        멀티해비 라이프스타일 실천자의 전원생활 정착과정에 관한 연구

        This study examined the key factors that significantly improved the demand of multi-habitation. It determined the factors at the macroscopic level (or push factors) and the microscopic level (or pull factors). Focusing on a microscopic viewpoint, this study looked at the process of settlement through investigating 78 MH residents in the Seoul metropolitan area. The survey included the questions, such as who they are, how they prepared for moving, and how much they enjoyed their rural lives. In addition, any differences in this process were analyzed depending on respondents' characteristics. Major findings are as follows: First, general macro-level circumstances seemed supportive for the MH lifestyles. Second, six keywords were determined to represent the recent MH trends. They are "semi-sedentism, clustering, young people, female, money, and policy". Third, the distances between the original towns for native residents and new second-home towns for MH residents affected the interactions among them. However, these two groups had better relationships when the second-home towns were apart from the original towns. I then considered the need of a buffer zone between the two residential areas for MH residents. The conceptual difference between MH residents (i.e., semi-sedentism) and original rural residents (i.e., sedentism) might require certain types of buffer zones to continue good relationships among them.

        나이브 베이지안 분류기를 이용한 게시물 자동 분류를 위한 eCRM 에이전트 시스템

        최근 전자 상거래에서 사용하고 있는 게시판은 고객의 능동적인 참여로 운영되며, 게시물은 고객의 직접적인 의사를 들을 수 있는 인 바운드(Inbound)정보로서 다른 eCRM을 위한 고객 접점 채널 과는 성격이 다른 도구이다. 또한 게시판의 효과적인 운영은 게시판 자체의 신뢰도를 향상 시키고 나아가 전자 상거래 전체의 신뢰도를 높여 줄 수 있는 중요한 eCRM 도구이다. 그러나 현재 대부분의 전자상거래에서 운영하는 게시판은 기 분류된 카테고리를 고객이 직접 수동으로 선정하도록 되어 있고, 이렇게 임의로 분류되는 게시물에 대하여 체계적인 처리 과정 없이 답변이 이루어지기 때문에 답변을 하는데 많은 시간이 소요 되고 있으며, 정확한 답변이 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 여러 가지 종류의 게시물에 대하여 나이브 베이지안 분류기를 이용하여 게시판의 기존 문제점의 해결과 효과적인 운영 그리고 게시물의 체계적인 분류 관리를 할 수 있는 게시물 자동 분류기를 설계하고 구현하였다. 아울러 문서 분류 학습 기법 중 대표적인 TFIDF. k-NN, 나이브 베이지안 기법들의 게시물 분류 성능을 측정하여 채택한 나이브 베이지안 분류기의 우수성을 확인 하였다. The customer's bulletin board is the important channel to get opinions from customers directly. The effective management of the bulletin board for the customer improves the reliance by providing the best replies and by accepting opinions of the customer and furthermore, that can raise the customer's reliance of the whole shopping mall is the important eCRM method. But, the present mostly customer's bulletin board is been replied without any classifying about many kinds of question. Consequently, The shopping mall should do systematic management of the best professional reply about many kinds of question. In order to resolve this problem, we implement a classifier called Naive Bayesian classifier is classified automatically bulletin board for eCRM of shopping mall.

        한국 현대 조경의 한국성 논의를 위한 기초 연구

        The purpose of this study is to mate a basic foundation for the discourse of Koreanness of contemporary Korean landscape architecture by way of searching the conceptual definitions of Koreanness through analysis of Koreanness discourses. The results are that discourses of Koreanness are to be classified in aesthetics type, spatial-temporal type, and cultural type. Aesthetics type is understood as style in terms of formal and design representation planning principles of spatial composition and immanence in terms of philosophy. Spatial-temporal type is understood as contemporaneity. This is classified as the concept of connoting of tradition, and separating and keeping a distance from tradition. Cultural type is prescribed as cultural identity. This is classified as unity, generality and individuality. The intension of Koreanness of these types is represented as an aspect changing and shifting from one regulation to another regulation. First, in the concerns of substantial archetypes like Korean original form, decorative element, spatial composition aesthetic perception and philosophy, Koreanness shifts to the point of view of contemporaniety which is created and defined in history. Second, Koreanness as contemporaniety shows a trend of shifting the point of view which is to be found through the reconsideration on modem history and modernism. Third, Koreanness defined as cultural identity shows a trend to emphasize the differences in other cultures and includes all the modem cultural agents. The number of views understood as individuality and denial are small but provide important points. Programmatic definition of Koreanness is not suitable. This basic study uses a stipulative or operational definition of Koreanness in many ways such as spatial and regional identity. Koreanness study for Korean contemporary landscape architecture requires a systematic understanding of modernity and colonization relating to identity. Also, it is needed to elaborate on the discourse to divide the meaning of a concept of identity.

