        리소솜과 공생낭의 융합저해에서의 Lipopolysaccharide의 역할에 관한 연구

        공생 아메바에서 리소솜과 공생낭 간에 융합이 저해되는 이유로서는 먼저 이들 공생낭의 막에 어떤 특별한 인자가 존재하여 융합을 저해하거나 또는 융합 과정에 필수적인 어떤 요소가 이들 공생막에는 부족하여 융합이 일어나지 않는다고 유추해 볼 수 있다. 단일 클론 항체를 추적물질로 사용하여 이들 인자나 구성요소를 알아내는 과정에서, lipopolysaccharides가 공생 박테리아에 의하여 생산되어 공생낭의 막에 삽입된다는 것을 확인하였으며 이들이 공생막상에서도 세포질 방향으로 노출되어 있다는 것을 알아내었다. 따라서 이들 lipopolysaccharides가 리소솜과 공생낭간의 융합 저해에 간여하는 가를 알아보기 위하여 이들에 대한 단일 크론 항체를 공생 아메자의 세포질에 미세주사하여 보았다. 주사된 아메바에서는 공생낭과 리소솜간의 융합이 일어나는 것으로 미루어 보아, 아마도 lipopolysaccharides는 융합저해 요소 중의 하나로 사료되어 진다. Lack of lysosomal fusion with symbiosomes in symbiont-bearing Amoeba proteus may be due either to the presence of a component in the symbiosome membrane or to the absence of a component needed in the fusion process. Using monoclonal antibody as a probe, lipopolysaccharides were identified as symbiosome-membrane components contributed by symbionts and were found to be exposed on the cytoplasmic side of the membrane. In order to test whether lipopolysaccharides may play a role in the prevention of lysosome-symbiosome fusion, the antilipopolysaccharides antibody was microinjected and processed for double immunostaining in conjuction with anti-lysosome antibody as a lysosome-fusion indicator. Microinjection of the anti-LPS antibody caused symbiosomes to fuse with lysosomes, suggesting that X-bacterial lipopolysaccharides could be 'fusion-preventing' factors.

        해양스포츠 활성화를 위한 수요 및 소비지출 결정요인 분석

        이 연구는 해양스포츠의 수요 및 소비지출 결정요인을 분석해 해양스포츠 활성화를 위한 수요 유인과 수익 증대에 기여할 수 있는 마케팅 정보를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 B광역시에 거주하는 시민 303명을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 해양스포츠의 수요 및 소비지출 결정요인으로는 일반적 특성인 성별, 연령, 교육, 월소득 및 거주지 그리고 해양스포츠 참가동기인 신체적, 사회적, 문화적 및 심리적 요인이 포함되었으며 종속변수로는 수요(참가경험 있다 또는 없다)와 소비지출금액(5만원 미만 또는 5만원 이상)으로 이분형 데이터를 활용하였다. 수집된 유효 설문지는 SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 활용해 기술통계, 요인 및 신뢰도 분석 그리고 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였고 다음과 같은 주요 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 해양스포츠 소비자의 일반적 특성 중 성별, 연령, 월소득 그리고 거주지가 유의한 수요 결정요인으로 나타났다. 성별 요인에서는 남자가 여자에 비해 해양스포츠 참가경험이 있을 가능성이 1.708배 높다. 연령 요인에서는 30대가 50대 이상보다 해양스포츠 참가경험이 있을 가능성이 3.529배 높다. 월소득 요인에서는 300~400만원 미만의 월수입을 가진 자가 500만원 이상에 비해 .353배 정도 참가경험이 있을 가능성이 낮다. 거주지 요인에서는 서부지역민이 동부지역민에 비해 3.232배 정도 해양스포츠 참가경험이 있을 가능성이 높다. 둘째, 해양스포츠 참가동기 중 신체적, 사회적 그리고 문화적 요인이 유의한 수요 결정요인으로 나타났다. 신체적 요인에서는 그 중요성이 한 단위 증가할수록 해양스포츠 참가경험이 있을 가능성이 .634배 만큼 낮아진다. 사회적 요인에서는 그 중요성이 한 단위 증가할수록 해양스포츠 참가경험이 있을 가능성이 1.745배 만큼 높아진다. 문화적 요인에서는 그 중요성이 한 단위 증가할수록 해양스포츠 참가경험이 있을 가능성이 1.689배 만큼 높아진다. 셋째, 해양스포츠 소비자의 일반적 특성 중 연령과 거주지가 유의한 소비지출 결정요인으로 나타났다. 연령 요인에서는 40대가 50대 이상보다 해양스포츠에서 5만원 이상 소비할 가능성이 5.809배 높다. 거주지 요인에서는 서부지역민이 동부지역민에 비해 .261배 정도 5만원 이상 소비할 가능성이 낮다. The purpose of this study was to analyze determinants of demand and consumption expenditure in marine sports and provide fundamental marketing information that help attract consumers and increase profits for marine sports businesses. In order to accomplish the study purposes, the study employed a survey method with a total of 303 consumers using convenient sampling method in B metropolitan city. The determinants of demand and consumption expenditure include gender, age, education, income and residence, and physical, social, cultural and psychological factors that are the motivation for marine sports participation. Dependent variables used dichotomous data as demand (participation experience or not) and consumption expenditure (more than 50,000 won or less than 50,000 won). The collected valid questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability test and logistic regression analysis at the significance level of .05. Accordingly, following main findings were derived from the study. First, gender, age, income and residence were found to be the significant determinants of demand. For gender, men were 1.708 times more likely to have experience in participating in marine sports than women. For age, 30s were 3.529 times more likely to have experience in participating in marine sports than 50s or older. For income, those who have monthly income less than 3~4 million won, compared to those who have monthly income more than 5 million won, were .353 times less likely to have experience in participating in marine sports. For residence, western residents were 3.232 times more likely to have experience in participating in marine sports than eastern locals. Second, physical, social and cultural factors were found to be the significant determinants of demand. For physical factor, one unit increase in physical factor regarding participation motivation led to .634 times decrease in the probability of participating in marine sports. For social factor, one unit increase in social factor regarding participation motivation led to 1.745 times increase in the probability of participating in marine sports. For cultural factor, one unit increase in cultural factor regarding participation motivation led to 1.689 times increase in the probability of participating in marine sports. Third, age and residence were found to be the significant determinants of consumption expenditure. For age, 40s were 5.809 times more likely to spend more than 50,000 won in marine sports than 50s or older. For residence, western residents, compared to easterners, were .261 times less likely to spend more than 50,000 won in maine sports.

