Recently, because the arrival of the fourth industrial revolution era, many information and telecommunication services have grown rapidly in the mobile business market. So, companies are based Mobile Apps on user customized services and expanding their services. From the standpoint of the business, to generate revenue, the company needs to maintain the existing current computer environment and develop Mobile Apps to offer convenience in various areas such as finance, admiration, e-commerce and sales support. However, as the number of users increase due to expansion of various Mobile services, security threats that are related to Mobile Apps are increasing and its damage is also increasing. Due to the rapid technological transformation of Mobile devices using the Internet, the level of security threats to Smartphones are rising and getting more advance, so this thesis is structured as follows. In Chapter 2, it will look at the overall trends of Mobile Apps as related research. In Chapter 3, it will discuss various security concerns that related to the latest Mobile Apps and learn about the threatening factors. In Chapter 4, it will compare and analyze the threatening factors. Then it will find and suggest the possible plan. In Chapter 5, it will end with conclusion. Finally, to protect mobile devices from security threats, the environment of operating system which manages the resources and data of Apps needs to be protected. Also, it is important that users to have awareness and check activation FinTech technology security in the process of simple payment with fingerprint or IC card.

The Kim Young-San government has experienced the turmoil in the midst of democratization, post Cold-War, the North Korea nuclear problem. Naturally, the turmoil was also the time for groping for the new relationship between Korea and Japan. Korea and Japan organized the new non-governmental organization(Korea-Japan Forum) to create new agenda for future-oriented relationship between Korea and Japan, and these new agenda had an effect to awaken public opinion by media. At the same time, Korea and Japan accepted the new agenda which non-governmental organization proposed. This manner which civil society create new agenda and government accept it, in short democratic way or down-up way became established. The new agenda which was created by Korea-Japan Forum was realized into Korea-Japan Partnership Communique in 1998. Here is the need to revaluate the Kim Young-Sam government which has been described as a dark age by an impropriety in speech. 김영삼 정부 시기는 민주화, 탈냉전, 북핵 문제 등 구조적 변화의 소용돌이 속에서 혼란기를 보냈다. 하지만 당연하게도 혼란기였기에 새로운 한일관계 구축을 위한 모색기이기도 하였다. 새로운 비정부 교류단체를 만들어 미래지향적 한일관계를 구축하기 위한 포괄적 협력의제를 창출하였고 언론보도를 통해 양국 국민 의식을 환기하는 효과를 가져왔다. 또한 양국 정부는 민간에서 협의된 협력의제 상당부분을 채택하는 ‘민주주적 방식’ 혹은 ‘상향식(down-up) 방식’을 정착시켰다. 그리고 이러한 한일포럼의 포괄적 협력의제는 <한일 파트너십 선언>으로 꽃을 피웠다. ‘버르장머리’ 발언으로 오명을 남기며 한일관계의 ‘암흑기’로 묘사되던 김영삼 정부에 대한 재평가가 요구되는 이유가 바로 여기에 있는 것이다.

Recently, new variants of Ransomware are becoming a new security issue. Ransomware continues to evolve to avoid network of security solutions and extort users' information to demand Bitcoin using social engineering technique. Ransomware is damaging to users not only in Korea but also in all around the world. In this thesis, it will present research solution to prevent and cope from damage by new variants Ransomware, by studying on the types and damage cases of Ransomware that cause social problems. Ransomware which introduced in this paper, is the most issued malicious code in 2016, so it will evolve to a new and more powerful Ransomware which security officers cannot predict to gain profit. In this thesis, it proposes 4 methods to prevent the damage from the new variants of Ransomware to minimize the damage and infection from Ransomware. Most importantly, if user infected from Ransomware, it is very hard to recover. Thus, it is important that users understand the basic security rules and effort to prevent them from infection.

사회적 이슈 관점에서 바라 본 사이버 테러 유형에 대한 위험 대응방안

In recent years, cyber terror that break into major institution's information system and destroy and paralyzed important information occurs frequently. Some countries do dangerous acts such as train hackers and order hackers to hack important industrial confidential documents which are core of national competitiveness to reduce the competitiveness of the country and cause social confusion. In this thesis, it will study problems of cyber terror to help people to use Internet in web environment that safe from cyber terror and to avoid the risk from cyber terror such as malware and DDos. This thesis is organized as following. In second chapter, it will look thorough the research that are related to cyber terror. In third chapter, it will study attack types of cyber terror. In fourth chapter, to defend from cyber violence, it will suggest safe solution. In fifth chapter, it will end with conclusion. Finally, to prevent urgent incidents like North Korean Cyber-attack, every Internet user must indicate their recognition on Internet security and it is significant to make a quick response treatment to create the safe online environment.

스마트 그리드 개인정보 보안이슈 방안 제시

Smart Grid is a next generation of new power growth electrical grid which provide high quality of electrical service by using Information Technologies to increase intelligence and performance. By using Smart Grid system, it can support energy management such as increase quality of electrical power, decrease energy and decrease emissions. However, Smart Grid uses information of energy consumption and when Smart Grid collects information, it will create private information. In this thesis, it will address issues of security private information which caused by Smart Grid for administrative measure and efficiency of Smart Grid in domestic. Also, cryptographic module algorithm, latest security solutions and strong wireless security policy for network environment such as wireless communication Iinternet are require for Smart Grid perform successfully and protect national power network equipment from cyber-attack and can stop leakage of user's personal information. Finally, it is urgent to prepare protection measures of National industrial facilities and power grid which can prepare for a cyber terrorism and penetration attacks and build emergency countermeasure management team for Smart Grid are require for safe Smart Grid environment.

Analyzing the content of the Myth of Dangun and the Songs of Flying Dragons, I examine the 'proto-type' of the governor appearing in those. In the Myth of Dangun, the role of the governor is justified by the direct kinship with the Heaven(天), or destiny(fortuna). The governor represents the abundance, because he was born by the combination between the Heaven and the Earth. This image of the governor reflects the ancient peasant's wish, or the abundance. After all, the governor, Dangun is in the top of the theocracy and is recognized the holy man who have the nature of the Heaven and the Earth. Because of these images, he is thought of the only man who interpret the universe, or the Heaven and the Earth. And repeating the story of his story is to pray for the abundance. The other hands, in the Songs of Flying Dragons, the role of the governor is still justified by the Heaven(天), but compared to the Myth of Dangun, the Heaven is restricted. The quality(virtu) of heros is more empathized than the will of the Heaven. In fact compared to the Myth of Dangun, the participation in the history of the Heaven in the Songs of Flying Dragons is shrinked strikingly, and unless the role of the Heaven in history is connected with the behavior of heros, it is not represented, so it become the passive actor in real history. Compared to the shrinked role of the Heaven, the quality(virtu) of heros is more empathized. The Confucian quality (virtu) - the military excellence, the valor, the loyalty to the nation, the love for the people, the humility, treating well the Confucian scholar, the love for the Confucian knowledge, the filial piety, and so on - induce the help of the Heaven and the following of the people. In fact editors of the Songs of Flying Dragons thought that without the Confucian virtu, the good political community would be impossible. The Songs of Flying Dragons sings the virtu of heros which induces the help of the Heaven and the following of the people and the good political community can be made only with the virtu of the governor.
