Design and optimization study has been performed to obtain a supersonic air.launching mission for the nanosat launcher. Given mission is to launch 10kg payload to target orbit of $700km{\times}700km$. Additional design constraints are imposed by the mother plane. After the required velocity is obtained, the stag ing optimization is carried out. Serial analyses for the propulsion system and aerodynamics are performed then, the rocket trajectory optimization has been carried out. After several mission design and optimization iterations, the optimized mission which satisfies the mission target is obtained. Total weight of the three-staged air-launching rocket is 1231.4kg and the payload weight is 10 kg.

청소년단체 활동 현황과 시사점 –4-H청소년 활동을 중심으로-

본 연구는 청소년단체활동의 현황 및 문제점을 바탕으로 활성화방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 청소년단체들은 고유한 목적과 교육방법, 프로그램을 통해 청소년의 성장과 발달에 중요한 역할을 해왔다. 그렇지만 청소년단체에 대한 정책적 배려가 매우 부족하고, 학교에서의 청소년단체 활동에대한 외면 등의 이유로 어려움이 가중되어 왔다. 이러한 상황에서 청소년단체 중 4-H회에 대한활동현황을 살펴보고, 발전방안을 논의하고자 하였다. 4-H회는 2000년 이후 회원수가 지속적으로증가하고 있으며, 청소년 회원들은 연간 5.3개의 프로그램에 20.7회 참가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 과거에 비해 참여하는 활동 프로그램이 다양해지고, 참여율도 높아지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한4-H활동에 대한 만족도는 응답자의 86.8%가 긍정적으로 응답하여 매우 높은 것으로 나타나고있었다. 조사에서 나타난 주요 결과를 토대로 시사점을 정리하면, 첫째, 초등학교 회원에 대한 저변확대가 필요하며, 둘째, 활동의 연속성을 확보할 수 있는 대책이 필요하고, 셋째, 사회변화와 수요자의 요구를 반영한 프로그램을 개발과 운영을 해야 하며, 넷째, 청소년단체 활동에 대한 정책적 배려와 학교-지역사회간 연계를 강화해야 함을 제시하였다.

한국 복권의 정체성에 관한 연구: 도박과 문화의 경계선상에서

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 복권정책을 파악하고 변화해가는 세계복권시장에서 배울 점이 무엇인지 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법은 사례분석 위주의 질적연구이다. 질적연구는 기존의 연구와 서적 뿐만 아니라 복권사업을 운영하면서 실재 경험했던 실증적인 자료 도 함께 참고하였다. 주된 사행산업의 정책에 대한 이론은 유럽 사행산업의 변화를 설 증적으로 정리한 Kingma(2008)의 이론을 근거로 하였다. 사례는 1969년 주택복권 발행 이후 복권정책의 큰 변화를 가져온 복권법 제정 이전과 이후로 구분하여 분석하였다. 사례분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 사회적 인식이 바뀌어가는 과정에서 복권에 대한 정책을 규제하기보단 갬블링으로 인식을 바꾸어 하나의 즐거운 게임으로 국민들이 인식하게 하 여 합법적인 조세로서의 효과를 가져오고 복지에도 효파적으로 활용을 할수 있을 것이 다. Kingma의 이론적배경을 바탕으로 복권법 이전과 이후를 알아보고 우리나라의 복권 시장의 발전을 위해서 변화해야 할 부분이 어떤 부분이며 그 변화를 가져오기 위해서 세계복권시장의 변화를 유의 깊게 살펴보며 발 맞추어 나가는게 필요할 것이다. 복권을 도박으로 인식하여 규제를 하기 보단 하나의 문화로 인식하고 진흥정책을 펼쳐 우리나라의 복권을 발전시킬 필요성이 있다.