        우수 아파트단지 취재기사에서의 관리상의 논점 - 탐방기사를 이용한 언어통계학적 내용분석 -

        Nowadays, diverse mass media discovers and introduces outstanding management cases of apartment complexes to induce vital competitions of constructors and active participation of residents to apartment management. This study statistically analyzed the management issues of outstanding apartment complexes that have been introduced by mass media with lexical criteria to examine the characteristics of their exemplary management. The key issues of outstanding apartment management are summarized as: efficient management of convenient facilities for residents, community activities based on residents' participation, and maintenance of pleasant living environments through transparent management. Also, the result of the relation arrangement of co-occurrence word from a Social Network Analysis included three key concepts of multi-family housing management - Maintenance Management, Operating Management, and Community Life Management - with emphasis on 'residents' and 'apartment complexes.' However, Operating Management was relatively deemphasized.

        주거 획일화와 극복방안에 대한 기초적 연구

        The aim of this paper is to study on the background and the reasons of the uniformity of housing type and planning, and to find ways of coping with the related problems, focusing on the uniformity of apartment housing and it's excessive typical planning. In this process, I try to take suggestive hints from the case of Japan which already made an issue of uniformity of housing type and promoted the handling measure for the problem in a national level. The result includes that supplied apartment housing in Korea occupies about 80% of total housing supply each year, and the reasons for the increased apartment housing supply are attributed to many interactive influence factors. One of the influence factors is ascribed to mass housing system where many academic theories have supported the system under the interdisciplinary cooperation. In the case of Japan too many supplied condominium housing provoked the uniformity problem, however, the establishment of HOPE plan and a special association board oriented to the study of regional housing planning under Architectural Institute of Japan have considerably relaxed the uniformity problem.

        건축 마감재와 가구재의 VOCs, HCHO 유해물질에 따른 공동주택 적정 환기량 산정에 관한 연구

        Because of the airtightness of building, misuse of building materials and abuse of furniture, indoor air pollution problems have been increasingly concerned especially with apartment buildings. To improve the IAQ(Indoor Air Quality) in apartment building, this study was aimed at analyzing the factor of interior building material and furniture and calculating the ventilation rate of living room and bed room according to the surface area of interior building material and furniture in terms of VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds) and HCHO(Formaldehyde). The results of this study are as follows; 1) In the concerned rooms, the living room has less pollution emission rate L(surface area/volume) than that of the bed room but, the living room needs more ventilation rate than that of the bed room because of built-in furniture in terms of VOCs and HCHO. 2) Built-in interior furniture is very important factor in IAQ problems of apartment building, but until now there is no provision about the built-in furniture, so that the provision must be regulated to control the IAQ. 3) To control the IAQ problem, the effective ventilation plans must be established according to the required ventilation rate by means of natural or mechanical ventilation method.

