Graphic pattern and curves of serum protein partitioned by electrophoretic method of analysis was observed among women in normal pregnancy, puerperium and those with toxemia of pregnancy. The results : 1) The graphic pattern of serum protein revealed characteristic patterns which could not be elicited by quantitative method. 2) The graphic pattern of serum protein in pregnant women presented tall, slender and symmetrical peak of beta curve. 3) A curve in which alpha 2 and beta zone was poorly separated in women with toxemia of pregnancy. 4) A prominently tall and slender gamma peak was observed in blood serum collected from the umbilical cord of the newborn.

With increasing demand of micro mechanism and precision engineering, tolerance technology play crucial role in mechanical engineering. The ability to interpret tolerance specifications ensures manufacturer interchangeability and standardizing. Nowadays, most engineering drawing jobs are preformed by CAD software. Hence there com increasing need for interactive tools of tolerance analysis with CAD software. This study is to build graphic interactive tools for tolerance design in conjunction with CAD software. This graphic tools provide prompt menu bar by which we can input tolerance specifications of the specified geometry in the CAD screen. With the input tolerance data, this software perform Monte-Carlo simulation and tolerance analysis results are also displayed in the screen. This approach provides and promissing tools for tolerance analysis when use commercial CAD software.

Due to the inherent dimensional uncertainty, tolerances accumulate in the final assembly. Tolerance accumulation has serious effect on the performance of ECV assembly. This paper proposes a method of tolerance accumulation analysis using Monte Carlo simulation, which includes welding process in assemble process. This method can predict the final tolerance distributions of the completed assembly with the prescribed statistical tolerance distribution of each part to be assembled. With the inclusion of welding, another dimensional uncertainties due to partial melting is to be accounted as well. Partial melting of projection height was included in the tolerance propagation analysis. Verification of the proposed method was performed by making use of Monte Carlo simulation. Monte Carlo simulation results showed promising results in that we can predict the final tolerance distributions in advance before actual assembly process of precision machinery.
