This study set out to complement the evaluations of environmental performance from previous study in the matter of problems, to develop an evaluation model to make more realistic analysis of environmental performance of Korea"s construction industry, and make up an evaluation program to systemize the collection and analysis of information needed for environmental evaluation. The findings were summarized as follows ; First, a building total cost assessment(BTCA) model was suggested to evaluate environmental performance by integrating the analysis results of a building in environment and economy into cost, uniform evaluation coefficient. Second, a life cycle assessment(LCA) was conducted to establish DB basic units for the input and output throughout the entire life of a building. Third, DB basic units were set up for environmental cost and life cycle cost, which were the major evaluation elements in a BTCA model, by applying the DB basic units to the input and output in an LCA. Fourth, a BTCA program was developed to evaluate the integrated environmental performance of a building.

This study was performed to determine the effects of drying methods on the quality and physiological activities of blueberry. Blueberries(Vaccinium ashei) were dried by hot-air (60℃), cyclic low pressure (50℃), and freeze drying methods. They contained high properties of carbohydrates(68.48~80.00%), crude protein(1.63~5.41%), crude fat(0.58~1.25%), and ash(0.71~1.11%) regardless of the drying methods. There were no differences in pH according to the drying methods. Browning index increased as the drying temperature increased. The L, a values of the freeze-dried sample were higher than those of the other dried samples, whereas the b value of the cyclic low pressure dried sample was higher than that of the other samples. The free sugar contents of the hot-air sample were higher than those of the other samples. Vitamin C content of the freeze dried sample was higher than that of either the hot-air or cyclic low pressure dried sample. The contents of total polyphenols and anthocyanins were higher in the freeze dried sample. The DPPH radical scavenging activity of freeze drying sample was higher than that of either the hot-air or cyclic low pressure dried sample. The result indicated that there were no differences in product quality depending on the freeze-drying and cyclic low pressure drying methods.

본 연구에서는 초고압 추출공정을 이용하여 전통적인 기존 추출공정과 비교함으로써 초고압 추출공정에 의한 블루베리의 항산화 활성 증진을 확인하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 초고압 처리 추출물의 수율이 18.48, 19.89%로 높은 추출 수율을 나타내어 일반 열수추출공정(12.36%)과 비교하여 약 1.6배의 높은 추출 수율을 나타내었다. 초고압 공정에 따른 변화 비교에서는 초고압 공정을 병행하였을 시 총 페놀과 플라보노이드 함량이 초고압 공정을 거치지 않은 것보다 다소 증가되는 것으로 보아 활성성분의 용출이 증진된 것으로 보인다. DPPH radical 소거 활성은 15분 초고압 처리한 추출물이 53.84%로 높은 활성을 나타내었으며, 환원력 역시 전체적으로 초고압 공정을 실시하였을 때의 활성이 높게 측정되었다. 추출공정에 따른 블루베리 시료의 주사전자현미경을 통해 초고압 추출이 블루베리 내부 조직까지 영향을 주어 세포벽이 깨어지면서 조직 및 구조가 변화한 것으로 판단되며, 이를 통해 수율 및 활성성분의 용출 증가가 이루어진 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 블루베리의 초고압 추출공정의 최적화를 통한 활성물질의 추출 극대화를 통해 높은 경제적 가치를 이룰 것으로 판단된다. We developed a method for improving the antioxidant activities of blueberry (Vaccinium ashei) extracts through an ultra high-pressure extraction process. Blueberries were subjected to water extraction at 60°C and 300 MPa for 5 min (High Pressure Extraction, HPE5) and 15 min (HPE15). Extraction yields obtained by ultra high-pressure extraction process were 18.48, and 19.89%, respectively. Total polyphenol contents were estimated to be 28.3, and 28.9 mg/g, whereas flavonoid contents were measured as 5.9 and 6.0 mg/g, respectively. Generally, HPE resulted in higher yields than the conventional extraction process. Further, HPE15 showed 53.84% DPPH radical scavenging activity (EDA, %) at 1,000 μg/mL. Reducing power of HPE15 showed its highest activity of 0.21. In general, antioxidant activities of blueberry increased by HPE. Therefore, HPE of blueberry resulted in higher antioxidant activity than conventional water extraction. These results demonstrate obvious advantages in terms of higher efficiency, shorter extraction time, and lower energy costs.

Recently, the problem of global warming has been recognized as an important factor in determining the growth and future of the nations industrial development. Eco-friendly, low-energy, green growth has emerged as a national growth engine in Korea. For this purpose, the relevant policies and standards are being enacted. The construction industry has execute effort to reduce energy consumption and environmental load. As a example, since 2000, there has been much study for greenhouse gas emissions infrastructure during buildings life cycle. But, there are few researches on the energy consumption on construction stage of the buildings. In this paper, presented computation process of oil consumption on apartment construction stage. Also the oil consumption of 39 apartment case was calculated. Based of results, this study was carried out correlation analysis between total oil consumption and oil consumption of detail works. correlation analysis result, the impact factor of oil consumption were foundation work, reinforced concrete work, excavation work.

Our client company announced that it will supply photovoltaic modules totaling 1.5 GWp to the No. 2 power generation company in the U.S.A. The 1.5 GWp module supply contract is a single contract in the solar power industry. The contract was the largest ever at that time. If 1.5 GWp module might be installed, the city of Dae-gu, that has about 2.5 million people, can generate electricity that can be used by the entire population. The power generation company had planned to install all of the modules that provided from our client. Its own solar power plant is scheduled to be built in the U.S.A Therefore, it was decided that the existing production capacity could not satisfy the required supply, so it was newly promoted to construct a domestic factory.
