자기조절학습이 다양한 변수와 관련하여 연구가 진행되었으나 이를 체계적으로 정리하는 노력은 상대적으로 미약하였다. 본 연구는 자기조절학습이 정의적 특성들과 관련하여 어떠한 효과를 가지는지를 메타분석을 통해 살펴 보는데 목적을 두었다. 자료의 분석을 위해 자기조절학습이 학습자의 동기적 특성과 정서적 특성과 관련한 연구 49편을 선정하고 그 결과를 메타분석 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기조절학습과 정의적 영역 전체에 대한 효과 크기는 .375로 중간 수준의 효과크기를 보인다. 개별 별수별로 보면 자기결정성 동기가 가장 높았으며 자기효능감, 정서, 성취목표지향성 순이었다. 성취목표지향성에서는 내적 조절, 확인된 조절, 숙달접근목표 등이 비교적 높은 수준의 상관관계 효과크기를 보였다. 학교급에 따른 차이에서는 중학생이 가장 높았고 다음으로 초등학생, 고등학생, 대학생 순서이었으며, 모든 학교급에서 자기조절학습과 정의적 특성간의 관계 효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과들이 주는 이론적, 실제적 시사점들이 논의되고 있다. This study was designed to investigate effects of self-regulated learning on affective characteristics such as self-efficacy, achievement goal orientation, self-detemination, emotional intelligence, academic emotion. Researchers selected and analyzed 50 primary studies by using meta analysis. Research questions are as follows: First, what is the overall cffect size of self-regulated learning on affective characteristics? Second, what is the effect size of self-regulated learning on achievement goal orientation, self-efficacy, self-determination motivation. emotion, and emotional intelligence? 50 previous studies selected for these study issues were analyzed by CMA(Comprehensive Meta- Analysis) program. Rcsearch results from meta analysis arc as follows: First, the overall effects size for all primary stidies related self-regulated learning was .373, which is moderate. Secondly, The effect on emotional characteristics showed somewhat higher than motivational charateristics. Thirdly, unpublished dissertations showed somewhat higher effect size than the article published in peerreviewed journals. This study draws the comprehensive conclusions about the effects of self-regulated learning on motivational, emotional characteristics. The major findings of this research could be utilized as basic data for future researches and programs on self -regulated learning.
유아교육기관에서의 실내공기질 조사 및 실내활동에 따른 입자상오염물질의 농도특성

This study was performed to investigate indoor air quality and to characterize the concentration of particulate matters followed by human activities in preschool classrooms. Concentrations of PM<SUB>10</SUB>, PM<SUB>2.5</SUB>, and PM₁ were measured every 5-minute intervals by means of a dust monitor adopting the principle of light scattering. Two mini-volume air samplers were used further to measure the I/O concentration ratio of PM₁? and to calibrate the dust monitor since the photometric method often exaggerates the mass of fine particles. The calibration factor in the study environment was determined as 0.64. In the preschool classrooms, the ranges of average indoor PM<SUB>10</SUB>, PM<SUB>2.5</SUB>, and PM₁ concentrations were 51.5~117.6, 21.5~98.4, and 16.2~84.5 ㎍/㎥, respectively, while that of I/O concentration ratio was 0.8~1.3. Based on correlation analysis among various environmental parameters, PM₁ was slightly correlated with humidity (r=0.416, p<0.01). However, outdoor PM<SUB>10</SUB> was strongly related with indoor PM<SUB>2.5</SUB> (r=0.95, p<0.01), with PM₁ (r=0.94, p<0.01), and with PM<SUB>10</SUB> (r=0.84, p<0.01). The trend of PM<SUB>2.5</SUB> and PM₁ concentrations appeared to be very similar unlike the case of PM<SUB>10</SUB>. Since the elevated coarse particle concentration (2.5㎛<dp<10㎛) and the average PM<SUB>2.5</SUB>/PM<SUB>10</SUB> ratio were highly dependent on classroom activities, the parameter of PM<SUB>2.5</SUB>/PM<SUB>10</SUB> ratio was intensively studied with 7 different indoor activities in the preschool classrooms.
일 간호대학생의 지역사회 방문보건사업에 대한 실습만족도에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data in planning the nursing curriculum by analyzing attitudes and satisfactions on the practice of nursing students in the process of their visiting healthcare activities. The subjects of the survey were 234 nursing junior colligian at K city, and the questionaire was collected from Sept. 20, 1999 to Oct. 9, 1999. The results were as follows; 1) The degree of the practice satisfaction in the visiting healthcare activities appeared as 3.02 on an average, of which the practice evaluation was the lowest as 2.90, and the practice content was the highest as an 4.06. 2) The degree of the practice satisfaction by the academic years averages 2.90. There was significant difference between the sophomore and the junior subjects. 3) The degree of the practice satisfaction by the nursing satisfaction showed the significant difference(F=4.672, p=0.001). In special, practice hours, evaluation, environment, guide, and contents significantly showed the high degree of the practice satisfaction. 4) The self-practice evaluation chart didn't show the significant difference.

This study examines how to improve the hospital workers" job satisfaction and organizational commitment by analysing the hospital workers are important human resource because they are providing medical service for promotion of Public health and health service. To achieve this goal, literature survey and empirical study were performed in this study, Literature survey study about meaning of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and result of empirical study as follows. We need to consider management plan by individual trait and changing environment or system for hospital worker"s satisfaction and commitment to improve. The hospital workers have professional knowledge therefore they need impartial promotion by merit rating in doing job, when superiors have concern and care for subordinate and use democratic leadership, workers trust on superior so they are satisfied in organization and organizational commitment is getting higher.
