ROK and the United States finally reached accord on the controversial transition of Wartime Operational Control on February, 2007, and ROK Government needs to strengthen the role of supporting for the comprehensive threats of futuristic warfare. The crucial point of the supporting for Military Operation depends on the nation's mobilization capabilities. For the effective mobilization the following facets can be improved further. First of all, the organizational integrity of the mobilization network within the government can be bolstered along the vertical command chain. The process of mobilization must be improved and it is import to utilize the information system. On the other side the government plan to distribute timely the mobilized resources must be made up for the weak points and developed continuously. We can expect these points to be improved steadily with the execution of the National Defence Reform 2020.

Microfluidic device can be applied in a wide range of chemical and biological technology. In this paper, ceramic-based T-type passive mixers for microfluidic applications were fabricated by LTCC process combined with thick film photolithography. The base ceramic material in thick film was amorphous cordierite $((Mg,Ca)_2Al_4Si_5O_{18})$ and photoimageable polymers were added to give a photosensitivity. Two types of passive mixer, which showed the channel width of 1.0 mm and $200{\mu}m$, respectively, were designed considering mixing efficiency in the channel and their microfluidic properties were discussed in detail.

코로나19 이후 졸업작품 발표형식의 변화 분석 : 국내 4년제 대학 의류·패션 전공의 사례를 중심으로

2020년 코로나19의 세계적인 확산은 인류의 생활에 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 특히, 학생들에게 실습 실기 교육을 하고, 그 결과물을 졸업작품이라는 이름으로 대면으로 발표하고 졸업을 시키는 대학의 의류·패션 전공에서는 대면이 제한되는 상황에서 대안을 찾아야 했다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 외부 환경하에 지난 2년간 국내 4년제 대학의 의류·패션 전공의 졸업작품 발표형식이 어떻게 변화하였는지 밝히고자 한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 2020년 이후 국내외 패션컬렉션의 발표형식 변화에 대해 살펴보고, 다음으로 2020년 이후 국내 4년제 대학의 의류·패션 전공의 졸업작품 발표형식 변화와 경향에 대해 조사하였다. 이에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 국내외 패션컬렉션에서는 대부분 무관중 온라인 패션쇼라는 대안을 선택하였다. 다음으로 국내 대학에서 선택한 대안 역시 무관중 온라인 패션쇼라는 새로운 형식을 취한 경우가 가장 많고, 다음으로 사회적 거리두기를 지키는 상황에서의 패션쇼, 전시 등이었다. 특히, 주목할 점은 패션 필름이라는 새로운 형태나, 3D 프로그램을 활용한 가상 패션쇼의 새로운 형식을 취하는 경우이며, 이는 향후 포스트 코로나 시기의 졸업작품 발표형식의 변화 방향을 미리 볼 수 있는 단초가 될 것이다. The global spread of COVID-19 in 2020 has brought about a major change in human life. In particular, it was necessary to find alternatives at a time when face-to-face education was limited in clothing and fashion majors at universities where students were given practical training, and the results were presented face-to-face under the name of graduation work. This study aims to clarify how the form of graduation work presentation by clothing and fashion majors at domestic four-year universities has changed over the past two years under this external environment. To this end, we first looked at the changes in the presentation form of global and Korean fashion collections after 2020, and then investigated the changes and trends in the form of graduation work presentation by clothing and fashion majors at domestic four-year universities after 2020. The results for this are as follows. First, in most global and Korean fashion collections, the form of online fashion show without spectators was selected as an alternative. Next, the alternatives chosen by domestic universities were also most often in the form of online fashion shows without spectators, followed by fashion shows and exhibitions in situations where social distancing was observed. In particular, it is noteworthy that it takes a new form of fashion film or a new form of virtual fashion show using 3D programs, which will be a starting point for previewing the direction of changes in the form of graduation presentations after the COVID-19 period.

