        In This study we investigated what factors influenced the price of commercial reat estate in the Seoul National Industrial Complex, a digital IT related business facility with a new urban culture. The relationship between variables was predicted through correlation analysis between dependent variables and 11 independent variables. From the empirical analysis, it was found that the effect on the sale price was significant in the order of sales floor> Year> Total floor arear> Large shopping mall> Station area> construction company reputation> Bus station> Road condition. In this study, a commercial real estate pricing model was established from the viewpoint of investment property rather than an economic model of real estate consumption, and it was analyzed whether commercial real estate is linked or independent through association test with independent variables, and contribute to the operation and management of investment assets.

      • 영산강 하구호 Network 유출해석을 위한 SSARR-SWMM 연계모형 개발

        The Streamflow Synthesis and Reservoir Regulation model(SSARR) is an computerized watershed model. Storm Water Management Model(SWMM) is used for analysis related to stormwater runoff in urban areas. The purpose of this study is to develop an integrated SSARR-SWMM model to simulate water level and discharge in the estuary lakes network, and examine the applicability of the model. The model was applied to estuary lakes network in Youngsan River watershed, which was recently redeveloped with increased drainage gates and widened connecting canals. The highest water levels in Youngsan Lake and Youngam Lake during flood season after redevelopment were much lower than those before redevelopment. The highest water levels in Youngsan Lake and Geumho Lake during flood season for lake-connected operation were much lower than those for individual operation. Those mean that floods in the lakes are greatly reduced by redevelopment or lake-connected operation. The water levels in Youngsan Lake and Youngam Lake for highly controlled water levels were much higher than those for current controlled water levels. The result shows that additional water use volume can be secured by heightening controlled water level. The model will be used for establishing integrated water management system of Youngsan River watershed.

        수입 냉동새우에서 검출된 WSSV의 유전학적 근연관계 조사

        본 연구에서는 주요 새우 생산 국가에서 2017년 7월부터 2020년 11월 사이 생산되어 국내로 수입된 냉동 새우(29개 그룹)를 대상으로 흰반점바이러스(WSSV), covert mortality nodavirus (CMNV) 및 decapod iridescent virus 1 (DIV-1)의 검출여부를 조사하였다. 각 바이러스에 대한 nested PCR 결과, WSSV는 9개 그룹(9/29)에서 검출되었으며 CMNV와 DIV-1은 검출되지 않았다. Nested PCR에서 WSSV 양성으로 확인된 시료를 대상으로 WSSV genome variable loci로 알려진 VR 14/15 region에 대해 참조 서열들과 삽입/결손(insertion and deletion) 서열 비교 및 근연관계를 분석하였다. WSSV 양성 시료 중 1개 시료(20-CH-1 isolate, 2020년 10월 중국 생산)에서만 VR 14/15에 대한 PCR amplicon이 생성되었으며 염기서열 분석 결과, 20-CH-1 isolate는 2005년 인도에서 보고된 WSSV-IN-05-01 과 99.84%의 상동성을 보였다. 이는 과거 알려진 바와 같이 새우의 교역을 통한 국가 간 WSSV가 확산되었음을 뒷받침해주는 결과이다. In this study, of the imported shrimps between 2017 and 2020, we investigated white spot syndrome virus (WSSV), covert mortality nodavirus (CMNV) and decapod iridescent virus 1 (DIV-1). Of the imported shrimps (a total of 29 groups), WSSV was detected as 31% (9/29) by nested PCR assay. And CMNV and DIV-1 were not identified in this study. To investigate the genetic relatedness of WSSV identified from imported shrimp, VR 14/15 region showed WSSV genomic variable loci was compared with reference isolates. Among the nine WSSV-positive samples, VR 14/15 region was amplified in only a sample (20-CH-1 isolate, imported from China in 2020). And the 20-CH-1 isolate showed 99.8% identity with WSSV-IN-05-01 which was reported in India in 2005, suggesting that those of WSSV have been spread from India to China. Furthermore, although the pathogenicity of WSSV identified from frozen shrimp was not evaluated, the international trade of diseased frozen shrimps could be led to the potential risk of virus transmission.

      • 수문기상 정보 활용을 위한 선순환 체계 구축 연구

        Efforts have been made to promote use of advanced technology such as hydrology and meteorology to prevent damage from meteorological disaster, IT and spatial data and cooperation to share meteorological information among organizations related. But it is required to extend collection of hydro-meteorological information produced and managed by each organization and development of technology to use the information in each case. Hydro-meteorological information produced and managed by each organization is used differently for various purposes such as prevention of flood and drought and management of water quality. The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) provides weather observation information and weather forecast based on numerical simulation by using Combined Meteorological Information System (COMIS). The Han River Flood Control Office (HRFCO) under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and KWater are extending provision of weather observation, water level information of rivers and hydrological information of dams and reservoirs by using the Water Resources Management Information System (WAMIS) and the Water Management Information Networking System (WINS). The Korea Rural Community Corporation (KRC) produces and provides information of water level of agricultural reservoirs in real time. These three organizations which produce and manage hydro-meteorological information established the Hydrometeorological Cooperation Center and are working together to strengthen cooperation in hydro-meteorological business in meteorological, hydrological and agricultural sectors, but their efforts have not met expectations yet. Thus, KRC is actively building a system which produces coherent results of analysis of agriculture, environment and disaster and increases business efficiency by using various hydro-meteorological information for purposes of each study. This system will enable provision of various hydro-meteorological information customized for each user and creation of foundation for virtuous circulation system to use and share hydro-meteorological information by combining and reusing information provided and extending use of the information to various sectors.