        스크린 야구 고객유입을 위한 마케팅 전략

        The purpose of this study was to propose marketing implication on attracting customers in screen baseball. Using marketing mix 4Cs (Customer value, Convenience, Cost to the customer, and Communication) the study examined the relationships with behavioral intention of customers including revisit and recommendation intention. Data collection was conducted over a month at screen baseball stores located in metropolitan area . Of the surveys collected, 267 valid data (89.0% of response rate) were analyzed in SPSS version 22.0 through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The findings of the study were as follows. First, among the marketing mix 4Cs, satisfaction on Cost was found to be lower than the other factors. Second, program diversification of screen baseball showed lower satisfaction compared to the other sub-categories in Convenience. Third, satisfaction on Customer value showed the significant influence on revisit and recommendation intention. Fourth, satisfaction on Cost to the customer was found to be the most influential on revisit and recommendation intention, compared to the other factors. Lastly, Communication satisfaction on screen baseball showed the significant influence on revisit intention.

        민간실내수영장 시설 디자인 중요도-만족도 분석

        The purpose of this study was to suggest marketing implications for promoting private indoor pool service by analyzing the importance and satisfaction of the facility design recognized by the users. In order to achieve these objectives, a survey was conducted on 307 private indoor pool users located in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces. Survey data were validated through exploratory factor analysis and reliability tests, and the following conclusions were drawn using the IPA method. First, quadrant Ⅰ (Keep up good work) included ‘Future oriented design using new method’ and ‘Designed to reach consumers clearly where they want’. Second, quadrant Ⅱ (Possible overkill) included ‘No inconvenience because the moving line is separated from each use section’, ‘No stolen accidents occur as much as possible’, ‘Drainage channels for shower rooms, changing rooms, passageways, etc. are separated from the moving lines’, ‘Swimming pool and other facilities are designed to take advantage of the specificity of each space’, and ‘Effective use of space such as swimming pool and other facilities’. Third, quadrant Ⅲ (Low priority) included ‘Designed to be safe to reduce user`s injury’ and ‘Convenience with only functions such as swimming pool and other facilities’. Lastly, quadrant Ⅳ (Concentrate here) included ‘Unified design considering surrounding environment’, ‘Design reflecting main characteristics’, ‘Design considering various user characteristics’, ‘Designed in harmony with the surrounding environment’, and ‘Atmosphere connected with each facility’.

        지역 공공재로서 가상현실 스포츠 체험관의 경제적 가치 평가

        This study was conducted to evaluate the economic value of a virtual reality sports experience center as local public goods and to provide basic data to suggest the validity of the distribution and operation of the center as a public institution"s athletic policy. To accomplish the study purposes, the study used a contingent valuation method (CVM) survey with a total of 414 D metropolitan city residents over 20 years old who could have the capability to pay tax. The data were analyzed through SPSS 22.0. A binary logistic regression was modeled with a dichotomous dependent variable, willing to pay (WTP). The independent variables such as gender, age, occupation, income, sports club activation and participation, policy interest, and socio-cultural value were input in the model. The economic value of the virtual reality sports experience center was also estimated by using a model suggested by previous studies for CVM. Accordingly, following main findings are derived from the study. First, among the independent variables, gender, income, sports club activation and participation, and socio-cultural value were found to be the significant factors to WTP. Second, the mean amount of WTP was calculated as 2,397 won per person and the percentage of WTP was 75.1%. The economic value of the virtual reality sports experience center was estimated as 22.24 billion won. Lastly, for non-payment reasons, ‘High recommended amount’ showed the highest frequency, followed by ‘Local government budget usage’, ‘Not joining a sports club’, and ‘No financial leeway’.

