        COVID-19에 대한 생활체육 축구동호인의 위험지각과 운동몰입의 관계

        As a result of analyzing the relationship between risk perception and exercise flow for life sports soccer club members for COVID-19, the following conclusions were obtained in the study. First, there was a statistically significant difference in risk perception and exercise flow by age of life sports soccer club members for COVID-19. Second, there was a statistically significant difference only in the economic perception of the risk perception in the risk perception and exercise flow by exercise career of sports soccer club members for COVID-19. Third, there was no statistically significant difference in the risk perception and exercise commitment by exercise frequency of life sports soccer club members for COVID-19. Fourth, it was found that the risk perception of the life sports soccer club members for COVID-19 effects on exercise flow. In conclusion, in order to control the risk perception of COVID-19, it is necessary to properly understand the risk perception of COVID-19 in an individual's economic and physical circumstances, and to control COVID-19 stress through the overall socio-environmental risk perception caused by COVID-19. Efficient control of risk perception for COVID-19 will increase exercise flow as well, which is expected to have a positive effect on active leisure activities or exercise participation, participation attitudes and behaviors of soccer club members in the post-COVID-19 era.

        랠리포인트제 도입 이후 스쿼시 선수의 경기내용 패턴 분석

        The purpose of the study is to obtain preliminary data for training program development and coaching techniques, for the improvement of squash player’s match performance, through detecting changes in various game aspects by the squash players after the point-a-rally scoring system (PARS) was introduced by the World Squash Federation in 2008. The video materials of 38 squash tournament matches from squash players participated in The 93rd Daegu National Sports Festival Squash Match in 2012 were collected. And through the game journal the game variables were quantified. In order to analyze the total attempt rates of game skills and techniques, the scoring factors, the scoring areas of the court, the game duration, the rallying frequency and the differences in the scoring rates in section 3 of the court, the SPSS/PC Window V18.0 statistics software was executed on the collected data. First, there was a significant statistical difference in the total attempt rates of game skill and technique for both adult players and high school players. Total technique attempt rates show in the following order of drive shot, volley shot, service shot, drop shot, boast shot, and lob shot. Second, there was a significant statistical difference in total scoring factors for both adult players and high school players. Among total scoring factors are success factor, failure factor and referee factor. Third, there was a significant statistical difference in total scoring areas of the court for both adult players and high school players. For total scoring areas of the court, area C was marked highest followed by area D, area A, area F, area E, area B and area G. Fourth, there was a significant statistical difference in the duration of the game and rallying frequency of rallying for both adult players and high school players. adult males marked highest followed by high school males, adult females and high school females in the game duration and rallying frequency. Fifth, among total scoring factors, there was a significant statistical difference in scoring rates inside section 3 of the court for both adult players and high school players.

        스쿼시 동호인의 등급별 경기내용 분석

        본 연구는 스쿼시 동호인의 등급별 경기내용을 분석하여 지도프로그램을 계획하는 참고자료 및 스쿼시 동호인들 의 경기력 향상을 위한 자료를 얻고자 하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 결과에 따르면 스쿼시 경기에서 기술시도율은 드라이브 가 49.2%로 가장 많았으며, 서비스 18.0%, 발리 16.5% 보스트 7.9%, 드롭 6.9%, 로브 1.5% 순으로 나타났다. 득점요 인은 드라이브성공 27.9%로 가장 높았으며, 드라이브실책 11.8%, 발리 11.2%, 드롭 10.4%로 높게 나타났다. 득점지 역은 코트의 중앙지역인 C지역 36.4%와 D지역 32.3%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 경기시간은 남자골드부 392초로 가장 높았으며, 남자레드부 309초, 여자골드부 253초, 남자블루부 253초, 여자레드부 250초, 여자블루부 220초로 나타났 다(p<.001). 랠리횟수는 남자골드부 8.7회로 가장 높았으며, 남자레드부 6.5회, 여자골드부 6.1회, 남자블루부 4.8회, 여자레드부 4.35회, 여자블루부 3.23회로 나타났다(p<.001). 이와 같은 결과를 참고하여 훈련 시 체계적이고 과학적 인 훈련프로그램을 설계하고 적용시킨다면 스쿼시 동호인들의 경기력 향상에 영향을 미칠 것이며, 이는 동호인들의 스쿼시의 재미와 참여의 질을 향상시켜 스쿼시 종목의 활성화에도 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the squash games played by squash club members according to the class, in order to collect data that can help plan an instruction program and improve performance of squash club members. In the result, regarding technique attempt rate, drive was attempted most frequently, with 49.2%, followed by service 18.0%, volley 16.5% boast 7.9%, drop 6.9%, and lob 1.5%. Regarding scoring factor, successful drive was most common, with 27.9%, followed by missed drive 11.8%, volley 11.2%, and drop 10.4%. Regarding scoring location, players scored most commonly in the C zone, which is the center of the court 36.4% and in the D zone, 32.3%. In terms of game duration, the men’s Gold Class was played for the longest time, 392 seconds, followed by men’s Red Class309seconds, women’s Gold Class253 seconds, men’s Blue Class253 seconds, women’s Red Class 250 seconds, and Women’s Blue Class220seconds(p<.001). Regarding the number of rallies, the men’s Gold Class showed the highest number of rallies, 8.7 times, followed by men’s Red Class 6.5 times, women’s Gold Class, 6.1 times, men’s Blue Class 4.8 times, women’s Red Class4.35 times, and women’s Blue Class 3.23 times(p<.001). The findings in this study can be used for designing and applying a systematic and scientific training program and improving performance of squash club members, which can, in turn, better the enjoyment and quality of squash games played by club members and activate the squash games among the general population.

