        神功內托散이 免疫細胞 및 腫瘍에 미치는 實驗的 效果

        ShingongNaetakSan(SNS) was drugs used in treatment of carbuncle and cellulitis in Oriental So, the purpose of this Study was to investigate effect of SNS on the proliferation of immunocytes and anti-cancer. This Study estimated the proliferation of L1210 cell lines and S-180 cell lines in vitro. and estimated the proliferation of L1210 cells, thymocytes and splenocytes, and tumor weight, body weight and mean survival rates in vivo. The proliferation and cytotoxicity of cells was tested using a colorimetric tetrazoliun assy(MTT assy). The results of this study were obtained as follow ; SNS had effect on the proliferation of L1210 cells in vitro and splenocytes in vivo, and SNS decreased significantly tumor weight, and increased significantly mean survival rates.

        임플란트 매식조건에 따른 상, 하악골의 응력분포 양상에 대한 3차원 유한요소분석 연구

        A finite element analysis has been utilized to analyze stress and strain fields and design a new configuration in orthopedics and implant dentistry. Load transfer and stress analysis at implant bone interface are important factors from treatment planning to long term success. Bone configuration and quality are different according te anatomy of expecting implantation site. The purpose of this study was to compare the stress distribution in maxilla and mandible accord-ing to implant length and bone engagement types. A three dimensional axi-symmetric implant model(Nobel Biocare, Gothenburg, Sweden) with surrounding cortical and cancellous bone were designed to analyze the effects of bone engagement and implant length on stress distribution. ANSYS 5.5 finite element program was utilized as an interpreting toot. Three cases of unicortical anchorage model with 7, 10, 13 mm length and four cases of bicortical anchorage model with 5, 7, 10 and 13 mm length were compared both maxillary and mandibular single implant situation. Within the limits of study, following conclusions were drawn. 1. There is a difference in stress distribution according to cortical and cancellous bone thickness and shape. 2. Maximum stress was shown at the top of cortical bone area regardless of bone engagement types. 3. Bicortical engagement showed less stress accumulation when compared to unicortical case overall. 4. Longer the implant future length, less the stress on cortical bone area, however there is no difference in mandibular bicortical engagement case.

        하절기 방서용 농작업모 개발에 관한 연구

        Experiment I and II had done to develop the solar heat proof hat for field work in the summer. In the experiment I physical characteristics of several fabrics was tested to determine which one Is proper to make the solar heat proof hat. On the base of above results in the experiment II three improved solar heat proof hat was deviced and tested solar heat proof effect and compared the existing summer working hat by wearing trials in the environmental chamber. The results obtained were as follows. 1. In the view of the physical characteristics of six fabrics (Blue T/C, White poplin, Vapor transfer silver coating nylon taffeta, No vapor trans(or silver coating nylon taffeta, Aluminum coating T/C, Microporous fabric), the light color T/C and no vapor transfer silver coating nylon ta(feta is proper to make improved solar heat proof working hat. 2. Three improved hats that are made of white T/C, grey T/C and no vapor transfer silver coating nylon taffeta have more solar heat proof effect than the existing summer working hat. 3. Among the three improved hats, the improved hat that is made of no vapor transfer silver coating nylon taffeta is most effective to proof the solar heat.

        탁이산(托裏散)이 항암(抗癌) 미치는 작용기전(作用機轉) 연구(硏究)

        Objective : This Study was to investigate effects of Takli-San on the anti-cancer and proliferation of immunocytes, nitric oxide(NO) production of peritoneal macrophages. Methods : We used Takli-San extract(TLS) with freeze-dried, 8wks-old male mice and cancer cell lines(L120, Sarcoma-180) for this Study. The cytotoxicity and proliferation of cells were tested using a colorimetric tetrazoliun assay(MTT assay). Results : 1. TLS was significantly showed cytotoxicity on the L1210 cell lines. 2. TLS was significantly increased proliferation of thymocytes and splenocytes in vitro. 3. TLS was significantly increased proliferation of thymocytes by all-dosage, but proliferation of splenocytes by low-dosage in normal mice. 4. TLS was significantly increased NO production from peritoneal macrophages in normal mice. 5. TLS was significantly decreased proliferation of L1210 cells in L1210 cells transplanted mice. 6. TLS was significantly increase proliferation of thymocytes by all-dosage, but proliferation of splenocytes by low-dosage in L1210 cells transplanted mice. 7. TLS was significantly increased NO production from peritoneal macrophages in L1210 cells transplanted mice. Conclusions : The present author thought that TLS had action of anti-cancer by becoming immunocytes activity(NO production, proliferation of thymocytes).

