      • 四象體質이 인슐린 저항성에 미치는 영향에 關한 硏究

        Objectives This study is on the influence of Sasang Constitution on insulin resistance. Taeeumin is the most important risk factor to metabolic syndrome among Sasang Constitutions. Less is known about whether Sasang Constitution is also a risk factor of insulin resistance. Methods The medical records of adults between 20 to 70, who had taken physical examination at East-West Health Diagnosis Center of Kyunghee University Medical Center from May 1st of 2007 to April 30th of 2009, were reviewed to collect the data of constitution, history(diabetes, smoking, alcohol) and physical records(waist circumference, total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL, fasting serum glucose, serum insulin). The subjects were 1655(865 of male, 790 of female). Homeostasis Model Assessment(HOMA) was used as index of insulin resistance which was defined as upper 10 percentile of HOMA-ir value(=2.9) of normal waist circumference group. At first, prevalence of insulin resistance of the subjects was analysed, and the mean of HOMA-ir between constitutions were compared, according to gender, age, central obesity and diabetes. Finally, the relative risk was analysed after adjusted for risk factors of insulin resistance - gender, age, smoking, alcohol, central obese, systolic blood pressure, total cholesterol and triglyceride. Result and Conclusion The prevalence of insulin resistance, the mean of HOMA-ir and the relative risk of insulin resistance were significantly higher in Taeeumin group than those of other groups. The prevalence of insulin resistance were 17.8% in the entire subjects while Taeeumin group had the highest prevalence(25.3%, p<0.000) among constitution groups. The mean of HOMA-ir was significantly higher in Taeeumin group, regardless of gender, age, waist circumference and diabetes except women with central obese or diabetes. After adjusted for risk factors of insulin resistance, the relative risk was significantly higher in Taeeumin group than that of Soyangin(OR=1.9, 95% CI: 1.34-2.69) and Soeumin(OR=1.9, 95% CI: 1.20-3.05). These results show that Taeeumin is one of the major risk factors of insulin resistance.

      • 綠豆 播種時期에 따른 主要形質의 品種間 變異에 關한 硏究

        우리나라에서 綠豆는 다양하게 利用되는 珍貴한 食品으로 脚光을 받고 있는데 10a當 收量은 84kg에 불과하다. 이것은 綠豆品種이 대부분 在來種이고 栽培法 改善이 他作物에 비하여 뒤떨어졌기 때문이다. 따라서 本 試驗은 生態型이 다른 9 계통을 25일 간격으로 5月21日, 6月15日, 7月10日에 播種하여 播種時期 移動에 따른 主要形質의 品種間 變異를 調査하여 品種改良및 栽培法 改善의 基礎資料로 利用하고자 實施하였다. 그 結果 播種後 開花始까지의 日數는 播種期가 지연됨에 따라 短縮되는 傾向이었고 早生種은 中, 晩生 種보다 각각 5∼8日, 10∼15日씩 빨리 開花하였다. 平均 成熟日數도 播種期가 늦어질수록 短縮되는 傾向이었고 開花始에서 成熟始까지의 期間은 生育期間中 가장 高溫으로 經過한 6月15日 播에서 가장 짧았다. 莢當粒數와 百粒重은 播種期間에 큰 差異가 없었으나 收量과 高度의 正의 相關을 보인 個體當 莢數와 收量은 6月15日 播에서 가장 많았으며 또한 어느 播種期에서나 早生種이 가장 많았다. 따라서 全南地方에서의 綠豆栽培는 生育期間이 가장 高溫으로 경과할 수 있는 時期에 播種하는 것이 바람직하며 晩播에 대한 適應性이 높고 첫 收穫比率이 높은 선화녹두와 같은 早生品種을 選拔하는 것이 바람직하다고 생각된다. This study was carried out to obtain basic information for improving cultivars and cultural practices of mungbean in Cheonnam area, To investigate the genotypic and seasonal variation for some important agronomic characters, 9 strains of mungbean were seeded three times at 25 days interval from May 21 to July 10 in 1983. Days to first flowering and first maturity in all the strains decreased as the time of seeding was delayed, but the period from first flowering to first maturity as well as plant height was shorted in the plots seeded on June 15. The early strains flowered red and matured earlier than the intermediate and late strains by 5 to 8 and 7 to 10 days, respectively. Among the different seeding dates, the plots seeded on June 15 whose the growth period phased the highest temperature resulted in the highest yield as well as the highest number of pods per plant, the most important yield component. The cultivar Seonhwanokdu which was shortest in both plant height and growth period yielded first in all the strains tested over different seeding dotes. Therefore, it would be desirable for mungbean production in Cheonnam area to seed around June 15 and select early cultivars but adapted to late seeding like Seonhwanokdu.

