CBSD를 지원하는 형상관리 모델 설계

형상관리가 소프트웨어 개발과 유지보수 단계에서 중요하게 사용되고 있다. 연구와 실제 구축을 거듭하면서 형상관리는 소프트웨어 개발의 성숙한 기술이 되었다. CBSD(Component Based Software Development)는 소프트웨어 개발의 새로운 패러다임으로 자리 잡고 있다. 즉, CBSD가 소프트웨어 재사용과 소프트웨어 컴포넌트 기술에 관한 연구로 시작되어 왔고, 소프트웨어 개발에 새로운 패러다임으로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 CBSD에 관한 형상관리 연구가 뒤따르지 못하였고, 관련 문헌도 상당히 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서 설계한 모델은 CBSD를 더 효율적으로 지원하기 위하여 사용될 것이다. 또한 본 모델은 CBSD 개념을 이용한다. 이 모델은 전통적인 소프트웨어 형상관리(SCM : Software Configuration Management)와 관련이 있고 이를 컴포넌트 환경을 지원하도록 개선시킨 모델이다.

엔터테인먼트 콘텐츠의 품질인증 방안 제안

본 논문에서는 엔터테인먼트 콘텐츠에 대하여 공인기관이 실시하는 품질인증을 확대하여 청소년들이 많이 사용하는 콘텐츠 등에 대한 품질을 강화하여 제품을 공급하는 공급자와 소비자 사이에 신뢰감을 형성하게 하여, 건전한 엔터테인먼트 산업을 발전시키고자 하는 목적을 가지고 있다. 이를 위하여 콘텐츠의 가치사슬 변화에 따른 동향을 살펴보았고, 이를 바탕으로 콘텐츠에 대한 품질인증 방안을 제시하였다.

빅 데이터가 새로운 가치 창출과 문제 해결의 핵심 엔진이 되는 데이터 중심 시대가 본격적으로 시작되고 있다. 본 논문은 빅 데이터를 활용하기 위하여 빅 데이터의 품질 확보를 위한 품질 요소 정의와 품질 요소별품질확보 전략에 대하여 논한다. 이를 위해 빅 데이터의 구축 사례, 빅 데이터의 자원 확보 방안 및 빅 데이터의 요소기술, 분석기술과 처리기술 등에 대해 살펴 보았다. 이를 통하여 빅 데이터의 품질 요소를 정의하고 품질 요소별 품질 확보 전략을 제안한다. 빅 데이터의 품질이 확보되면 기업은 대용량의 데이터에서 데이터의 재해석을 통하여 빅 데이터를 추출하고 기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 각종 전략을 수립할 것이다. Big data has a key engine of the new value creation and troubleshooting are becoming more data-centric era begins in earnest. This paper takes advantage of the big data, big data in order to secure the quality of the quality elements for ensuring the quality of Justice and quality per-element strategy argue against. To achieve this, big data, case studies, resources of the big data plan and the elements of knowledge, analytical skills and big data processing technology, and more. This defines the quality of big data and quality, quality strategy. The quality of the data is secured by big companies from the large amounts of data through the data reinterpreted in big corporate competitiveness and to extract data for various strategies.