청소년 농촌체험관광의 서비스품질, 만족도 및 충성도의 구조분석

The purposes of this study were to establish the structural model of the relationship among service quality, satisfaction and tourist loyalty, and to clarify the casual relationship between the variables using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The researchers developed a questionnaires to obtain the measures of three latent variables; service quality, satisfaction. Service quality was consisted of 4 sub-domains namely program, physical environment, interaction and achievement. Tourist satisfaction were measured by 4 question items respectively. The population of this study was 424 student participants who attended rural experiential tour conducted by Korea 4-H Association. Based on the conclusion of this study, the following recommendation were suggested to enhance participation on rural experiential tourism for youth: First, since the program was the important factor of the tourism, effective program should be emphasized for the successful rural experiential tourism for youth. Second, youth should be encouraged to have more opportunities to participate in rural tourism because of the high educational effects and satisfaction on rural experiential tourism. 이 연구의 목적은 농촌체험관광의 서비스품질, 관광만족 및 충성도를 설명할 수 있는 종합모델을 구안하여 농촌체험관광 참여 청소년의 서비스품질이 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 있었다. 선행연구들에서 농촌체험관광의 서비스품질, 만족도, 충성도와 관련된 변인들을 추출하고, 각 변인들간의 관련성을 검토하였다. 본 연구는 농촌체험관광에 참가한 청소년 424명에 대한 설문조사를 바탕으로 확인적 요인분석을 통한 변인의 타당성과 구조방정식을 사용하여 변인들간의 인과관계 및 영향력 정도를 검증하였다. 청소년들의 농촌체험관광 관련 변인들간의 인과관계를 경험적으로 밝혀낸 이 연구의 결과를 토대로 시사점을 정리하면, (1) 청소년 농촌체험관광을 보다 확대하고 효율적으로 진행하기 위해서는 관광상품의 프로그램이 강조되어질 필요가 있다. 농촌체험관광은 프로그램의 발굴과 개발, 그리고 프로그램의 운영을 위한 주민들의 의식전환과 교육이 중요함을 알 수 있다. (2) 청소들의 농촌체험관광에 대한 교육적 성과와 만족정도는 매우 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 청소년단체나 기관 차원에서도 청소년들의 농촌체험활동 프로그램 참여를 적극 권장할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있다.

순차적 최적화를 이용한 공중발사 로켓 시스템 대안 분석

임무분석, 단배분, 추진해석, 형상, 공력해석, 중량해석 그리고 궤적해석을 포함하는 발사체 개념설계 과정을 정립하였다. 개념설계 결과, 1단에 Hybrid Engine을 적용한 초음속 (M=1.5) 공중발사 로켓이 설계되었다. 최상의 시스템 대안을 선택하기 위해서, 순차적 최적화를 이용하여 1단 추진 시스템 형태와 발사속도에 대한 trade study와 baseline 공중 발사 로켓의 타당성 검토가 수행되었다. Trade study 결과, 공중발사 로켓 시스템에서 가장 중요한 요소인 총 중량과 단위 위성중량 당 총 중량 비가 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 따라서 초음속 발사에서 안전성을 지닌 Baseline 공중발사 로켓 시스템이 타당한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Conceptual design process is defined for the air-launching rocket by including analysis modules like mission analysis, staging, propulsion analysis, configuration, weight analysis, aerodynamics analysis and trajectory analysis. As a result of the conceptual design, the supersonic(M=1.5) air-launching rocket with hybrid engine for first stage propulsion system is designed. For the best system alternative selection, trade study for the lst stage engine type and launching speeds using sequential optimization and confirming feasibility of baseline air-launching rocket has been performed. As a result of trade study, all alternatives are competitive in total weight and show only small difference in total weight per unit payload weight. Therefore, it is confirmed that the baseline air-launching rocket which has advantage in system safety especially in supersonic launching is feasible.

우리나라 농촌지도사업의 과제 - 미국의 농촌지도사업이 주는 시사점을 중심으로 -

After late 1980s, new approach is needed for satisfying with people`s various information needs and better quality of life on Korean extension service. The United States began modern extension service at first and has influenced many countries. Cooperative extension service has helped people practically by searching into people`s problem and developing various channel to diffuse. Cooperative extension adopts changes in extension service environment and puts them to use. Based on the extension service in the United States, following recommendations were suggested; 1) carrying out extension service to meet the changing needs of people, 2) strengthening the extension function of agricultural Colleges, 3) review of cooperative agricultural research and extension, 4) developing programs and management, 5) accumulation agricultural information and utilizing them.
