Nonrotating swashplate assembly is a important structure part of helicopter main rotor control system. It is a important part which is transmitted actuator load from nonrotating swashplate airframe. Nonrotating swashplate assembly is a important structure part of helicopter that take charge of thrust and control force of helicopter. Therefore, static structure stability estimation is important so that this structure is optimized. In this study, it is suggested structure analysis methods of nonrotating swashplate assembly. Through result comparison of analysis result and static structure test verification, suggested static structure stability valuation method. Also, it is confirmed structure characteristics of nonrotating swashplate assembly.

A simple analytical model has been developed from the approximate solution of the governing equations for desiccant wheels. The model has been compared with a numerical two-dimensional transient model and found capable of making realistic prediction. The analytical model will be further developed to provide simple effectiveness correlations which can be useful for the rough design or long-term simulation of the desiccant wheels in DEC systems.

주로터 조종 시스템은 헬리콥터의 추력 및 조종력을 담당하는 헬리콥터의 핵심 구성품이다. 주로터 조종 시스템은 스와시플레이트 조립체, 시져 조립체, 피치로드 조립체, 가이드 등으로 구성되어 있으며 추력 및 조종력등 다양한 하중에 견디고 최적화된 피로 안전 수명을 만족시켜야 한다. 이 시스템 구성품 중 회전형 스와시플레이트는 피치로드 하중과 회전형 시져 하중에 지배적인 영향을 받는 핵심 구성품이다. 본 논문에서는 주로터 조종 시스템의 회전형 스와시플레이트 구성품에 대하여 피로시험과 FEM 결과 비교를 통해 결과의 정확성을 입증하고, 이를 기반으로 수명을 평가하여 피로 안전수명을 도출하였다. Main rotor control system is a important structure part of helicopter that take charge of thrust and control force of helicopter. Main rotor control system consists of swashplate assembly, scissor assembly, pitch rod assembly, guide, etc. And main rotor control system must endure in various load such as thrust and control force, and satisfy optimize fatigue safety life. Rotating swashplate is a important structure that influenced by pitch rod load and rotating scissor load. In this paper, it is proved a accuracy result about rotating swashplate part of main rotor control system through fatigue test and FEM result comparison. This study estimates life-time and deduced fatigue safe life time on the basis of this result.

주로터 조종 시스템은 헬리콥터의 추력 및 조종력을 담당하는 헬리콥터의 핵심 구성품이다. 주로 터 조종 시스템은 스와시플레이트 조립체, 시져 조립체, 피치로드 조립체, 가이드 등으로 구성되어 있으며 추력 및 조종력 등 다양한 하중에 견디고 최적화된 피로 안전 수명을 만족시켜야 한다. 이 시스템 구성품 중 회전형 스와시플레이트는 피치로드 하중과 회전형 시져 하중에 지배적인 영향을 받는 핵심구성품이다. 본 논문에서는 주로터 조종 시스템의 회전형 스와시플레이트 구성품에 대하여 피로 시험과 FEM 결과 비교를 통해 결과의 정확성을 입증하고, 이를 기반으로 수명을 평가하여 피로 안전수명을 도출하였다. The main rotor control system is an important structural part of a helicopter that manages the thrust and control force of the helicopter. The main rotor control system consists of a swashplate assembly, scissor assembly, pitch rod assembly, guide, etc. The main rotor control system must endure various loads, such as the thrust and control force, and must meet the optimized fatigue safety life. The rotating swashplate is an important structure influenced by the pitch rod load and rotating scissor load. In this paper, the accuracy of a result about the rotating swashplate part of the main rotor control system is proven through comparison between fatigue test and FEM results. Based on this result, we estimate the lifetime and deduce the fatigue safe lifetime.
연료전지 구동 지열원 히트펌프 냉ㆍ난방 시스템 성능에 관한 해석적 연구

In the present study, the simulation for the annual operation of the fuel cell driven ground source heat pump system is conducted to provide the material to appraise the possibility of application of this system. The large building equipped with a heat pump system is selected as the subject of the simulation. Large buildings have the economical advantage using heat pump systems due to large load of heating and cooling. The COP for this system is affected by the load of heating and cooling and the heat source temperature. The load of heating and cooling varies with the location and direction of the building. And the operation for a long period brings about the ground temperature variation. The results show the COP variation in various conditions and operating costs of the fuel cell driven ground source heat pump system.

Mean flow and turbulence properties of developing turbulent flows in a 90 degree square bend with spanwise rotation were measured by a hot-wire anemometer. A slanted wire is rotated into 6 orientations and the voltage outputs from them are combined to obtain the mean velocity and Reynolds stress components. The combinative effects of the centrifugal and Coriolis forces due to the curvature and the rotation of bend on the mean motion and turbulence structures are investigated experimentally. Results show that the two body forces can either enhance or counteract each other depending on the flow direction in the bend.

In the present study, performances of fuel cell driven compound source hybrid heat pump system applied to a large community building are simulated. Among several renewable energy sources, ground, river, sea, and waste water sources are chosen as available alternative energies. The performance and energy cost are varied with the hybrid heat pump sources. The system design and operation process appropriate for the surrounding circumstance guarantee the high benefit of the heat pump system applied to a large community building. Th system is driven by fuel cell system instead of the late-night electricity due to the advantages of the low energy cost and waste heat with high temperature.

Ground source heat pumps are clean, energy-efficient and environment-friendly systems cooling and heating. Although the initial cost of ground source heat pump system is higher than that of air source heat pump, it is now widely accepted as an economical system since the installation cost can be returned within an short period of time due to its high efficiency. In the present study, performances of ground source compound hybrid heat pump system applied to a large community building are simulated. The system design and operation process appropriate for the surrounding circumstance guarantee the high benefit of the heat pump system applied to a large community building. If among several renewable energy sources, ground, river, sea, waste water source are chosen as available alternative energies are combined, COP of the system can be increased largely and hybrid heat pump system can reduced the fuel cost.
