        성장에 대한 유전적.환경적 요인의 영향

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to estimate genetic and environmental factors which can effect growth, and predict final height using this factors. Methods: Correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted between measurements of height and Genetic & environmental factors through survey from 1352 child & adolescent patients. Results: Factors which have correlation with height percentile are MPH(Mid-Parental Height), NBW(Neonatal body weight), anorexia, dyspepsia, atopic dermatitis, frequency of breakfast and quality of sleeping time. MPH has moderate relation, NBW and anorexia have fair relation, and other factors have linear but poor relation. Regression equation from factors which have correlation and height percentile has 26.9% of predictive power. Regression equation considering only genetic factor has 20.4%. MPH has the most effect on height percentile. Anorexia has more effect than NBW. Other factors also have small and similar effect. Conclusions: Height of parents has the most effect on growth, anorexia, dyspepsia, atopic dermatitis, frequency of breakfast and quality of sleeping time also has effect.

        소아의 수면이 성장에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to estimate differences in physical growth according to sleep during preschool period. Methods: Difference of height and BMI percentile according to quality and quantity of sleep obtained through survey from 377 preschool children was measured using statistical method. Results: There was no significant difference in height and BMI percentile according to bedtime, rising hour, sleeping hours and sleeping environment. Children who had woken up more from scare during sleep showed smaller height percentile. Conclusions: Children who woke up more from scare during sleep could have smaller height.

        성장에 영향을 주는 유전적.환경적 요인 분석에 대한 예비 연구

        Objectives: Purpose of this study is to analyze and to estimate which and how much genetic and environmental factors have affected on growth. Also, a method of final height prediction can be developed from this study results. Methods: Correlation analysis and categorical regression analysis were conducted between genetic and environmental factors correlated with the final adult height, through survey from 171 male. Results: Mid parental height, neonatal body weight, intake frequency of beef, chicken, milk, fruits and coffee, sleep quantity and quality during the elementary school and sleep quantity during the middle school have affected on the final adult height. And a regression equation with 0.494 for coefficient of determination was obtained. Conclusions: Mid-parental-height has the most affected on the final adult height. Among environmental factors, food and sleep have significantly affected, but exercise doesn't. Among foods, meal, beef, and milk intake have remarkably affected on the final height, and chicken and fruit also have affected in some degree, but coffee has affected badly. Among sleep habits, sleep quantity during the elementary school has the most affected, sleep quality during the elementary school and sleep quantity during the middle school also have affected in some degree on final height. The younger the age is, the more sleep have affected and sleep quantity have more affected than sleep quality. Neonatal weight also has remarkably affected on the final height. Through this analysis, the final adult height can be predicted using regression equation which covers 49.4% of genetic and environmental factors.

        경희의료원 한방소아.청소년과 외래 환자의 주소증에 대한 연구(2009년 3월~2010년 2월)

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is investigate about chief complaints of pediatric outpatients in the oriental medicine hospital and search for a latest of patients and their symptom. Methods: The study was composed of 3024 new patients aged between 0 and 20 who had been visited pediatrics in Kyung Hee oriental medicine hospital from 2009 March to 2010 February. Results: In age distribution, 1 year old child have most visited, and the number of the patients have fallen sharply as age have increased. The most visited month is August, and the least is November. In systemic division of chief complaints, in order of respiratory part, growth part, restorative herb medicine part, digestive part, neurologic & psychologic part, dermatologic part visited in patients number, and in single chief complaints, in order of growth, restorative herb medicine, anorexia, rhinosinusitis, cold, atopic dermatitis, seizure & epilepsy have visited. As for age and systemic division, between 1 and 6 years old, the patients of respiratory division have most visited, more than 7 years old, growth division. As for age and single chief complaints, in 0 year old, seizure & epilepsy have most visited, between 4 and 6 years old, rhinosinusitis, more than 7 years old, growth. Growth and respiratory division have increased the most in August, restorative herb medicine and digestive division have increased the most in September. In single chief complaints, patients of growth have most visited in most of time, but in September and November patients of restorative herb medicine have visited the most. Conclusions: The most visited division was respiratory part, and the most visited chief complaints was growth. More data of patients should be accumulated for further study, and we expect more specific study would be done about many kinds of disease in basis of this study.

        SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) + FRP 복합소재 샌드위치 패널구조의 앵커지압판 개발 연구

        영구앵커 시공시 앵커의 긴장력을 지반에 분산 전달시키기 위하여 활용하는 지압판 중 국내의 경우 일반적으로 RC지압판을 활용하고 있으나 과도한 중량과 관련 기준의 미비로 인하여 시공시 다양한 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 RC지압판을 대체하기 위한 앵커설계하중 400 kN (지압판 설계하중 600 kN)에 대응하는 복합소재 앵커 지압판을 시뮬레이션과 실물성능시험을 통해 개발하였다. 지압판 성능 확인을 위한 실물성능시험은 현재 관련 표준 시험 방법이 제안되어 있지 않기 때문에 토조를 활용한 하중재하시험 방법으로 수행하였으며, 3회에 걸친 시험결과 파괴하중은 모두 850 kN 이상으로 확인되었다. 개발된 복합소재 앵커 지압판은 중량 55 kg/ea (1,000 × 1,000 × 84 mm)으로 기존 RC지압판의 중량 1,500 kg/ea (2,000 × 2,000 × 400 × 400 mm) 대비 약 4 % 수준의 경량 제품이기 때문에 시공성 향상에 따른 시공비 절감, 시공품질 향상을 도모 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Anchor bearing plates are used to distribute and transmit the tension of the anchor permanently to the ground. Generally, the RC anchor bearing plate is used. However, it suffers from many problems because it is heavy, and design standards for RC anchor bearing plates are lacking. Therefore, in this research, a composite anchor bearing plate corresponding to an anchor design load of 400 kN (bearing-plate design load of 600 kN) to replace the RC anchor bearing plates was developed through simulation and actual performance tests. An actual performance test to confirm the performance of the bearing plate was conducted through load-loading test using a soil tank, and a load of 850 kN or more was confirmed in three tests. The developed composite-material anchor-bearing plate weights 55 kg (dimensions: 1,000 × 1,000 × 84 mm) and is a lightweight product, as it weights approximately 4% of a RC bearing-plate, which weighs 1,500 kg (dimensions: 2,000 × 2,000 × 400 × 400 mm). Therefore, the proposed plate is expected to improve workability, reduce construction costs, and improve construction quality.