        스쿼시경기장 Tin의 규격변경에 따른 PSA 남자선수의 경기내용분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze how man’s match in PSA has been changed since the tin size of the squash court was altered in 2011. It also attempts to attain valuable resources that help to develop training program for squash players as well as instruct players to improve their techniques in accordance to the change of the court. Data was gathered from 16 players who played in the quarter final at J. P. MORGAN tournament champions in 2010 and 2014. The data was calculated based on 14 match videos and the match record cards. Using SPSS/PC Window V20.0, chi-square test(χ2) was evaluated in order to find out the difference among total rate of technique attempts, score factors and score positions. In addition, T-test was conducted to access the difference between match hours and number of rally. The results are following. First, before the change of the tin size, the rate of total technique attempts ranked drive (3349 attempts, 50.0%), drop (1139 attempts, 17.0%), and volley (1086 attempts, 16.2%) in order. On the other hand, after the alteration of the tin size, it was drive (5236 attempts, 60.7%), volley (1197 attempts, 13.9%), and drop (1061 attempts, 12.3%). Second, before the change of tin size, the main score factors were drop (143 attempts, 32.0%), drop failure (79 attempts, 17.7%), drive (78 attempts, 17.4%) and stroke (42 attempts, 9.4%) in order. Whereas, after the alteration, drop (152 attempts, 32.0%), drive (152 attempts, 31.6%), drop failure (75 attempts, 15.6%), stroke (60 attempts, 13.7%) respectively. Third, before the change of tin size, the main score position was center-court (228 attempts, 51.0%), front-court (130attempts, 29.1%), back-court (89 attempts, 19.9%). After the change, it showed the similar pattern, which was center-court (317 attempts, 65.9%), front-court (95attempts, 19.8%), back-court (69 attempts, 14.3%). Fourth, while the match hour was 11 minutes 22 seconds before the change of the tin size, it was 14 minutes 19 seconds. Furthermore, the number of rally was 9.11 times before the change. However, the number of rally increased by 14.5 times after the change.

        체육계열학과 입시생의 트레이닝 방법에 따른 무산소성 파워 및 운동능력 차이

        본 연구는 체육계열학과 입시생의 트레이닝 방법에 따른 무산소성 파워 및 운동능력의 효과를 분석하는데 목적 이 있다. 본 연구를 위해서 C시에 위치한 체육계열 입시학원에서 교육 중인 학생 총 30명을 모집하여, 세 가지의 프로그 램 별 트레이닝을 10주 동안 3일/주, 50분씩 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC Window V23 통계프로그램을 이용 하여 각 운동프로그램에 따른 사전, 후의 차이검증을 위해 paired t-test와 운동프로그램 별 세 집단 간의 차이검증은 공변량분석(ANCOVA)를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 운동프로그램 별 사전·후 무산소성 파워 및 운 동능력은 세 집단에서 대부분의 변인들이 사전검사에 비해 사후검사에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났고, KT집단 의 오래달리기에서만 사전·후 간에 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 운동프로그램에 따른 세 집단 간의 무산소성 파워 및 운동능력에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, CT집단이 PT집단, KT집단보다 높게 나타났다. The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of motor ability and anaerobic power by conducting three training methods with preparatory students entering the College of Physical Education. For this study, we enrolled a total of 30 students in training at the academy of physical education for college SAT in C city, and trained in each of the three programs for 50 minutes a day, 3 days a week, for 10 weeks. Using the SPSS/PC Window V23 statistics program on the collected data, we obtained the following results from paired t-test for discrepancy verification between the pre and post exercise program results, and an ANCOVA test for the discrepancy verification among three groups according to the exercise program. First, pre-and-post motor ability and anaerobic power in the exercise program showed that the majority of variables in the pre inspection differ significantly compared with those in the post inspection, and there was no significant difference between pre and post in a long run in a Kettlebell Training(KT) group. Secondly, there were statistically noticeable differences in anaerobic power and motor ability among the three groups in the exercise program showed, and more significant differences were shown in the Combined Training (CT) group than the Plyometric Training (PT) and Kettlebell Training (KT) groups.
