Since 1980s, the Third Party Logistics (TPL) has been introduced in the logistics markets. It is defined as the strategic partnership between customer and logistics service provider under the long-term contract for the purpose of accomplishing logistics efficiency with outsourcing for partsor all of the logistics functions. A meaning of logistics outsourcing focuses on the cost reduction in the only aspect of operation functions, but the aim of TPL is to obtain the competitive advantage in the strategic aspect. TPL is a much more advanced stage.<BR> The current situation of TPL in China is that market has great potentialities develops rapidly lies in the early days of development concentrates on some division. And the needs of customer for TPL differ in thousands of ways. TPL corporations develop very rapidly, and many TPL corporations are seeking collaboration to improve service ability. But the development of TPL in China has a few problems.<BR> In the aspect of demands, the need for TPL is not enough. In the aspect of supply, China lacks excellent TPL corporations. In the aspect of logistics circumstance, logistics circumstance of TPL in China is still behind the times overall, and restricts the development of TPL.<BR> To solve this problem industry and commerce corporations concentrate their competence on core business and outsource non-core business to get competitive advantage.

A study on examines a correlation between entrepreneurial opportunities perception and entrepreneurial intention for university students who major in food service for a program supported by government, school, and entrepreneurial support organization through an application of GEM(Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) and control effect of education. And then, the implications for what kinds of programs should be developed from government, school, and entrepreneurial support organization were found to increase entrepreneurial opportunities perception and entrepreneurial intention for university students.

본 논문은 CNC선반용 겐츄리 로봇의 그리퍼 설계에 대해 기술한다. CNC선반의 생산성을 높이기 위해 겐츄리 로봇의 이송속도가 빨라야 하고, 공작물을 잡았을 때 변위가 1um 이하이어야 한다. 본 논문의 겐츄리 로봇 그리퍼는 수평 그리퍼, 수직 그리퍼, 그리퍼 몸체 등으로 구성된다. 수평 그리퍼와 수직 그리퍼는 90°의 각을 유지하고 있고, 180° 회전된다. 겐츄리 로봇의 그리퍼는 가공전 공작물을 잡고 CNC선반의 척위치로 이동하며, 180° 회전하여 가공 후 공작물을 잡는다. 그리퍼는 유한요소법을 이용하여 구조해석 되었고, 그 결과를 토대로 제작되었다. This paper describes the design of a gantry robot gripper for machine tool. In order to increase the productivity of the machine tool, the transfer speed of the gantry robot should be fast, and the displacement should be less than 1um when the workpiece is caught. In this paper, the gantry robot gripper is composed of a horizontal gripper, a vertical gripper and a gripper body. The horizontal gripper and the vertical gripper are at the angle of 90°, and they are rotated 180°. Thus, the gantry robot gripper can hold the work piece before machining, move it to the machine tool chuck position, rotate it 180°, and hold the work piece after machining. The gripper was analyzed by using FEM(Finite Element Method), and was manufactured.
서울 도심부 임대주택 공급을 위한 TDR(개발권양도제) 적용에 관한 연구

본 연구는 현재 서울의 도심부에 임대주택이 입지하기 힘든 현실을 개선하고자 임대주택 건설시 소요되는 토지보상 비용을 TDR기법을 이용하여 도심부 상업지역의 개발권으로 보상이 가능한지를 시뮬레이션 해 보았다. 수용지역은 관수동·관철동 지역으로 선정하여 추가가능 용적율을 필지별로 산정 하였으며, 그 결과 전체 평균 약 340%의 추가 용적율이 가능한 것으로 나타났고, 금전가치로 약 2조원의 가치가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 송출 지역으로는 교남뉴타운을 선정하여 현 개발계획 상 일반분양 물량을 모두 임대주택으로 전환한다는 가정 하에 개발권을 산정해 보았다. 그 결과 개발권 총액은 약 911억, 52억, 43억 등으로 다양하게 산정되었으며, 수용지역의 면적에 따라 약 5%에서 1%까지의 추가 용적율로서 이양 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 일반 분양주택을 임대주택으로 전환할 때 발생하는 비용을 기회비용으로 환산하면 약 2,450억으로 산출할 수 있는데, 이 역시 수용지역의 추가 가능 용적율의 잠재가치인 약 2조원으로 충분히보상 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 향후 TDR이 도심부 임대주택 개발기법으로 도입되기 위한 실행 단계에서의 기초 자료로서의 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다. This study examined whether land cost of rental housing site could be compensated by the development rights in underdeveloped commercial area of the downtown in Seoul. Gwansu-Dong and Gwanchul-Dong are selected as receiving areas and allowable FAR in each parcel in the areas was estimated and converted into monetary value. As a result, about 340% of additional FAR(about two trillion won in monetary value) is allowable. Gyonam New Town is selected as a sending area and development rights are estimated on the assumption that all the surplus housing is completely converted to rental housings. As a consequence, total development rights are variously estimated at about 91.1, 5.2, 4.3 billion won and additional FAR of the receiving areas necessary to compensate the land cost of the sending area is estimated at 5%~1%. In addition, total opportunity cost for converting the surplus housing to rental housing is estimated at 245 billion won, which can be fully compensated within two trillion won of potential development value in the receiving area.
공작물 적재를 위한 자동정렬 및 적재장치의 설계 및 제작

This paper describes the design and fabrication of an automatic alignment and loading system for workpieces. To move a workpiece to a chucking position of a machine tool using a gantry robot, an automatic aligning device is required to load the workpiece before machining and automatically align them. The automatic alignment system was conceptually designed, and the structural analysis was performed for the main parts such as the top plate, center support, front and back support, and support shaft. Based on the structural analysis results, the size of these structures was determined. The automatic alignment system was manufactured, and the vertical movement characteristics of the workpiece up-and-down movement device and the rotation characteristics of the workpiece rotation device were experimentally examined. The result has confirmed that they operate normally.
