The rhetoric is a frequent language phenomenon which appears in the “Ancient Chinese” literary selections. Although this language phenomenon has a close relationship with glossary and grammar, it actually has its own characteristics. If we don’t know the rhetoric, it is also very difficult to understand the ancient book truly, even though we have rich knowledge of the Ancient Chinese’s glossary and the grammar. If we just explain the rhetoric phenomenon in literary selections in “the Ancient times Chinese”from the angle of word meaning and the grammar, but not analyze from the rhetoric angle, it is difficult to receive satisfied effect of the explanation, even without knowing where to begin thoroughly. But most rhetoric phenomenon appeared in the literary selections of “Ancient Chinese” put aside its rhetoric significance completely, only made the simple explanation to the word meaning or the syntax. This study used a dichotomous-choice contingent valuation method to measure consumer's value of quality certificated lettuce. Consumers were willing to pay more than the current price of regular lettuce for quality certificated lettuce. This value is attributed to the safety of quality certificated lettuce in comparison with regular lettuce. Findings suggest that the consumers put substantially high value on safe food, such as high quality certificated lettuce.

Till now the Chinese grammarians have only done preliminary exploration on Chinese partially related lexicalization. Only few papers have been published on this field, and fewer papers deal with the character and structure. The present paper for the first time discusses the partially related lexicalization of Chinese phrases diachronically and synchronically. The Chinese syntax academic have generalized five types of the word formation of compound words: coordinated type, attributive type,verb-object type,subject-predicate type and predicate-complement type, etc. The author believes that the generalization is not comprehensive, because there is still partially related type besides the above. The partially related lexicalization of Chinese phrases reflects an important word formation of Chinese compound word, which is the partially related type. To study the character and structure, master the regular pattern of word formation and the method to differentiate and analyze, will contribute to better understanding of the partially related lexicalization of Chinese phrases. We should attach enough importance to the study. There are five parts in this paper. Part One is the introduction, which briefly states the value and significance of the paper; Part Two is the partially related lexicalization of ancient Chinese phrases, which respectively disserts the character and structure of the partially related lexicalization of ancient Chinese phrases and some points to be paid attention to when we distinguish the partially related lexicalization of ancient Chinese phrases, etc;Part Three is the partially related lexicalization of modern Chinese phrases, which respectively disserts the character and structure of the partially related lexicalization of modern Chinese phrases and some points to be paid attention to when we distinguish the partially related lexicalization of modern Chinese phrases, etc; Part four profoundly discusses the basic condition of ancient and modern Chinese partially related lexicalization and the differences and similarities of ancient and modern Chinese partially related lexicalization. The last part is the conclusion, which generalizes and summarizes the whole paper.

A record-breaking heatwave of long-term disasters last summer was a serious threat to public safety. Since the power equipment of an apartment is owned by the customer, there is a limit to the power company providing the service in case of power outage. In order to overcome this problem and continuously supply stable electric power to the people, we developed a remote monitoring and control system of apartment power equipment using artificial intelligence (AI) sensors. AI sensors can prevent power outages by notifying power companies and apartments managers in real time when an overload or an unbalance occurs in the transformers of an apartment power equipment. A pilot system was installed in two apartments in the Seoul area, and after evaluating the effect of the operation, the system will be expanded to other areas.