        미국 50개 주 회의공개법 연구

        본 연구는 공공기관 회의의 공개를 원칙으로 삼고 있는 미국 50개 주의 회의공개법에 대한 내용분석을 통해, 정보공개법 제정 20년을 맞는 우리에 게 요구되는 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 첫째, 50개 주 회의공 개법의 일반적인 개요, 둘째, 회의의 사전 공지 요건 및 절차, 셋째, 회의 공개법 위반에 대한 이의 및 소송제기 절차 및 벌칙을 살펴보았다. 분석결 과 50개 주마다 회의공개법의 내용은 다양하였으나, 공통적으로 사전에 회의 일정과 의제 등이 공표되도록 하며, 회의록과 회의를 녹화한 자료는 시민이 접근가능하도록 규정하고 있다. 또한 회의공개법 위반에 대해 벌 금부터 징역형까지로 책임을 물었다. 이를 통해 도출한 우리나라 회의공 개법 제정을 위한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 회의공개제도는 회의 개 최에 대한 사전 공지의 올바른 방식과 충분한 기간으로부터 시작된다. 둘 째, 회의 관련 시간, 날짜, 의제 등에 관한 사전공지의 충실한 내용은 회 의공개제도의 실효성을 담보한다. 셋째, 사전 공지의 방식과 대상은 가능 한 폭넓고 다양해야 한다. 넷째, 회의공개법을 위반한 회의의 모든 결정 은 무효다. 다섯째, 시민 누구나가 회의공개법 위반에 대한 이의를 손쉽 게 제기할 수 있는 제도가 마련되어야 한다. 여섯째, 회의공개법을 위반 한 자에게 책임을 물어야 한다. 마지막으로 참석자, 논의주제, 투표 내용 등을 포함한 충실한 회의록 작성과 회의록, 녹음기록에 대한 시민 접근을 담보해야 한다. This study aims to elucidate the implications for 20 years of the establishment of the information disclosure law by analyzing contents of the public regulations of 50 states of the United States. For the purpose, it looks at the general outline of the open meetings law of the 50 states, including the requirements and procedure of the advance notification of the meeting, and the protest procedure and penalties for the violation of the law. As a result of analysis, under the law, public meetings should announce their schedule and agenda in advance, and minutes of meetings and recording of meetings should be accessible to citizens. Furthermore, a person who violates the law for opening meetings could be fined or imprisoned. The implications for the establishment of the Open Meetings Act in Korea are as follows: First, the open meeting system starts with the appropriate period and method of advance notice of meeting holding. Second, the substantive contents of the advance notification guarantee the effectiveness of the meeting disclosure system. Third, the method and subject of advance notification should be as wide and diverse as possible. Fourth, all decisions of the meeting that violate the law are null and void. Fifth, a system should be set up so that any citizen could easily raise objections to the violation of the law. Sixth, the person who violates the law should be held responsible. Lastly, citizen access to minutes, recordings as well as comprehensive meeting minutes writing including attendees, agendas, and ballots should be guaranteed.

        대한민국환경조경대전을 통해 본 조경 설계 교육의 쟁점과 시사점

        본 연구는 '대한민국환경조경대전'에 나타난 동시대 조경의 쟁점을 통해 설계 교육을 위한 시사점을 발견하고자 하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 2004년부터 2014년까지 '대한민국환경조경대전'의 주제와 수상작들의 대상지와 심사평을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대한민국환경조경대전 주제는 공모 지침일 뿐만 아니라 조경의 새로운 영역이나 역할 모색과 관련되어 있다. 둘째, 가장 많이 다루어진 대상지 유형은 '산업유산과 재생공간', '녹색기반시설'이지만, 최근에는 다양한 유형의 대상지가 다루어지고 있다. 셋째, 대상지는 수도권에 집중되어 있고, 수도권 소재 대학에 비해 비수도권 소재 대학들의 참여와 성과가 매우 저조했다. 넷째, 심사평에 내포된 평가 기준을 븐석하여 '개념(아이디어)의 참신성', '설계과정의 논리성', '대상지의 선정과 분석(해석)의 충실성', '설계매체의 표현과 마스터플랜의 완성도', '주제와의 정합성', '개념(아이디어)과 결과물의 연계성', '실현가능성'이라는 일곱 가지를 평가 기준으로 도출할 수 있었다. 평가 기준은 디자인 언어의 정교함을 높이고 설계 교육 방법 모색에 유용한 시사점을 제공한다. 그 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 참신한 아이디어를 도출하는 훈련이 필수적이지만, 개념 편향적 교육은 경계할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 대상지와 관련된 문제를 정의할 수 있는 능력을 배양할 수 있는 훈련이 요구된다. 셋째, 설계 논리를 보다 중시하고, 개념이 결과물로 이어지게 하려는 진정성 있는 노력이 필요하다. 넷째, 설계 내용과 관련성 없는 '현혹적 이미지' 사용은 자제할 필요가 있다. 다섯째, 주제를 풀어나가는 과정에 대한 연습이 설계 교육의 주요 과정으로 다루어질 필요가 있다. 여섯째, '실현 가능성'과 '창의적 사고'는 서로에게 도움이 되는 호혜적 관계로 인식할 필요가 있다. 일곱째, 우리의 문제를 스스로 이야기할 수 있는 설계 언어에 대한 고민과 정체성 모색이 필요하다. 본 연구는 대한민국환경조경대전 심사평을 직접 인용하여 연구자의 주관성을 최소화하면서 동시대 조경의 쟁점을 보다 직접적이고 생생하게 추적하고자 하였다. 이는 메타크리티시즘(meta criticism)으로서 또 다른 비평을 기다리는 기록이 된다. 이런 측면에서 본 연구는, 후세의 조경가들이 현재의 조경 이론이나 설계 사고를 고찰할 수 있는 통로이자 사료가 된다는 의미가 있다. The purpose of this study is to explore the issues and implications for landscape design education in Korean landscape architecture by analyzing the National Exhibition of Korean Landscape Architecture(NEKLA). This study analyzed the suggested topics and selected site as well as the commentary that appeared in the NEKLA's award-winning book published from 2004 to 2014. Results of the study are as follows: First, topics of NEKLA are not only competition guidelines but related to exploring new area and role of Korean landscape architecture. Second, most dealing with site is 'industrial heritage and regeneration space' and 'green infrastructure'. In more recent years, a larger variety of sites were addressed. Third, site locations are concentrated in metropolitan areas, and awards and participation of the non-metropolitan universities was very low. Fourth, seven criteria can be applied in a general landscape design competition such as 'newness of the concept(idea)', 'logicality of the design process', 'selection of site fidelity of analysis(interpretation)', 'presentation and completion of the master plan', 'consistency with the theme', 'linkage of concepts and results' and 'feasibility'. The evaluation criteria are increasing the sophistication of the design language to provide useful suggestions on how to find design education methods. Its implications are as follows: First, training is essential to derive innovative ideas, but it should avoid excessive concept-oriented education. Second, design education may include instruction on how to define the problems related with the site. Third, more emphasis on design logic is essential to transform the innovative concept to actual results. Fourth, 'slick images' unrelated to design should be suppressed. Fifth, practice is needed to solve the topics addressed in the design process of education. Sixth, 'feasibility' and 'creative thinking' are necessary to recognize a reciprocal relationship that is helpful to one another. This study uses direct quote commentary to minimize the subjectivity of the researcher and to trace issues of the contemporary landscape architecture more directly and vividly. This study is a record waiting for another review as meta-criticism. In this regard this study, the landscape architect of the next times will have a mean that historical records to review the current thinking of the landscape theory and design.