      • 오브젝트의 행위 명세 시각화에 관한 연구

        재사용에 있어서 객체 지향 방법론에 의한 소프트웨어 컴포넌트의 합성 방법은 소프트웨어 개발에 유연성(flexibility)과 생산성 향상에 기여한다. 그러나 컴포넌트의 구조나 오브젝트의 행위(behaviour)를 추상화된 형태로 나타내는 방법의 결여로 인해 재사용시 컴포넌트에 대한 이해에 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 컴포넌트의 구조와 행위를 소스 코드와 설계 정보로부터 추출하여 다이아그램의 형태로 시각화 시키는 행위 추상화기를 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 문제영역 분석에서 도출된 정보를 정형화하여 추후 프로젝트 완료후 재사용 부품의 선정이나 이해를 증진시키며, 프로젝트 전 단계에 걸쳐 일관된 표현기법 사용이 가능하다.

        현재, 소프트웨어 개발 비용이 점점 증가해감에 따라서, 이를 극복하고 소프트웨어의 품질 및 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 연구들 중, 기존의 소프트웨어를 새로운 소프트웨어 개발시 다시 이용하려는 소프트웨어 재사용의 개념이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 재사용 시스템 중에서 재사용 가능한 컴포넌트에 대한 검색을 지원하는 검색 시스템을 재사용 라이브러리 및 라이브러리 관리 시스템과 함께 구성했으며, 이를 통해서 원하는 컴포넌트를 쉽고 편리하게 찾을 수 있도록 지원해 준다.

        고성능 낙석ㆍ토석 대책시설용 에너지 감쇄장치 개발 연구

        본 연구에서는 100% 해외 기술이 적용되고 있는 고성능 낙석방지울타리 및 토석류 대책시설용 링형네트 시스템의 국산화를위하여 링형네트 시스템의 주요 구성요소인 에너지 감쇄장치 개발연구를 수행하였다. 개발된 에너지 감쇄장치는 파이프가2개의 강봉을 통과하며 발생하는 저항력과 마찰력, 파이프 변형을 활용하여 전달되는 인장력을 감쇄시키는 구조로 개발되었다. 개발된 에너지 감쇄장치는 시뮬레이션 분석과 실물인장시험을 통해 그 성능을 검증하였으며, 가장 효과적인 D60.5-3.2t 파이프와롤링 간격 40 mm로 구성된 감쇄장치는 52.8~60.2 kJ/m의 감쇄성능을 갖는 것으로 확인되었다. In this study on the development of energy-dissipating devices, a significant component of the ring-net system was investigated for the localization of a high-performance rockfall fence and debris flow barriers. The energy-dissipating device was developed as a structure that dissipated the resistance and frictional forces generated by the pipe passing through two steel bars, and the tensile force was transmitted by utilizing the pipe deformation. The performance of the developed energy-dissipating device was verified through simulation analysis and tensile tests. It was confirmed that the most effective dissipating device was made of a D60.5-3.2t pipe subjected to a rolling interval of 40 mm, and the device exhibited an energy-dissipating performance of 52.8-60.2 kJ/m.

        2,040 MPa급 고강도 강선을 활용한 고성능 낙석·토석 대책시설용 링형 포획망 개발 연구

        본 연구에서는 100% 해외 기술이 적용되고 있는 고성능 낙석방지울타리 및 토석류 대책시설용 Ring-Net 시스템의 국산화를위하여 Ring-Net System의 주요 구성요소인 링형 포획망 개발연구를 수행하였다. 개발된 링형 포획망은 직경 2.8 mm의 2,040 MPa급 고강도 강선을 활용하여 제작되었으며, 시뮬레이션과 실물성능시험을 통해 성능을 검증하였다. 그 결과 개발된7~19/2.8/300 링형 포획망의 3-Ring 파단하중은 79.8~329.0 kN, 3-Ring의 에너지 저감능력은 2.9~8.7 kJ로 분석되었으며, 기존직경 3.0 mm의 1,770 MPa급 강선으로 제작되는 링형 포획망의 성능과 대등한 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 기존 기술대비약 13% 저감된 자중으로 제작할 수 있기 때문에 고성능 낙석방지울타리의 경량화 및 시공성 향상에 유리할 것으로 판단된다. In this study, research was conducted on the development of Ring-Net, a major component of the Ring-Net System for the localization of a high-level debris-flow barrier, which is fully applied with foreign technology. Ring-Net was constructed using the 2,040 MPa class high-strength steel wire with a 2.8 mm diameter,. Its performance was verified through simulation and a 3-Ring Test (ETAG 027). As a result, the 3-Ring breaking load of 7-19/2.8/300 Ring-Net was analyzed to be 79.8-329.0 kN. The 3-Ring energy dissipating capacity was 2.9-8.7 kJ, which is equivalent to the performance of the Ring-Net made of 1,770 MPa class wires with a 3.0 mm diameter. However, since it can be manufactured with a 13% weight reduction compared to the existing technology, it is believed to be advantageous for lightening the high-level Rockfall & Debris Barrier and improving its construction capability.
