        임신중 교통사고 환자의 한방부인과적 임상관리법에 대한 고찰

        Purpose : With the development of society and economy, traffic accident rate is increasing accordingly. And as the number of women who are involved in social activities and driving is going up, more women in pregnancy get hurt and damaged by traffic accident. It is true that these traffic accident victims during pregnancy don't get proper treatment in western medicine due to the difficulty of instant diagnosis and positive treatment. this is where approach from the perspective of oriental OB & GY is definitely needed. So the purpose of this study is to report clinical managements of traffic accident victims during pregnancy. Methods : The patient in this case, 26-year-old, was hospitalized in order to cure neck pain and low back pain occured from traffic accident on the 13th week of pregnancy. This patient was treated with the acupunture and herbal medicine. And we investigate the clinical managements of oriental OB & GY for traffic accident victims during pregnancy. Result and Conclusion : We think that we have to take three things into account ; maintenance of pregnancy(保胎), relief(安神) and pain control(止痛) in order to manage traffic accident victims during pregnancy. And studies on concrete methods of clinical managements should be continued.

      • 원호익을 갖는 원심펌프 임펠러의 성능에 관한 수치해석

        A centrifugal pump may be considered to be composed of three parts ; a stationary inlet device, a rotating component of impeller, and a recuperating device. The fluid motions in a centrifugal pump are complex. The velocity vectors are not parallel to the walls of the fluid passages, and appreciable secondary motions occur near the impeller discharge and in the diffusing. The flows in these three parts will be interdependent and a correct flow analysis should take into account this interdependence. however, a satisfactory theory that takes into account the combined effect of all these three components on a real fluid stream flowing through the pump is not yet available. For this reason the problem is usually simplified as far as possible, retaining only the essentials. This study limited on the impeller blade design with circular are blade and its related performance analysis. The designed impeller will be described on the screen by graphic of fortran languge. In the following, flow fields in a centrifugal impeller of circular are blades with a sharp leading edge are analysed by adopting a 2nd order accuracy vortex panel method with the following assumption ; a) The flow field is assumed to be two dimensional, inviscid, incompressible, irrotational, except singular points and steady on the rotating coordinate system. b) The effect of volute easing, inlet turn and prerotation is not considered here. c) The inlet velocity along the breadth direction is also assumed to be constant in magnitude and direction. d) Dimensionless flow rate coefficient at maximum efficiency is 0.216 (Q=0.256㎥/min, r²=100㎜, b₂=15㎜, speed=200rpm) The velocity field along the circular arc blade surfaces are examined for various flow rates, blade numbers. This study shows that theoretical head can be calculated without difficulty using vortex panel method.

        구동류를 갖는 입방형 캐비티의 유동특성에 관한 연구

        Experiments were carried out for a cubic cavity flow. Contrinuous shear stress is supplied by driven flow for high Reynolds number and three kinds of aspect ratios. Velocity vectors are obtained by PIV and they are used as velocity components for Poisson equation for pressure, Related boundary conditions and no-slip condition at solid wall and the linear velocity extrapolation on the upper side of cavity are well examined for the present study. For calculation of pressure resolution of grid is basically $40{\times}40$ and 2-dimensional uniform mesh using MSC staggered grid is adopted. The flow field within the cavity maintains a forced-vortex formation and almost of the shear stress from the driving inflow is transformed into rotating flow energy and the size of the distorted forced-vortex increases with increment of Reynolds number

        Neonatal Seizures with Diffuse Cerebral White Matter Lesions on Magnetic Resonance Imaging Associated with Rotavirus Infection: A Report of Three Cases

        Rotavirus is the major cause of gastroenteritis in children under the age of 5. Rotavirus infection may lead to several neurological complications as meningitis, encephalitis, convulsion, encephalopathy, hemorrhagic shock, central pontine myelinolysis, Guillain- Barre syndrome, and Reye’s syndrome. Further, some reports have described diffuse cerebral white matter lesions on diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in neonates with rotavirus induced seizures. Here, we report on three neonates with rotavirus induced seizures with cerebral white matter abnormalities on MRI.

        This study evaluates the performance characteristics of logarithmic blade impeller, which is based on the vortex panel method. The present method is characterized by distributing infinitesimal consecutive panels of linearly varing vortex strength around a blade configuration and computing numerically vorticity strength satisfying boundary condition at control points and Kutta condition at trailing edge. The calculating results are presented velocity and pressure distribution for a 2-D centrifugal pump impeller of logarithmic blade.