        여대생들의 소셜커머스를 통한 음식점과 식품 구매 속성이 만족도와 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향

        Social commerce is becoming an increasingly popular shopping method among college women students. This study focuses on the influence of the satisfaction lavels and repurchasing intentions by consumers for restaurant and food choices according to social commerce attributes. In this survey, 351 valid surveys are being used to test the hypothesized (183 users and 168 non-usesr within 6 months), in order to ensure validity and reliability. As a result, factors such as perceived value, product diversity & information, delivery, ordering convenience, site character, price competitiveness, time pressure, and real time information are all being found. Factors of perceived value (p<0.001), price competitiveness (p<0.001), product diversity & information (p<0.05), delivery (p<0.05), and site character (p<0.05) significantly influence the customer satisfaction rates. Factors of perceived value (p<0.001), price competitiveness (p<0.001), time pressure (p<0.001), and site character (p<0.01) significantly influence the repurchasing intentions. In addition, it has been found that the customer satisfaction rates significantly influence repurchase intentions.

        當歸飮子加蟾수가 皮膚癌細胞(A431)의 細胞毒性에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this research was to investigate effect of water extract of DangKwi-Eum-Ja ka Sumsoo(DESE) on the cytotoxicity of human epidemloid cell, A431 cells. The effects of DESE on the proliferation of A431 cells, Balb/c 3T3 cells, mouse thymocytes and splenocnes were estimated by MTT colorimetric assay, and nitric oxide production from mouse peritoneal macrophage was estimated by Griess method. DESE inhibited the proliferation of A431 cells at $10{\mu}g/ml$, and did not affect the proliferation of Balb/c 3T3 cells. DESE decreased the cytotoxicity of mitomycin C or cisplatin on A431 cells, increased the cytotoxicity of mitomycin C or cisplatin on Balb/c 3T3 cells. DESE inhibited the proliferation of mouse thymocytes and splenocytes at $100{\mu}g/ml$. DESE did not affect the nitric oxide production from mouse peritoneal macrophage in vitro, but decreased the nitric oxide production from DESE-treated mouse peritoneal macrophage.

        동시대 미술에서의 서사 표현 작품 분석 연구

        다매체 시대, 동시대 미술에서는 형식론을 바탕으로 서사의 표현이 다양하게 확장되고 있다. 그리고 각 매체의 사용에 따른 표현형식이 극대화 되고 있다. 미술작품 이해의 측면에서도 이러한 서사를 활용한 다양한 표현과 매체를 융합한 접근이 가능하다. 이에 본 연구는 서사 구조를 갖는 이야기를 활용하여 매체를 융합한 사딕 콰이시 알프라지, 린제이 시어스, 카라 워커 등 3명의 작가를 선정하여 작가들의 작품분석을 하였다. 이를 통해, 작품의 예술적 가치와 의의, 향후 동시대 미술의 서사 표현 확장의 가능성을 제시하고자 하였다. 선행 작가의 작품분석 결과 다매체, 탈 장르적, 소통과 참여 등의 종합적 흐름을 함께하며, 내용과 형식의 이분법적 국면을 넘어 서사적 개념의 매개를 활용해 융합을 도출할 수 있음을 보였다. 이는 디지털 기술과 미디어의 발달이 가상성에 대한 담론들을 탄생시키는 매체와 미술 형식의 변화와 함께하고 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 서사구조의 활용은 매체전환이 용이하다는 것을 확인하였다. 앞으로 동시대 미술의 새로운 패러다임에 대한 논의가 진전될 것으로 예상된다. In the multimedia era and contemporary art, the expression of narrative is expanding in various ways based on formal theory. And the expression form is maximized according to the use of each medium. In terms of understanding artworks, an approach that combines various expressions and media using these narratives is also possible. Therefore, this study analyzed the works of the artists by selecting three artists, Sadic Guissi Alfrazi, Lindsay Sears, and Kara Walker, who fused the media using narrative structures. Through this, it was intended to present the artistic value and significance of the work and the possibility of expanding the narrative expression of contemporary art in the future. As a result of the analysis of previous artists' works, it was shown that the phase of convergence can be derived by using the medium of narrative concepts beyond the dichotomy of content and form, confirming that digital technology and media development are changing the form of art. In addition, it was confirmed that the use of narrative structure facilitates media conversion. It is expected that discussions on the new paradigm of contemporary art will progress in the future.

        DACUM 기법을 이용한 영양사의 직무분석 - 중요도, 수행도 및 난이도 분석 -

        The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized job description for dietitians using the DACUM technique. To examine the validity of job description through DACUM, dietitians were surveyed relative to importance, performance, and difficulty. The survey was conducted April 1-30, 2014. A total of 217 questionnaires were used in the analysis. The final developed job description for dietitians included six duties, 38 tasks, and 210 task elements. DACUM's findings include six duties: nutrition management, food service operation management, hygiene safety management, community food and nutrition program management, organization management, and professionalism strengthening. There were 5.1 points regarding importance, 4.1 points regarding performance, 4.9 points regarding difficulty, and statistically significant differences (p<0.001). Dietitians responded that 'nutrition management' and 'hygiene safety management' were the most important. 'Hygiene and safety management' showed the highest performance, and 'community food and nutrition program management' and 'professionalism strengthening'' showed the highest difficulty. Thus, it is considered that the job analysis results can be used to evaluate and improve the subjects' training program. Dietitians' jobs are subject to various environmental changes, such as demographic changes, health care system changes, and the development of the food industry, and thus, should be reviewed and analyzed periodically.