정성적인 자료를 활용한 재무설계 사례연구

재무설계의 목표는 단지 금전적인 목표들의 달성에 국한되어 있지 않다. 재무설계는 재무설계 6단계 프로세스를 통해 가계의 재무목표를 파악하고 이를 달성해 가는 과정이지만 이를 통해 가계의 비재무적목표를 또한 파악하고 최종적으로 인생의 궁극적인 목적을 실현해가는 과정이다. 본 사례연구는 재무설계의 1단계 프로세스의 초기상담에서 고객의 정성적 자료에 대하여 파이낸셜 플래너의 적극적인 개입 및 가치공유가 이루어졌을 때 그 후 5단계의 프로세스를 수행함에 있어 고객의 자발적인 참여를 이끌어내며 주기적으로 지속되는 모니터링을 실행하면서 가계의 재무문제를 고객 스스로 해결할 수 있다는 자신감과 가능성을 확신하게 되는 것을 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 첫째 재무설계를 통해 가계의 재무문제를 야기시킨 핵심 원인에 대해 부부가 같이 검토하고 인식함으로써 재무적·비재무적 목표를 달성하기 위한 적극적인 참여자로 변화·발전 하는 것으로 나타났고 이를 통해 효율적으로 재무목표를 달성할 수 있게 되었다. 둘째, 금전적 자원의 사용으로 일상생활에서 얻었던 삶의 만족도를 정성적인 자료의 활성화를 통해서도 충분히 만족도를 높일 수 있다는 것이었다. 셋째, 현금관리와 관련된 생애주기에 따른 재무목표들의 달성을 위해서는 비재무적인 자원을 연계시키는 것이 더욱 효과적이었다. 이러한 결과들은, 파이낸셜 플래너가 재무설계 6단계 과정을 지속적으로 조력하여 독려해 주는 것이 파이낸셜 플래너의 중요한 역할임을 재확인하는 것이었다. The purpose of financial planning is not limited to the achievement of monetary goals only. Financial planning is a six-step process from identifying households’ financial goals to achieving the goals, including households’ non-financial goals. Ultimately, financial planning will help to identify and achieve a lifetime goal for an individual or a household. This study showed that financial planner’s active involvement and sharing the value of qualitative data of the clients which were collected from the initial consultation were very important to draw voluntary and active participations of the clients throughout the process. Through the periodic monitoring of their financial situations, the clients gained a confidence that they were able to solve their own financial problems. First, reviewing and recognizing the main reasons causing clients’ financial problems helped the clients to be active participants in the financial planning process that led to achieve their financial and non-financial goals. Second, using qualitative factors of the clients improved the level of life satisfaction. Third, incorporating non-financial factors into the financial planning process was very effective way to achieve the financial goals by life cycles. In conclusion, a financial planner’s role of continuing encouragement was very critical throughout the 6 step financial planning process.

열대지방의 백신은 온도에 민감하여 상하기 쉽고 손으로 휴대하여 이동하는 것이 쉽지 않아 해결해야 할 문제점으로 대두되었다. 백신의 안정성은 먼 오지까지 이동해야 하는 의료진들에게 매우 중요한 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 아프리카와 같이 더운 환경에서 백신을 오랜 시간 보존할 수 있는 냉장고를 개발하였다. 먼 거리까지 백신 냉장고를 이동하는데 들고 이동하는 불편함을 덜고자 모터로 구동이 되는 바퀴 형태의 이동로봇 기반으로 설계하였다. 펠티어 효과를 이용한 소자를 이용하여 냉각을 하였으며, 실험을 통해 실제로 냉장 기능을 확인하고 모터의 구동에 의한 이동성을 확인 할 수 있었다. Vaccines can contaminated easily and it is hard to carry to remote areas under the hot weather in the tropical region. Doctors want safe vaccines when they go for vaccination in remote areas. This article explains the development of a vaccine cooling cart (VCC) that carries vaccines and preserves an appropriate temperature under a hot weather condition. VCC is designed as a motor actuated wheeled mobile robot that can move with ease to lessen the burden of carrying it by hands. Cooling is done by using the Peltier effect device and its cooling performance is confirmed by experimental studies.