        Leptin, Neuropeptide Y and Islet Amyloid Polypeptide Levels in Obese Children

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare serum leptin, neuropeptide Y (NPY), and islet amyloid polypeptide (amylin) levels in obese and normal weight children, and to investigate their correlations with anthropometric parameters and metabolic bio-marker levels. Methods: Body mass index (BMI), waist and hip circumference, blood pressure (systolic/diastolic), lipid profile, fasting glucose, and serum insulin, leptin, NPY, and amylin levels were measured in 56 children (24 obese children and 32 non-obese controls). Homeostatic model assessment-insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) values were calculated and the relationships between anthropometric variables, metabolic biomarkers, and diet-regulating factors (leptin, NPY, and amylin levels) were examined. Results: BMI, hip circumference, waist circumference, and systolic and diastolic pressure were significantly higher in the obese group than in the non-obese group (p<0.0001). Total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein -cholesterol, glucose, and insulin levels were also significantly higher in the obese group (p<0.05). On the other hand, high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol levels were higher in the non-obese group , but this was not significant. Serum leptin, NPY, and amylin levels were significantly higher in the obese group (p<0.05). Furthermore, in the obese group, leptin levels were found to be significantly correlated with BMI (r=0.379, p=0.043), and NPY levels (r=0.377, p=0.044), and amylin levels were found to be significantly correlated with insulin levels (r=0.400, p=0.048), and HOMA-IR (r=0.459, p=0.028). Conclusion: Metabolic risk factor alterations are present in obese children, and these children show abnormalities in the diet regulatory system caused by leptin, NPY, and amylin resistance. Of particular note, amylin was found to be positively correlated with insulin resistance.

      • 적응형 학습 상황에 활용된 학습분석 테크놀로지: 국내외 사례연구를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 국내외 적응형 학습 시스템 사례를 중심으로 각 시스템에 공통적으로 적용된 교수-학습의 이론적 배경과 학습분석 테크놀로지를 살펴보고, 적응형 학습을 위한 교수설계 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 1970년대 이전의 초기 교수이론들은 기본적으로 ‘완전학습(mastery learning)’과 ‘개별화’를 가정하며, 학습자의 특성 분석과 교수의 질(학습과제의 계열화), 그리고 피드백 기능을 강조되고 있다. 이러한 요소는 학습에 대한 심리학적 원리에 기초를 둔 다른 많은 교수이론에도 찾아 볼 수 있으며, 최근 학습분석 테크놀로지를 활용한 적응형 학습 시스템의 학습 모형의 기초로 활용되고 있다. 적응형 학습 플랫폼 개발에 전적으로 헌신하고 있는 에듀테크 기업들의 경우, 서비스 대상은 초등학생부터 중고등학생, 성인까지 다양하지만 인공지능의 최근 급격한 발전에 발맞추어 데이터 수집 · 분석 · 예측을 위한 학습분석 테크놀로지들을 점차 정교화하면서 맞춤형 교육 기회를 제공하는 잠재적 가능성을 제공하고 있다는 공통점이 있다. 적응형 학습 플랫폼에 활용된 학습분석 테크놀로지는 (1)학습자의 로그인 정보와 개인 정보 및 학습 수준을 저장하는 학습자 정보 데이터베이스, (2)학습지식 맵과 영역별, 난이도별 분류된 문항을 저장하는 문제은행 데이터베이스, (3)‘문항반응이론’ 지식을 활용하여 문제은행 데이터베이스에 저장된 문제들 중에서 특정학습자에게 특정 문항을 선택하여 제공하는 추천 시스템 엔진, (4)학습과정에서 발생하는 데이터를 실시간으로 수집, 분석, 처리하는 데이터마이닝 기술, (5)학습결과를 분석하여 예측과 처방을 리포팅하는 시각화 기술 등이 있다. 완전학습과 개별 학습이 빅데이터 기반의 적응형 학습 플랫폼에서 기술적으로 구현이 가능해졌기 때문에 전통적 교수설계 모형, 즉 ADDIE(Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, & Evaluation) 모형을 보완할 수 있고 ‘데이터 수집, 가공 → 분석→ 예측 → 처방’과 같은 학습분석 단계를 포함하는 새로운 모형이 요구된다.

      • 실속링이 대형축류팬의 실속방지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Axial flow fan under certain condition may stall. The rise in pressure across the impeller blade of an axial flow fan depends on the angle of attack. At a low back pressure, the air volume will be large and the angle of attack is small. The gradual increase of the back pressure approached stall zone which is not stationary but travels blade to blade passage. The resulting problems along with the severe dynamical loading of structure has demanded for research theoretically and experimentally in understanding and predicting the conditions that cause stall. In this study, methods for avoidance of stall is introduced in which stall ring is used and the stall detector in the axial flow fans has been designed to detect stalling condition with a manometer or differential pressure switch by electric mechanism.