        가공방법을 달리한 오미자 분말차의 품질 특성 분석

        오미자의 이용성 확대를 위한 건조 가공 제품의 가능성을 확인해보고자 생오미자 및 건조오미자를 이용하여 착즙, 추출, 동결건조, 과립성형 및 분무건조 등의 방법을 이용하여 다양한 오미자분말차를 제조하여 그 품질 특성을 비교 분석하였다. PG, EG 및 ES의 총가용성고형분 함량 및 탁도의 경우 다른 구에 비해 유의적으로 높았으며, pH 측정 결과 PG 및 EG가 다른 구보다 유의적으로 높았다. PG 및 EG의 색도 측정 결과 다른 구에 비해 높은 L*값, 낮은 a*값 및 b*값으로 나타나 오미자의 가공 형태에 따른 유의적 차이가 뚜렷함을 알 수 있었다. PG 및 EG의 경우 다른 구에 비해 유의적으로 높은 환원당 함량, 낮은 총 페놀성 화합물의 함량, 낮은 항산화활성, 낮은 총 안토시아닌 함량 및 낮은 schizandrin 함량을 보여 오미자의 가공 형태에 따른 유의적 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 관능검사 결과 PG 및 EG는 낮은 붉은색 정도, 낮은 탁도 정도, 낮은 신맛 정도, 높은 쓴맛 정도 및 높은 단맛 정도를 보였으며, 종합적 기호도에서 PG 및 ES의 경우 가장 높은 점수를 받았다. 이와 같은 결과에서 붉은색과 항산화 활성, 안토시아닌 및 schizandrin 함량이 우수한 오미자 분말 제품을 위해 과립차보다 동결건조 및 분무건조분말차가 바람직하다고 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality characteristics in different types of Omija (Schizandra chinensis Baillon) powder tea. Raw Omija was prepared in three ways: 1) freeze-dried powder of whole Omija (FD), 2) freeze-dried powder of pressed Omija juice (PF), and 3) granules of pressed Omija juice (PG). Dried Omija was extracted and prepared in three ways: 4) freeze-dried powder (EF), 5) granules (EG), and 6) spray-dried powder (ES). The total soluble solid contents and turbidity were higher in PG, EG, and ES than those in other samples. L* value, pH, and reducing sugar contents were higher in PG and EG than those in other samples. Finally, a* value, b* value, total phenolic compounds contents, antioxidant activities, total anthocyanin contents, and schizandrin contents were lower in PG and EG than those in other samples. These results show that FD, PF, EF, and ES are more effective in outstanding redness and antioxidant activities compared to other Omija powder products.

        회전익 항공기 중앙동체 프레임 보강을 통한 기체구조 개선연구

        회전익 항공기의 중앙동체는 임무 수행을 위한 병력이 탑승하며 항전장비실, 사수부와 병력/화물부로 구성된다. 중앙동체에는 사수창과 승객실문, 계통 구성품 등이 포함된다. 항공기 각 계통의 구성품들은 양산, 운용 간 지속적으로 설계 변경을 하게 된다. 회전익 항공기는 블레이드의 회전력을 이용하여 양력을 발생시키며, 그에 따른 진동 발생은 자연스러운 현상이다. 이 항공기는 진동을 개선하기 위해 몇 가지 구성품을 추가하는 설계 변경을 수행하였다. 그 이후 예상하지 못한 위치인 중앙동체 하단 프레임에서 균열이 발생하였고, 이를 개선하기 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 프레임 보강을 통한 항공기의 피로파단 개선이다. 균열 발생 원인을 분석하고, 해당 부위의 응력 집중 해소를 위해 피팅(Fitting)과 스트랩(Strap)을 추가하는 방안을 채택하였다. 해당 항공기 중앙동체에 대한 유한요소모델을 만들어, 수직과 수평방향 하중을 부가하는 분석을 수행하였다. 기존 형상과, 좌우 보강재를 추가한 개선형상의 구조해석을 진행하였다. 그 결과 개선형상에서는 최대응력이 기존형상 대비 약 70% 감소함을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여, 중앙동체 프레임의 응력 개선을 검증하였으며, 설계 변경에 따른 기술적 타당성을 분석하였다. 연구의 기대효과는 구조물 보강을 통한 결함 부위의 발생 응력 감소 효과이며, 응력 감소를 통해 항공기 지속 운용시 구조물 피로파단을 예방할 것으로 판단된다. The central fuselage of a rotary-wing aircraft carries troops for various missions and comprises a port station equipment room, a gunnery department, and a troop cargo department. The central fuselage houses the gunner, passenger compartment door, and system components. The components of each system of the aircraft are constantly subject to design changes between mass production and operation. The rotorcraft generates lift through the rotational force of the blades, which naturally causes vibration. The subject aircraft underwent design changes that added several components to reduce vibration. Subsequently, a crack occurred in the lower frame of the central fuselage, which was an unexpected location, and research was conducted to investigate this. The purpose of this study was to address fatigue fractures of rotary-wing aircraft through frame reinforcement. After analyzing the causes of the cracks, a method of adding fittings and straps was adopted to relieve stress concentration in the area experiencing cracks. A finite element model was created for the mid-fuselage of the aircraft, and analysis was performed to add vertical and horizontal loads. Structural analysis of the existing shape and the improved shape with the addition of left and right reinforcements was carried out. As a result, it was confirmed that the maximum stress in the improved shape was reduced by about 70% compared to the existing shape. This study verified the stress improvement in the central fuselage frame and its technical feasibility according to the suggested design change analyzed. The expected outcome of this study was the reduction of the stress generated at the defect site through the reinforcement of the structure. It is our opinion that this stress reduction will prevent the fatigue fracture of the structure during the continuous operation of the aircraft.
