토지개발을 통한 우발이익은 불로소득적 성격이 강하여 사회적으로 많은 문제를 야기시킨다. 이에 따라 세계 각국에서는 이의 환수를 위한 다양한 정책들을시행하고 있다. 우리나라에서는 개발부담금 제도가 개발이익 환수를 위한 직접적 이고 대표적인 수단으로 시행되고 있다. 그러나, 현재 개발부담금 제도는 개발이익환수수단으로서의 역할이 부족하다고 판단되며, 운영상 많은 어려움에 부딪히고 있다.따라서, 본 연구에서는 해외 선진사례로 널리 인식되고 있는 싱가포르 사례를구체적으로 분석하여, 한국의 개발부담금제와 비교를 통해 개발부담금제도 개선을 위한 정책적 시사점을 도출했다. 이를 위해 먼저 개발이익환수체계 전체적인관점에서 개발이익 환수의 배경, 개발이익 환수 방법, 개발부담금제의 위상, 개발부담금 산정방법, 개발이익환수체계를 비교?분석했다.연구 결과 향후 한국의 개발부담금제가 싱가포르와 같이 성공적으로 정착하기위해서는 쉽고 간단?명료한 개발부담금제의 시행으로 납부의무자의 개발비용 예측이 가능하도록 하고 징수주체인 공무원의 업무부담을 해소하며, 부담금의 객관성을 확보하여 효율적으로 제도운영을 해야 가능할 것으로 기대된다. Since the windfall gain from land development is regarded as an unearned income, it causes a lot of problems in our society. Therefore, a variety of policies to recapturea wind fall gain are being implemented in many countries, and Korea also has the development charge system as a direct and typical way of it. However, the development charge system of Korea has a bunch of limitations on recapturing windfall gains, and is confronted with several operational problems. In this sense, the aim of this paper is to get policy implications about the development charge system of Korea by comparing with the case of Singapore, which is commonly considered as one of the best cases in the world. In order to achieve this goal, first of all, a comparative analysis about the background and methods of recapturing a windfall gain, and the institutional position of the development charge system is implemented in terms of the comprehensive windfall gain recapturing system. After this, we analyze the development charge system itself according to some specific criteria, and finally, we compare the methods of estimating development charge of two countries. The result of this paper indicates that the development charge system needs to be simplified and be easier in order to let the system embed successfully in Korea like Singapore. To put it more concretely, the system can be managed effectively by making taxpayers be able to predict the exact cost of development, reducing the burden of collectors, and ensuring the objectivity of the charge. Therefore, it is expected that this paper has a role as a fundamental data for amendment of a relevant law and rearrangement of the development charge system in Korea.

International Luxury brands are recently facing a crisis for many reasons like active online serves and easily changed lifestyle. exactly direct buying is popular. Because it offers tax free and many beneficial point for customer. If online items are inexpensive in comparison to offline things, many customers are choosing the former. Customers prioritize their values and purchase items through comparison. So international brands suggest multi-cultural space against to online market and department store. Multi cultural spaces offer nearst contact between customer and brand. It exceed selling space.multi-cultural spaces offer two more contents based on customer experience. That spaces lead new consume trend. Multi spaces are measure of stagnation in sale. At the same time spaces are leading positive effect of brand image and offering leisure activity. I studied multi-cultural space based on experience marketing and grasped the point of space. This study focus on studying that space has things which improve crisis of brand and prepare identity of luxury brand. Taking 6 example home and foreign, i analyze two side, complex of space and experience marketing. Complex side divided to feature and function. analysis of experience marketing is based on theory of Bernd H. Schmitt. through this study, multi space of luxury brand is divided to 4 space hugely. Those spaces are connected well. and spaces have many contents. but brand accepts a few customer, so relationship with customer less than other brands. to improve critical point, I think that dynamic action contents, various things are important. And finally I look for development of sustainable space.…

대학상담소 레지던트 상담자의 수련경험에 관한 질적 연구

본 연구는 기존의 석사 및 인턴 과정에 국한된 연구를 보완하고 상담자 발달 과정을 좀 더구체적으로 이해하기 위하여 인턴 후 레지던트들의 수련 경험에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 서울 소재 S대학 상담소에서 1년간 인턴 과정을 마치고 1-2년의 레지던트 수련을 받은 초보상담자들 9명을 대상으로 면접을 실시하였으며, 자료의 분석은 합의적 질적 분석 방법(CQR)을 활용했다. 분석 결과는 레지던트 수련 지원 과정 동기 및 기대, 레지던트 수련에서의 중요 경험, 레지던트 수련과정이 미치는 영향의 3개 주요 영역으로 구분되었고, 5개의 상위 범주와 총 28개의 하위 범주가 형성되었다. 참여자들은 다양하고 심각한 사례를 맡고 싶다거나 상담에 집중하고 싶다는 구체적인 지원 동기들을 보였다. 중요 경험으로는 인턴 때보다 상담에 대한 불안감이 줄어들고 내담자와 더 깊게 만나는 경험을 하였다고 보고하였다. 또한 레지던트 경험은 상담에 대한 자신감과 위기대처 능력이 증가하는 등 상담자로서의 발달과 대인관계 능력이 향상되는 개인적 성장을 도모하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 상담 수련 및 실습에 있어 초보 상담자들에게 좀 더 세분화되고 단계에 맞는 체계적인 교육이 필요함을 시사해준다. The purpose of this study was to examine the process of development among novice counselors. Research participants were nine counselors with one to two years of resident counselor program experience after one year of internship training in the same university counseling center. Participants were interviewed regarding their experiences as a resident counselor. Data analysis was conducted using CQR (Consensual Qualitative Research). Results revealed the following three major domains: the reason for appling, significant experiences, and the effect of the resident counselor program. Five upper categories and twenty-eight subcategories were also reported. Participants reported that they felt less anxiety about counseling sessions and experienced closer connections with their clients than when they were interns. Additionally, they reported experiencing growth as a counsellor and as a person during the resident training program. These findings suggest that counseling centers and counseling educational programs should provide systematic and individual programs for counseling trainees considering their developmental status.