Being the latest with the collapse do the Soviet Union, the bipolar system between the United States and the Soviet Union were ended-the ideological confrontation and cold war area Thus, on the map do international relationships, the United States appeared as the only superpower with the European Union, Germany, China and Japan as new powers. By this now international order, the Germany was able to be unified and organized in October 1990. Considering the situation and course of the division and unification, we can find a new meaning about that both nation have tried to get rid of the obstacles and pains as derided nation into two since the end of the world war Ⅱ. German formula of unification as if is would not be applicable to Korean peninsula, however, because the situation is different-ie, the division of Korean peninsula is the result of the imperialistic sacrifice. A realistic aspect of affairs has cones for the unification policies of South-North Korea in order to make a realizable and effectual policies for the peaceful unification. The international environment which was made by the four-surrounding Great Power is being the important as a ex-fluent, ie, unification problem of the two areas can't be solved only by two peoples' efforts conquesting the division. in addition the latest days, the four-surrounding Great Powers has been intended to enlarge the effect to Korean peninsula. If is estimated that they prefer to korean peninsula as the maintenance of the status quo! Frankly speaking, without the aid of them, a prospect of the unification of Korean peninsula is opacity. By the way, if they won't change the relations of mechanics of the Northeast Asia by unification of korean peninsula, then it was obvious challenge. So, we must persuaded that unification If Korean peninsula will be profitable to their national interests and aid to make stability and peace of Northeast Asia. This study aims to analyze the latest international conditions and environment which are surrounding Korean peninsula in conclusion, we must investigate and grope the strategy for unification-diplomacy.

      • 교육과정 운영의 학교급간 연계성에 대한 유치원 및 초등학교 교사의 인식

        본 연구의 목적은 유치원과 초등학교의 연계교육에 대한 교사의 인식과 상대 교육과정에 대한 인지도를 알아보고, 교육과정 개선 방안에 대한 학교 급별 교사들의 인식을 알아보는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 유치원과 초등학교 연계 교육에 대한 학교 급별 교사들의 인식은 어떠한가? 둘째, 유치원과 초등학교 교사들의 타 학교 급 교육과정에 대한 인식은 어떠한가? 셋째, 유치원과 초등학교 교육과정의 개선 방안에 대한 학교 급별 교사들의 인식은 어떠한가? 위 내용의 문제를 위해 만 5세담임 경험이 있거나 현재 만 5세담임을 하는 교사와 초등학교 1학년 담임 경험이 있거나 현재 1학년 담임을 하는 교사를 대상으로 서울?경기 지역의 유치원과 초등학교를 중심으로 설문지를 이용한 조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 응답자의 일반적인 사항을 묻는 부분과 유치원과 초등학교 간 연계교육 필요성에 대한 교사의 인식 정도를 묻는 4문항, 상대 교육과정에 대한 인식 정도를 묻는 10문항, 유치원과 초등학교 교육과정 연계에 대한 개선방안 6문항으로 크게 3영역으로 총 20문항으로 구성되었다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유치원과 초등학교 간 연계교육 필요성에 대한 교사의 인식에 있어 매우 유치원 교사와 초등학교 교사 모두 연계교육의 필요성을 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 유치원과 초등학교 교사들의 타 학교 급 교육과정에 대한 인식은 유치원 교사는 초등학교 교육과정에 대해, 초등학교 교사는 유치원 교육과정에 대해 모두 잘 알지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유치원과 초등학교 교육과정의 개선 방안에 대한 학교 급별 교사 들의 인식은 유치원 교사, 초등학교 교사 모두 국가수준의 공동 교육과정 개발, 유아교육의 공교육화, 선행학습의 부작용 및 적기교육의 중요성 홍보, 국?공립 병설 유치원 확대, 교사 교육에서 타 학교 급의 교육 과목 및 내용 포함 등에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this research is to investigate teachers' perception of the educational continuity between the kindergarten and elementary school and to examine their understanding of the curriculum of the counterpart and that of the plans to improve the curriculum. For this research, concrete questions were selected as follows : 1. How much do the teachers understand the educational continuity between the kindergarten and elementary school ? 2. How much do the kindergarten teachers understand the improvement of the elementary school curriculum ? ( and vice versa. ) 3. How much do the teachers understand the plans to improve the curriculum between the kindergarten and elementary school ? Two kinds of questionnaire - one for kindergarten teachers who ever taught children five years old or who are teaching ones and the other for elementary school teachers who ever taught the students in the first grade or who are teaching ones - were distributed to the kindergartens and elementary schools in Seoul and Kyunggi-do. The questionnaire includes the questions about general matters and total 20 questions were made up : 4 questions on the degrees of the perception about the necessity of educational continuity between the kindergarten and elementary school, 10 questions on the perception of the curriculum of the counterpart, 6 questions on plans to improve or promote the educational continuity between the kindergarten and elementary school. The result of this research can be summarized as follows : First, as for teachers' perception of the educational continuity between the kindergarten and elementary school, both the kindergarten and elementary school teachers understand the necessity of educational continuity between the kindergarten and elementary school. Second, with regard to the relationship between teachers' perception of the understanding of the curriculum of the counterpart, kindergarten teachers don't understand the elementary school curriculum and elementary school teachers don't understand kindergarten curriculum. Third, as to the teachers' perception of the plan to improve the curriculum , affirmative answers were given to the questions regarding the high level of educational program development for kindergarten and elementary school teachers, offering public education system of kindergarten , the harmful effect over studying in advance and the publicity of the importance of the appropriate time for learning , increasing public and national kindergarten and promoting of the training for kindergarten and elementary school teachers.

