the practice level in the category of self-actualization, man (p=.001), graduate(p=.000), profssion(p=.000) group were high level. In the relation between general characters of subjects and the practice level in the category of health responsibility, catholic(p=.030), as much as income(p=.011) group were high level. In the relation between general characters of subjects and the practice level in the category of exercise, man(p=.000), graduate(p=.004), buddhist(p=.048), professin(p=.021) group were high level. In the relation between general characters of subjects and the practice level in the category of nutrition, catholic(p=.000) group were high level. In the relation between general characters of subjects and the practice level in the category of interpersonal support, higher educativnal levels(p=.038) were high level. In the relatin between general characters of subjects and the practice level in the category of stress management, catholic(p=.002) were high level.

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 취업유지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는데 있으며, 한 시점에서 노인의 재취업 여부를 다룬 다른 연구들에 비해 취업 후, 그 상태를 유지하는 것이 더 중요하다는 데 초점을 두고 분석, 고찰하였다. 연구에서 활용된 자료는 한국고용정보원의 고령화연구패널조사 1차년도(2006년)~5차년도(2014년)이며, 1차년도 조사 당시 65세 이상 노인 총 1,466명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 분석을 위해 SPSS 22.0프로그램을 사용하였으며, 연구모형 검증을 위해 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 인구사회학적 요인, 건강적 요인, 경제적 요인, 제도적 요인으로 나누어 분석한 결과, 성별, 연령, 학력, 배우자 존재 기간, 우울증, 가구 총소득, 가구 총자산, 국민기초생활수급 기간, 국민연금 수급기간이 노인의 취업유지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 기반으로 하여 노인들이 퇴직 후에도 취업상태를 유지하기 위해서 필요한 정책적·실천적 함의를 제언하였다. This study examined the factors of the elderly’s job retention, and it focused on the job retention rather than the reemployment itself which is widely studied before. The data of the study were drawn from Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing complied by the Korea Employment Information Service from the year 2006 to 2014, and this study analyzed 1,466 people who were over 65 years when conducted in the year 2006. Data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0, and binary logistic regression was conducted to test research model. Analyzed by population sociological, health, economic and institutional factors, the elderly’s job retention was affected by gender, age, academic background, period of the partner’s existence, depression, gross income of household, total assets of household, period of receiving national basic livelihood guarantees, period of receiving national pension. Based on the results, this study suggests practical and political implication for the elderly’s job retention after retirement.