컴포넌트 기반 개발을 이용한 LCMS 기반의 e-Learning 시스템 개발

학습 컨텐츠 관리 시스템(Learning Contents Management System)은 컨텐츠 관리와 학습자들의 학습과정 관리를 한데 묶어 융통성 있게 활용할 수 있도록 도와주는 시스템이다. e-Learning은 웹(Web)을 포함하는 전자적 기반을 이용해서 제공되는 모든 교육 체제들을 포함한다. 기존의 e-Learning 시스템은 웹을 기반으로 하여 컨텐츠를 제공하는 단순한 정보 시스템의 구축으로 학습자 및 교수자에게 융통성 없는 시스템이었다. e-Learning 시스템의 핵심은 LCMS를 기반으로 하여 충실하게 작성된 강의 컨텐츠를 기반으로, 교수자 및 학습자의 공간대가 형성되는 원격 교육이어야 한다. 본 논문은 컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어 개발 방법(Component-Based Software Development)을 이용하여 재사용 가능한 컴포넌트 모듈을 만들고, 이를 이용하여 e-Learning 시스템을 구축한다. 그리고 새로운 컨텐츠 묶음을 생성하고, 학습 객체(Learning Object)를 통한 학습 코스를 개발할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 SCORM 표준을 준수하여 강의 컨텐츠를 설계하고 작성하여 학습자에 제공한다. 학습자에게는 자신의 역량을 관리하는 프로파일을 만들고, 개인의 역량 수준을 측정하고 평가하여 학습자의 역량 수준별로 필요 역량을 개발할 수 있는 역량개발 수립을 구축하는 프로토타입을 만들고, 이를 교육 훈련과 연계하는 시스템으로 구축한다. Learning Contents Management System(LCMS) manages the contents and the process of learning by incorporating the both in a flexible system to help learners to be able to utilize them efficiently. The e-Learning comprises all types of educations based on electronic technologies as well as the Web. The existing e-Learning system is a simple information system providing Web based contents, therefore, it cannot support flexibility for both learners and teachers. The core part of the e-Learning system should be a remote education system which creates bilateral response between the learners and teachers, by providing substantial contents based on the LCMS. In this paper, a new e-Learning system is constructed with reusable modules generated by Component-Based software Development(CBD). Furthermore, creates new contents groups and enables to develop learning courses utilizing the Learning Objects. And also, observing the SCORM standard, lecture contents are designed and prepared to support learners. Learners are supported to produce profiles which enables themselves to manage, measure, and evaluate their own capabilities, so that they can develop themselves properly in accordance with their levels, build prototypes for self development. Also a system that comprises all these individual components is suggested.

데이터베이스를 이용한 GPS 오차범위 최소화 시스템의 설계 및 구현

본 논문에서는 JPEG(Joint Photographic coding Experts Group)를 기반으로 하는 Exif(Exchangeable image file format)를 바탕으로 정지화상(JPEG)파일에 사진촬영위치정보와 방향각 데이터를 포함하는 파일을 생성하여, 사진촬영위치정보와 방향각 데이터를 데이터베이스와 연동하여 오차범위를 최소화하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 이를 위하여 위치기반 데이터베이스를 구축하였고, 위치기반 정보를 이용하여 GPS의 오차범위를 최소한으로 줄일 수 있도록 하였다. 이렇게 구축된 데이터베이스 정보를 JPEG 파일에 보정된 위치로 포함시키고, 데이터베이스를 이용한 위치정보 수정을 위해 매쉬업을 개발하여 보다 쉽고 편리하게 확인할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 위치정보 추적과 여행 사이트 소개 등 다양한 서비스 분야에서 활용될 수 있을 것이다. In this paper, we implements the system that creates files containing the photographing location information and direction data in the still image file(JPEG) as an Exif (Exchangeable image file format) based on JPEG (Joint Photographic coding Experts Group), connects them with database and minimizes the error range. For this to be possible, we built the location-based database and minimized the GPS error range by using the location-based information. The database information is included in the corrected position as a JPEG file and the mashup is developed for position information correction using the database, which makes it available to check more easily and conveniently. This system can be used in the various service areas such as tracking device and tour site introduction.

There are no exception to apply this theory into any regional society or country, by development and advance of information society, successfully introduction of informational technology application to be primary cause for continuance and development of personalities, groups and organizations, By the extending of globalism with regionalism and decentralization, the region information business which is suitable properties into that area to be developing by the government of each city and region. It was projected of the region information plan of Kimpo City according as this principle and environment, established of the object and vision for region informationalism proper to Kimpo City. Also, the object of region information are suggested as devide into executive informationalism, industry informationalism, life informationalism, educational informationalism, travel informationalism and future informationalism and refer to needful partial and detailed plan to set up the region information center of Kimpo city, built up the foundation successfully able to carry out to region information business through detailed processing plan and detailed plan of budget. Therefore, it is expected to be able to carry out for successful business of region information of Kimpo City, establishing basic plan of region information through depend upon the current, expected that this research to be the manuel for establishment of 'Kimpo City with hope, glory in 21 Century’.