      • 활력네트워크특성이 조직구성원의 태도에 미치는 영향 연구 : 직무특성의 매개효과를 중심으로

        본 연구는 활력네트워크가 직무에 대한 지각과 조직 구성원의 태도에 미치는 영향에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 자신이 활력을 받는 네트워크의 중심성, 자신에게 활력을 주는 네트워크의 중심성과 활력네트워크의 밀도가 직무특성요인인 과업중요성, 자율성, 피드백 지각에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 활력네트워크의 특성이 직무특성요인에 대한 지각을 매개로 하여 직무만족과 조직몰입에는 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 우정산업 종사자들을 대상으로 활력네트워크에 대한 응답을 얻어 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 자신이 활력을 받는 네트워크의 중심성은 과업중요성, 자율성과 피드백 지각에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 자신이 활력을 주는 네트워크의 중심성은 피드백의 지각에만 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 활력네트워크의 밀도는 직무특성 지각에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 과업중요성, 자율성과 피드백 지각은 자신이 활력을 받는 네트워크 중심성과 직무만족과 조직몰입 간의 관계를 매개하였다. 하지만 자신이 활력을 주는 네트워크의 중심성은 자율성만이 자신이 활력을 주는 네트워크의 중심성과 직무만족과 조직몰입 간의 관계를 매개하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 연구의 시사점 및 한계점, 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

