투렛장애 (Tourette syndrome)의 침 치료에 대한 중의학 임상 연구 고찰

Objective This study aimed to analyze randomized controlled trials of the effect of acupuncture on Tourette syndrome and to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment. Methods Based on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Pubmed search with the key search terms of 'Tourette syndrome, acupuncture', dated from 2000 to 2021, ten randomized controlled trials were identified and analyzed for this study. Results 1. The most commonly used acupoints were Taechung (LR3), Sinmun (HT7), Hapgok (LI4), Pungji (GB20) and Backhoe (GV20). 2. The most commonly used meridians were Bladder Meridian, Stomach Meridian and Gallbladder Meridian. 3. Acupuncture treatment was found to be significantly more or equally effective than western medicine such as haloperidol and tiapride. Conclusions Based on the results of the randomized controlled trials analyzed in this study, acupuncture was found to be effective in the treatment of Tourette syndrome. However, more clinical studies are needed to prove the effectiveness of acupuncture in Tourette syndrome.
소아 백반증의 한약 치료에 대한 최신 임상 연구 동향 - 중국 무작위 대조군 연구를 중심으로 -

Objective The purpose of this study is to gather information from clinical studies conducted in China and analyze the effects of herbal medicine treatment for childhood vitiligo. Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) with herbal medicine treatment for childhood vitiligo from the Chinese Academic Journal (CAJ) from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) were searched. Then, each study was analyzed by demographics, disease durations, interventions, treatment periods, outcomes, adverse events, and compositions of the herbal medicine used. Result A total of 6 RCTs were included. All the trials except for one used a combination of Chinese herbal medicine with Western medicine as their treatment groups. The total efficacy rate was used to measure the effectiveness, and the treatment groups reported a significantly higher total efficacy rate compared to the control groups in all studies. In one study, a control group treated with compound glycyrrhizin capsule and topical compound kaliziran tincture combination treatment was compared with a treatment group which used the same treatment that the control group received in addition to oral herbal medicine. This study also showed higher total effectiveness in the treatment group than the control group. Conclusions In pediatric vitiligo, a combination of herbal medicine treatment rather than Western medical treatment alone can improve symptoms. In addition, it was suggested that the therapeutic effect can be enhanced when oral herbal medicine is used in combination with other herbal medicine treatments.
한포진 치료의 중의학 임상연구 동향 - 무작위 대조군 임상연구를 중심으로 -

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze clinical studies on the effectiveness of TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) for pompholyx treatment and provide evidence for Korean medicine use. Methods Randomized controlled trials (RCT) which used TCM as a treatment for pompholyx were searched in China National Infrastructure (CNKI) platform. The risk of bias of studies was assessed by using Cochrane risk of bias (RoB) 2.0 tool. Results The selected 10 RCTs showed that the experimental group treated with either TCM alone or with a combination of TCM and Western medicine showed more significant therapeutic effect compared to the control group which Western medicine alone. Conclusions Based on the studies from China, TCM may be an effective treatment for pompholyx. This provides evidence for Korean medicine use, and its possible effectiveness in treating pompholyx
사료내 ${\beta}$-glucanase 활성 강화 고역가 복합효소제 첨가급여가 착유우의 유생산 및 체세포수 변화에 미치는 영향

In recent years, many researches are actively undertaken for environmental-friendly animal production according to the increased understanding about food safety because of the outbreak of various diseases such as mad cow disease, Foot and mouth disease and Poultry Influenza virus. However, high quality(higher safety)- animal production may not be successful without increasing of disease resistance of animal and the improvement of feeding environment. To increase the disease resistance is able to be accomplished by stimulating the immune function. The present study was undertaken to investigate the effects of enzyme mixture reinforced with ${\beta}$-glucanase activity which degrade polysaccharide to release ${\beta}$-glucan known as stimulator of immune function on the change of milk production and somatic cell count. After 12weeks of experimental feeding, milk production tended to be increased and somatic cell count was decreased from average $227{\times}10^4$ to $37.1{\times}10^4$. Milk protein and solid-fat content were tended to increase but milk fat showed decreasing tendency by the feeding of enzyme mixture. All together, it has been suggest6d that the improvement of high quality milk production may be possible through the dietary addition of immune modulating enzyme mixture in lactating dairy cows.
소아 선천성 근성 사경의 추나 치료 효과에 대한 임상연구 고찰 - 중의학 무작위 대조군 임상연구를 중심으로 -

Objective This study aimed to analyze the efficacy of the tuina treatment for congenital muscular torticollis based on randomized controlled clinical studies in China. Methods The China National Knowledge Infrastructure was the main source of data. Using the keywords "tuina", "chuna", "推拿", and "斜颈", 12 randomized controlled clinical studies were identified and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the tuina treatment group showed statistically significant changes with respect to the therapeutic effect. Conclusions This study suggests that tuina treatment is effective for congenital muscular torticollis patients and provides evidence for further studies on oriental medicine treatments, including tuina for congenital muscular torticollis.
지루 피부염 (Seborrheic Dermatitis)의 외세요법에 대한 최신 연구 동향 - 중국 무작위 대조군 임상연구를 중심으로 -

Objective This study aimed to analyze the efficacy and safety of external washing therapy for seborrheic dermatitis based on randomized controlled clinical studies in China. Methods We used the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) as a data resource and conducted a search using the following key words: "Seborrheic Dermatitis" and "外洗" Seven randomized controlled clinical studies were identified and analyzed in this study. Results 1. The external washing treatment group showed significant changes in total efficiency, relapse rates, Quality of life, and Hamilton depression rating scale, compared with the control group. 2. The most commonly used herbal medicines were Sophorae Radix (苦蔘), Thujae Orientalis Folium (側柏葉), Impatiens balsamina L. (透骨草), Phellodendri Cortex (黃柏), and Stemonae Radix (百部根). Conclusions The results indicate that external washing treatment is effective for patients with seborrheic dermatitis. Futher research on external washing treatment of seborrheic dermatitis in the future may be useful.
