      • 商品의 品質表示에 관한 消費者行態 分析 : 安東市와 榮州市를 中心으로

        The aim of this note is to improve the labeling of quality by researching consumer behavior on the labeling of quality of durable consumer goods. The labeling of consumer goods is a system which is used to identify the characteristics of goods in appearance. The labeling of quality of consumer goods is aimed to inform consumers of contents of commodity in a part of packaging policy. In a point of view of consumers this labeling system aids consumers in understanding and deciding the quality of consumer goods. This note researched the degree of preference, reliability and contribution as to labeling of quality by questionnaires received from 674 peoples residing in Andong and Yeongju city. The results are as follows. (1) All consumers (95% of the response) residing in that district are favour of the labeling of quality of consumer goods. (2) Standard indication marks-KS Mark or manufacturer`s brands are more influential than manufacturer`s descriptive labels to consumers. (3) Korean Standards Mark -KS Mark is the highest among other labels in reliability of quality. (80.72% of response) (4) Quality guarantee is the lowest among other labels in reliability of quality. (26.56% of response) Accordingly. I reached a conclusion from this survey as follows. (1) It is effective to use together every kinds of labels. (2) It is effective to use labels which are accepted by the authorized institution, for instance, National Quality Inspection Agencies or Consumer`s Product Testing Agencies. (3) If quality guarantee is only used, it is not affective in reliability of quality. But it is effective to use quality guarantee together other labels.

      • 다성분 이온 흡착을 위한 음이온교환막의 합성 및 흡착특성

        A porous hollow fiber membrane was modified with Diethanolamine(DEtA) group by radiation-induced graft polymerization and subsequent chemical modifications. Adsorption behavior of anions was investigated by permeating anion solutions through the membrane. The binary anions(NO_3^- and SO_4^-2) were transported to the DEtA group by permeating the aqueous solutions. Negligible diffusional mass-transfer resistance of NO_3^- and SO_4^2- ions to the DEtA group and instantaneous displacement of the sorbed NO_3^- with SO_4^-2 ions were demonstrated in the permeation mode.

        실시간 수위정보를 활용한 수문조사 스케줄링 구현

        첨단장비 도입 및 기술의 발전으로 수문조사 측정 기술은 향상되었으나 여전히 수문조사시 많은 인력과 시간이 필요하며, 업무 규모와 범위에 비해 투입되는 인력은 매우제한적이다. 또한, 자동유량 측정시설이 운영되고 있지만 현장 조건의 제한되기 때문에전국으로 확대하기가 어렵다. 따라서 수문조사를 위해 측정 기술 자체보다는 운영 인프라및 환경 개선이 필요하다. 또한 유량조사 측면에서 수위-유량 관계식의 정확도 재고와 업무효율성 증진을 위해 실시간 수위 정보를 이용한 조사 스케줄링이 필요하다. 따라서 본논문에서는 국내 수문조사 관련 연구 파악 및 수문조사의 경제성과 효율성 증대를 위하여Open API 기반의 실시간 수위 정보를 활용한 수문조사 스케줄링 시스템을 구현하였다.

      • 消費者서어비스의 品質保障問題에 관한 一考 : 安東地方의 택시利用客의 苦情處理行態와 함께

        To what extent is consumer service achieved? Should which problems be solved for providing consumers with the better consumer service? The characteristics of consumer service different from those of goods are intangibility, temporarily, simultaneity, variety, and the difficulty of abjective assessment. In 1986, the production of consumer service occupied 59.6% of GDP and its ratio of participants was 50.50% of whole economic participants. This trend shows the substantial movement of our economic structure toward service industry. Therefore, consumer service stands out as a critical issue on consummers` life and its problems about quality security has acquired a power to affect the improvement of consumers` life seriously. Though problems about quality improvement of consumer service has been studied much in the view points of a firm, few studied has been done in terms of consumer protection. In order to solve the problems: (1) I looked into the difference between goods and consumer service in terms of quality and suggested problems about quality security caused by that difference. (2) I examined these problems-outlook on value, consumer` self-consciousness, expansion of consumer movement and regulation on agreement-logically. (3) I serveyed the complaint status of taxi users in Andong to prove the above logic. The results are as following: (a) The service producers need to reflect consumers` need and satisfaction when they produce service. Also, they need to have outlook on value and commitment for social development and consumer protection. (b) Service users need to look upon themselves as decision markers about the level of service quality and have active complaint awareness. (c) By expanding consumer movement, consumers can improve their position socially and economically. (d) Service consumers need to have explicit knowledge on the agreement of service which they use. (e) Considerations on taxi users` complaint status in Andong: The 65 % of all respondents (666 peoples) knew well about 「complaint report system for traffic problems」 as a complaint solving system but few (12%) used that system. Major reports from users are drivers` unkindness (29.27%) and impropriate driving service(23.17%). Most of incovenience were caused by drivers who deliver service. More than half of respondents(53.5%) experienced inconvenience but the reasons of not reporting it were inconvenience of report (52. 8%) and reporters` outlook on morality (44.7%). In conclusion, as we see in case of taxi service, the most important factors of quality improvement and security problems is a service producers` and delivers` consciousness of service rather than material conditions such as equipments and facilities. Therefore, in order to solve the quality security problems of consumer service, the development of the consciousness and the awareness of commitment should be considered at first. Also, the solutions for this issue should be focused and developed in terms of personal characteristics of consumer service rather than material characteristics of it.

      • 消費者商品의 品質表示制에 關한 一考

        The labeling of quality of consumers` goods is a system used to identify the characteristics of the goods in appearance. The labeling of quality of consumers` goods is aimed to inform consumers of the contents of the commodity in a part of packaging policy. In a point of view of the consumers this system aids the comsumers in understanding and deciding the quality of the commodity they want, and the nation use the system in the protection of consumers` interests. Accordingly this system play rather an important role promoting consumers` interests than a simple label of a manufacturer. But the process in practicing the system must be objectively formulated. The purpose of this paper is aimed to study the procedure of this system. There are two methods-the descriptive labeling and the grade labeling in the labeling of quality of commodity. The descriptive labeling should be treated as follows: (1) Sufficiently understanding of manufacturer to the labeling of quality of commodity. (2) Careful consideration to the facts that are influential in selecting quality indication items. (3) The indicating of the items that consumers want. (4) The use of simple and illustrative terminology. The grade labeling should be treated as follows: (1) The settlement of the standards for the interests of consumers. (2) To fit the decision of appreciation method in the characteristics of commodity. (3) Setting a standard for use in weighting the items of quality. (4) The illustrative indicating in the results of appreciation. In conclusion, the modern enterprise is the instrument of service and is related to the profit of population. Accordingly, the enterprise will progress if it has an ethics of consumers` interests, and the labeling of quality of consumers` goods will be an important medium between consumers and enterprises.
