일반인들의 접근이 통제되며 도시의 기반시설의 역할을 하던 신월정수장은 서남권의 대표적인 테마체험형 공원으로 조성된다. 도시민에게 휴식공간을 제공할 뿐 아니라 정수장이라는 특수한 기존 성격을 공원 조성에 적극적으로 반영하여 재활용함으로써 도시공원의 새로운 모델을 제시한다. 주변 도시구조와의 단절로 인한 밀집된 주거지의 다양한 요구를 수용할 수 없는 공간구조를 가지고 있으며, 도시속의 섬처럼 떠다니고 있다. 중요한 자원 요소인 숲을 공원의 한 요소로 생각하고 적극적으로 주변 도시구조와 연결하였으며, 도시 공원의 경계를 열고 확장하여 도시민들의 다양한 요구를 수용하고 변화에 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 공원구조를 제안하고자 한다. 장소와 재료를 활용한 계획으로는 기존의 침전조는 몬드리안 정원으로 여과조는 문화센터로 기존연못은 생태적 연못과 소리분수로 기존관사지역은 열린풀밭(Open Green Field)으로 설계하였다. The Sin-Wol filtration plant was an urban infrastructure and off-limits to the public. It is recreated as a representative experiential theme park in the southwest area. It has not only provided places to relax, but has made a new model of urban park by reusing advantages. The current lack of easy access into the park area almost isolates it like a green island. The neighborhood surrounding the park does not have many physical connections to the park to be able to use it. By connecting the surrounding communities with numerous access points into the park and linking the hiking trails and bike paths, the city's need for open space and recreation would be far better satisfied than before. This would allow for the use of the valuable assets of the existing forest and open space.

Anyang city performed a design competition for the existing paper mill site and this design is the work that was submitted to that competition. The design instructions for the competition were about an organic site which had harmony of aboveground park and underground parking lot, establishment of park planning which is fit for the features of nearby areas, and security of proper parking space. This design criteria set the design concept to a new wave of Anyang by reflecting the design instructions of prize contest and features of the site and developed it as three waves. First, the eco wave, one of three waves, means that it compose the ecological healthy park and urban environment together with restoration and preservation of Suamcheon (stream), and futhermore the waves that the natural resource are maintained in a delicate ecological balance as the water resource of Anyang city are connected to the axis of mountain resource. Secondly, the emotion wave indicates that the wave toward culture and art emotional park that stimulates and fills up the emotion to makes impoverishing modems minds fertile. Thirdly, the health wave means the waves toward a park to keep the sound of minds and bodies of Anyang citizens, and healthy and sound life as well as the waves toward a park to contribute the healthy leap and development of Anyang. These three waves will enrich the park keeping the dynamic relationship mutually and will be a new culture and art code of Anyang city.

서울시가 추진해온 대규모 공원 조성 사업의 일환으로 강북지역의 생활권 공원조성을 위하여 드림랜드 부지를 거대한 녹지의 숲과 공원이 어우러진 공간으로 계획하였다. 공간 구성기법으로 채움보다는 비움의 미학을 통하여 불확실한 도시의 변화에 대응하기 위한 잠재성을 부여하였고, 경관구성을 위하여 전통적인 서울의 산악경관 요소를 도입하고 차경하여 조망축을 형성하였는데, 유려하게 펼쳐진 한폭의 산수화 같은 한 그루의 나무, 하늘과 바람, 그리고 물과 흙의 심상이 표현되고 있다. 이것은 도시화의 계획에 배제되어 왔던 자연을 중요한 고려의 대상으로 삼음으로서, 서구도시의 건축적 랜드마크와는 차별화된 우리의 산과 구릉지 모습으로 도시경관의 지배적 랜드마크를 만드는 것이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 전통의 경관개념과 한국적 공간의 유형에서 추출한 시설배치 기법과 요소를 설계에 적용하여 기존의 도시가로와 마당과 같은 공원의 공간이 전통적 위계를 가지도록 하였으며, 도시의 확장된 오픈 필드(open field)를 통하여 공간경험의 다양성과 잠재성을 추구하여 북서울꿈의숲을 설계하였다. Seoul City planned "Dreamland" to be in harmony with the huge woods and park. It is located in the life zone in the northern region of Seoul as part of an extensive park development plan that the municipal government has promoted. The space configuration technique of the aesthetics of "Empty" rather than "Full" gives the potentiality to cope with the uncertain changes in the city. Furthermore, the traditional element of the mountain landscape of Seoul was introduced and appropriated as the axis of the landscape for landscape configuration. In that configuration, the images of tree, sky, wind, water and soil are elegantly unfolded like a landscape painting. The purpose was to create a dominant landmark in the city landscape with the figures of Korean mountains and hills which were differentiated from architectural landmarks in the western cities by making nature, which was excluded from the urbanization plans up to now, an important subject for consideration. As a result, this study madethe space in a park including existing yards and streets in a city have the traditional hierarchy by applying the facility arrangement technique and elements extracted from Korean space types and traditional landscape concepts. Moreover, the North Seoul Dream Forest was designed by pursuing diversity and potentiality in the experience of space using a large open field in a city.

Peutz-Jeghers syndrome is an autosomal-dominant hereditary disorder manifested by a combina- tion of mucocutaneous pigmentations and gastrointestinal polyposis. Although the polyps are believed to he benign in nature, recently it has been realized that patients with this syndrome are subject to increasing risk for the developement of malignant neoplasm during long term follow-up. When investigating the neoplastic changes within Peutz-Jeghers polyps, pseudoinvasion-epithelial misplacement, should be carefully ruled out. In this report, we present a case of a 16-year old female who was operated or for intussusception caused by Peutz-Jeghers polyp in the small intestine, which showed pseudoinvasion-epithelial misplacement, initially misdiagnosed as adeho-carcinoma. To find out any possibility of the development of malignant neoplasm, the entire gastrointestinal tract from esophagus to rectum was searched via endoscopy and intraoperative enteroscopy, and all of the polyps were removed. 경추 일자목 변형에 대한 경추 후인과 신전 움직임이 경추 시상면의 형태학적 변화에 미치는 영향: 사례연구

Background: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of morphological Change of cervical spine to apply to neck retraction and extension regarding the straight deformity of cervical spine. Methods: A 40-year male subject with straight deformity of cervical spine participated in this study. The study subject underwent a cervical lateral radiography on the static position, neck retraction and neck extension on standing. Measurement method were using computer-based digital radiogram on a picture achieving computer system forthe centroid method, Cobb's angle and Jackson's angle. Results: Neck retraction was increased kyphosis on the C2-4 with lordosis on the C5-7. Neck extension was increased lordosis on the C2-7. Conclusions: These findings suggest that neck retraction was increased kyphosis and neck extension was increased lordosis based on the straight deformity of cervical spine. Therefore, we should be consider that neck extension exercise when increased lordosis for the patients of straight deformity of cervical spine.

The classic Dieulafoy lesion is a minute ulcer that bleeds massively from an exposed vessel. Although it has been observed, for the most part, in the stomach, it has also been identified in the small bowel and colon. In the rectum, only two cases have been reported througout the world. In this report, we present a case of a 45-yr-old male with a Dieulafoy-like lesion of the rectum who presented massive hemorrhage. This had been treated initially with endoscopic injection of pure alcohol. However, this approach ended up with rebleeding, and therefore suture ligation of the actively bleeding lesion was conducted. The exsanguinating bleeding recurred after 2.5 years after suture ligation, so surgical excision of the lesion was done at the second attack. (Korean J Gastroenterol 1995;27:261 - 266)