      • 청소년 자원봉사활동의 적극성과 지속성이 만족도에 미치는 영향

        The mentioned research is griping on actual condition of an adolescent volunteer activities, grip the its nourishment and reach to satisfaction of positiveness and durability of volunteer activities, and there is a purpose and necessity of volunteer activities which offer highest satisfaction and useful information. We established following problems to accomplish this kind of research subjects. First, Is there a difference in positiveness of juveniles volunteer activities due to social demography characteristics? Second, Is there a difference in durability of juveniles volunteer activities due to social demography characteristics? Third, Is there a difference in satisfaction measurement of juveniles volunteer activities due to social demography characteristics? Fourth, How is the relation between positiveness, durability, and satisfaction management of juveniles volunteer activities? Address participants for mentioned research were 400 middle and high school students(200 middle school students, 200 high school students) who are the residents in Dangjin-kun, Hongseong-Kun Seosan-si. Research materials were directly distributed to the students by teacher in charge and collect them as the process, and 362 questionnaire used for analyses from the total 400 copies without non collected and copies with unreliable answers. As the address instruments, First, we used volunteer participation period index of Jo Kyung-ho(2004). This scale is organized in to 8 parts, and it represent by 3 indexes when the grade is getting high the corresponding period is getting up. Cronbach α confidence degree appeared as .775 for this scale. Second, The scale developed by Rosenberg(1965) used to measure sensibility of self-existence, which organized in to 4 indexes and 10 parts in total. It represent when getting higher grade the points are increasing. Cronbach α confidence degree appeared as .712 for this scale. Volunteer Motivative-Needs Profile developed by Francies(1982) and modified by Kwon ji seong(1998) used to examine backup volunteer satisfaction. This scale is organized into 7 scales about satisfaction with 21 questionaries each include 3 questions. Cronbach α confidence appeared in very high degree .958 for this scale. To grip the quality of positiveness, durability, and satisfaction measurement of juveniles gathered materials on average different verifications and intersection analyses, and investigated satisfaction measurement relations. We got following consequences in light of these researches. First, Related to social demography, there is a big difference appeared in continuing positiveness of volunteer service and participation process for volunteer service. Second, Durability of volunteer service of juveniles volunteer service activities depend on religion, experience of volunteer service, duration of volunteer service, and type of volunteer service activities which shows significant difference. Third, In satisfaction measurements, period of volunteer service activities, durability of volunteer activities, type of volunteer service, showing the difference of existence or nonexistence of parents volunteer service, and this shows a primary factor which gives nutrition on juveniles volunteer service activities. Fourth, Satisfaction measurement is getting high when sense of self-existence, positiveness, and durability of volunteer service activities getting high. Various results represent an important act of satisfaction measurement on positiveness and durability of juveniles volunteer service activities. When we get these research results as the foundation, to have positive and durable volunteer service, it should be in our chest and volunteer training programs should take place without fail. This training programs should accompany by in stages for long time and not just to finished it after one or two times. To success, cooperative program investors should urgently achieve these tasks and first of all volunteers and teachers should organize social welfare teachers meetings.

      • 사출 성형품 표면의 웰드라인 저감방안에 관한 연구

        초 록 사출 성형품 표면의 웰드라인 저감방안에 관한 연구 최 경 주 지도교수 : 정 상 원 기계공학과 남부대학교 일반대학원 본 연구에서는 사출 성형품 표면에 발생하는 웰드라인의 길이를 저감하기 위한 방안으로, 성형품 외관의 원형 홀 주변 두께를 감소시켜 성형 수지의 흐름을 조절하여 웰드라인 발생을 최소화하는 방안을 연구하였다. 원형 홀 구간의 웰드라인 발생원인을 성형 해석을 통하여 확인하였고, 홀 중심을 기준으로 뒷면구간에 최적의 Coring 형상과 크기를 적용하여 발생 되는 웰드라인 값을 비교하여 이를 증명하였다. 성형품 외관의 ¢20∼¢60까지 각 홀 크기별로 적용 할 수 있는 최적의 Coring 형상과 크기를 설계하여 수치화하였고, 각 홀 크기별로 최적의 두께감소율을 검증하여 발생 되는 웰드라인의 길이를 확인하였다. 이에 따라 금형 설계와 제작에 적용할 수 있는 Coring 형상과 크기를 수치화하였고, Coring 형상을 금형에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 제시함으로써 금형 제작의 원가 절감과 사출 성형품의 외관 품질향상을 기대할 수 있다.