        스포츠조직의 경영환경, 조직구조 및 조직성과 간의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationships among management environment, organizational structure and organizational performance in sport organizations and provide fundamental information that help create effective organizational structure for increasing organizational performance under environmental uncertainty. In order to accomplish the purpose, the study employed a survey method with a total of 332 questionnaires from sport organizations. Survey instruments were validated through exploratory factor analysis and reliability tests. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis at the significance level of .05. Accordingly, following findings were derived from the study. First, descriptive statistics showed that for management environment factors the level of dynamism and complexity was above median and was higher than hostility, and for organizational structure factors the level of formalization, complexity and centralization was above median. Second, among management environment factors complexity and dynamism had significant effects on organizational structure. Third, among management environment factors complexity and hostility had significant effects on organizational performance. Lastly, among organizational structure factors formalization and complexity had significant effects on organizational performance.

        IPA 기법을 활용한 무도체육시설 이용에 대한 중요도-만족도 분석

        The purpose of this study was to suggest marketing implications for promoting martial arts utilization, applying IPA incorporating marketing mix 4Cs. A convenience sample was made up of 227 trainees in martial arts gyms located in metropolitan areas. Survey instruments were validated through exploratory factor analysis and reliability tests. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 though frequency analysis and paired sample t-test at the significance level of .05. The results of the study were as follows. First, there were significant differences among all items regarding importance and satisfaction. Second, regarding IPA, quadrant Ⅰ, ‘Keep up good work’ included communication between trainee and instructor, friendly and quick response, and professionalism. Third, quadrant Ⅱ, ‘Concentrate here’ included accessibility, installation of necessary and auxiliary facilities, diversification of training program, and installation of promotion and information system. Fourth, quadrant Ⅲ, ‘Low priority’ included training and equipment cost and financial support regarding injury. Lastly, quadrant Ⅳ, ‘Possible overkill’ included healthy use of leisure time, establishment of broad-ranged interpersonal relationship, and improvement of life satisfaction and physical health.

        e-스포츠 콘텐츠 이용자들의 저작권보호 의사결정에 대한 영향요인 분석

        이 연구는 e-스포츠 콘텐츠 이용자들을 대상으로 저작권보호 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 자료 수집은 2012년 8월 한 달간 서울지역에 위치한 e-스포츠 경기장에서 진행하였는데, 총 400부의 설문지를 배포하여 자기평가기입법으로 응답된 375부를 회수하였다. 이 가운데 21부는 응답이 불성실하거나 분석에 적합하지 않은 것으로 판단되어 제외하였다. 따라서 총 354부의 설문응답을 자료 분석에 사용하였는데(총 응답률 88.5%), 다중회귀분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. e-스포츠 콘텐츠 이용자의 법/도덕적 규범, 인지된 집단규범, 그리고 과거의 습관/행동은 저작권보호 의사결정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이 영향요인들 중 법/도덕적 규범의 영향력이 가장 크게 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examine the factors influencing copyright protection decision-making among Korean eSports game users. Data collection was conducted over a month at an eSports arena located in Seoul. Of the surveys collected, 354 valid data (88.5% of response rate) were analyzed in SPSS Ver. 20.0 through descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that copyright protection decision-making regarding eSports contents was significantly influenced by legal/moral norm, perceive group norm, and past habit/behavior. Among the factors, legal/moral norm was found to be the most influential on copyright protection decision-making.

        프로배구 관중이 인지하는 관계의 질에 따른 시장세분화

        The purpose of this study was to conduct a market segmentation depending on the relationship quality of pro-volleyball fans. This study collected data from 417 fans who have experience of attending pro-volleyball games at least once a season and have at least one favorite pro-volleyball team. Among them, 68 questionnaires were excluded by data screening, therefore, a total of 349 questionnaires were used finally. Survey instruments were validated through exploratory factor analysis and reliability tests. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 through descriptive statistics, K-mean cluster analysis, Chi-square analysis, and one-way ANOVA at the significance level of .05. Accordingly, following findings were derived from current study. First, cluster 1 showed the lowest mean score in all factors measuring relationship quality such as satisfaction, commitment, and trust. In this group, as students in 20s, they usually attended pro-volleyball games once a season with friends. Second, cluster 2 were in the middle of relationship quality scores for all factors. In this group, as salaried or self-employed workers in 40s, they usually attended pro-volleyball games 2-4 times a season with friends. Third, cluster 3 showed the highest mean score in all factors for relationship quality. In this group, as salaried workers in 30s, they attended pro-volleyball games 5 or more times a season with volleyball club members or family. Especially, the group showed the highest level of team identification and loyalty.