        멀티헤비테이션의 유형화 및 관련 주생활 라이프스타일 현황조사

        The purpose of this study is to clarify multi-habitation, a new phenomenon in which inhabitants in urban areas reside in primarily condominiums on weekdays and retreat to dwellings in rural areas on weekends, and to examine the various life styles related to multi-habitation. Through the interviews and site surveys, three major subtypes of multi-habitation were identified to support the theoretical framework: interchange style, sedentary style, and special style. Findings include that first, in order to discuss multi-habitation, the terms primary home and secondary home are introduced. Based on the concept of primary home and secondary home, a variety of multi-habitation can be described using spatial locations in urban and rural areas. Second, systematic deregulation for the second home ownership should be made to promote citizens' interchange. Also urban residents should make more efforts to integrate into rural communities. Third, for some remote areas such as Cheju Island, it is observed that multi-habitation is limited by cost, time, and lifestyle.

        연안역 통합관리에서의 GIS 활용 방안 -오염부하량 산출을 중심으로-

        본 연구에서는 천수만유역을 대상으로 오염부하량을 산출하고 연안을 관리하는데 Gli의 활용방안을 연구하였다 오염원 관리의 단위인 유역 범위는 하계망 분석을 통하여 하천의 길이, 차수, 유역면적 등을 고려한 후, 수치지도에서 DEM을 이용하여 정성적인 방법으로 선정하였다. 천수만 유역은 총 6개의 단위유역과 33개의 소유역으로 구분되었으며, 단위유역과 소유역별 오염부하량의 차이가 크게 나타났다. 각 유역에서 산출된 오염부하략은 오염원 관리 측면에서 유역구분의 효용성을 검토하는 자료로 활용되며, 수질측정 및 환경기초시설의 입지 선정에도 이용 가능하다. The purpose if the study is to apply GIS technique to sample area, Choensoo-Bay basin for an efficient and practical coastal zone management if pollution control. The basins, Unit if pollution control, are selected with qualitative analysis using DEM after considered river length, degree and area of basin through channel network analysis. Choensoo-Bay basin is divided with 6 zones to 33 subordinate zones. It is found to be a big difference of pollutant loads in each zone. The pollutant loads use to review for efficient zoning. And also the result apply to measurement of water quality and building for environmental infrastructure.