      • 스쿠치카 섬모층에 대한 단클론 항체의 제작

        스쿠치카 섬모충은 주로 넙치에 기생하며 적절한 구충제가 없어 경제적으로 큰 피해를 입히는 기생충이다. 본 연구는 스쿠치카 섬모충에 대한 백신을 개발하기 위한 전 단계로 먼저 스쿠치카 섬모충의 항원 단백질을 동정하고 그 기능을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과 SA12, SA36, SA61, SA71과 SA81의 다섯개의 양성 hydridoma가 얻어졌다. 제작된 단클론 항체의 immunoglobin의 class는 SA12은 IgG2b, SA36은 IgG3b, SA61, SA71, SA81은 IgG1이었고 모두 kappa light chain을 가지고 있었다. 제작된 단클론 항체는 모두 38kDa의 단백질을 매우 강하게 인식하고 있었고 간접형광항체법으로 실험한 결과 38kDA의 단백질은 스쿠치카 섬모충의 섬모에 존재하고 있었다. 살아있는 스쿠치카를 이들 단클론 항체와 반응 시켰더니, SA61과 SA71에서는 강한 응집반응을 보여 큰 응집괴를 형성하면서 충체는 사멸하였다. 응집괴의 주위에는 파괴된 충체의 잔사와 함께 세포막의 섬모열만이 투명하게 관찰되는 사멸한 충체가 다수 관찰되었다. SA12에서 충체는 약간의 응집반응과 함께 움직임이 둔화되고 세포막에 손상이 보이면서 사멸하였다. 이상의 결과로부터, 스쿠치카에 다량으로 존재하는 38kDa의 단백질이 항원으로 작용하여 숙주면역반응을 일으키며, 충체의 응집, 운동성 둔화와 세포막의 파괴를 유발하는 것을 알 수 있었다. Scuticociliates is a parasite causing high mortalities mainly in juvenile Olive flounder paralichthys olivaceus and induce high economic losses in Korea. This study was conducted to identify antigenic proteins of the Scuticociliates and clarify role of the antigenic proteins for the first step in the immunological characterization of the scuticociliate for vaccination strategies. Mouse polyclonal antibody recognized 72, 52, 48 and 38kDa polypeptide. 38kDa protein showed most strong reactions which seems to be a major parasite antigenic protein. From the monoclonal antibody (MAb) production, five hybridoma of SA12, SA36, SA61, SA71 and SA81 gave positive reactions with the parasite antigen. The isotyping test revealed SA12 was IgG2, SA 36 was IgG3 and others were IgG1 and all had kappa light chain. All hybridoma recognized 38kDa protein. By indirect fluorescent test, 38kDa was detected in the cilia of the parasite. In vitro effects of MAbs on the parasite revealed SA61 and SA71 cause strong agglutination and immobilization with destruction of the live parasiites. Each agglutinated cluster contained 50 or more parasites and SA36 caused strong immobilization and lysis but no agglutination was observed. Less agglutianation was observed in MAb SA12 and SA81. Parasitic lysis was occurred within a few minutes. After 27hours, parasites lost protoplasm and lots of empty cells were observed. Conclusively, the 38kDa protein exist in the cilia of the parasite is a main antigenic protein causing host immune response, and the antibody against the 38kDa protein induce agglutination, immobilization and lysis of Scuticociliates.

      • 중학교 1학년 영어 교과서 문화 내용 분석

        The 21th century can be noted not only as the global but also as the information age, in which communication with foreigners and the necessity to do so increase rapidly. In the center of this entire situation English has established itself as a universal language. Because language reflects its socio-cultural environment, students can not fully understand or properly use a foreign language without understanding its culture. The goal of foreign language education is to improve communicative competence and, therefore, it should be accompanied with culture education. In the EFL context, however, Korean students do not have enough opportunities to directly experience English culture, prompting the need to offer some well-organized culture education in classes. The goal of this study is to analyze how many cultural contents are reflected in English textbooks and to examine their appropriateness. In order to achieve this goal, I review the literature dealing with the objectives of culture education and cultural contents, as well as official documents specifying the 7th revised version of English curriculum. Then I survey three English textbooks for the first graders in the middle schools that are currently used. I carefully examine the whole chapters of these textbooks, focusing on the cultural contents. I analyze the results of the survey by dividing them into two categories such as cultural patterns and related language skills. I present the results of the study in the following way. First, as for the cultural patterns, I find that the contents dealing with behavioral culture are more than those dealing with material and spiritual culture. Second, as for the language skills, I find that the cultural contents in the textbooks are organized in the order of speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I find that this order, which reflects the view that puts more emphasis on spoken language than the written one, is especially useful for the first graders in the middle schools who have been accustomed to spoken language-oriented education. Since it is impossible to separate language skills from culture, I suggest that the aspects of target culture should be incorporated in various forms into the learning situations. Some of the proposals that I come up with the research can be summarized as follows. First, given that the wide variety of culture makes it difficult to have them all reflected in the textbooks, I suggest that the educational authorities should establish some clear guidelines for putting cultural contents in the curriculum. I also suggest that compiling some essential contents into a culture-oriented textbook would be an efficient way to present target cultures. Second, I suggest that teachers should not only have positive attitudes toward culture education, but also be equipped with the useful teaching methods. This helps teachers enable to provide the students with various levels of cultural contents that are selected and developed for the various needs of the students.
