        메주발효에 관여하는 우량균주의 분리, 동정 및 생육특성

        전국에 분포되어 있는 우수메주를 일반분석 및 관능평가를 통해 선발하고 선발된 메주의 우수 균주를 분리 동정하여 형태학적 생육특성을 조사하였다. 지역별 메주의 성분 분석결과, 수분함량은 7.2~28.8%, 조단백질 함량은 32.7~42.3%의 범위를 나타내었다. 아미노태질소 함량은 경북지역의 메주가 770.8 ㎎%이었고, 전북지역 메주가 239.9 ㎎%로 가장 낮았다. 각 지역에서 생산된 메주로 만든 된장의 유리아미노산 함량은 전북 된장이 4,169.6 ㎎%, glutamic acid는 경북이 499.4 ㎎%로 가장 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 그리고 메주의 관능검사 결과 경북지역에서 수거한 메주가 색상, 외관, 종합적 품질평가에서 타지역과 유의성(p<0.05) 있게 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 경북지역 메주에서 분리한 균의 형태학적 특성은 gram 양성, 호기성 간균이며 운동성이 있었다. 세포의 지방산 조성중 주요 성분의 함량은 C_(15:0) anteiso 지방산이 30.7%, C_(15:1) iso 지방산이 28.9%, C_(17:0) anteiso 지방산이 13.3%, 그리고 C_(17:0) iso 지방산이 11.2%를 나타내었다. 이 균주의 identification coefficient는 표준균주와 같은 0.653을 나타내었으며, Bergey의 매뉴얼과 지방산 profile에 따라서 분석한 결과 B. licheniformis NH20으로 동정되었다. B. licheniformis NH20의 최적 생육 온도는 32℃, 최적 초기 pH는 7.0, 최적 염도는 2%, 그리고 배양시간은 9시간이었다. This study was carried out to select Meju of a good quality through general composition analysis, organoleptic evaluation, and to conduct isolation, identification, and growth characteristics of main strain related to fermentation from selected Meju. Moisture and crude protein of Meju were 7.2~28.8% and 32.7~42.3%, respectively. The amino nitrogen contents of Kyongbuk and Chonbuk Mejus were 770.8 ㎎% and 239.9 ㎎%, respectively. And also, free amino acid and glutamic acid contents of Doenjangs made from Chonbuk and Kyongbuk Mejus were 4,169.6 ㎎% and 499.4 ㎎%, respectively. The result of sensory evaluation of Mejus collected from several regions showed Kyongbuk was the most suitable Meju in items of color, flavor, appearance and overall (p<0.05). The typical properties of B. licheniformis NH20 strain isolated from Kyongbuk Meju showed gram positive, aerobic rod cell and motility. As major component among its cellular fatty acid composition, C_(15:0) anteiso fatty acid, C_(15:1) iso fatty acid, C_(17:0) anteiso fatty acid, and C_(17:0) iso fatty acid were 30.7, 28.9, 13.3 and 11.2%, respectively. It showed the same identification coefficient (0.653) compared to the standard strain. Therefore, it was identified to be B. licheniformis NH20 according to Bergey's Manual of Systematic Bacteriology and its fatty acid profiles. The optimum pH, temperature, salt content, and culture time of B. licheniformis NH20 were 7.0, 32℃, 2%, and 9 hours, respectively.

        유소년스포츠클럽 지도자의 스트레스가 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to provide basic material to improve the working environment and the benefits of the youth sports club instructor by investigating the influence of job stress of the youth sports club instructor on job satisfaction and job turnover. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, researchers selected 202 youth sports instructor at 30 youth sports club by convenience sampling method and used ‘the impact of job stress of the youth sports club instructor on job satisfaction and job turnover’ questionnaire as research tool. The data processing was done through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis by using SPSS/PC+18.0 versions for Windows. The conclusion for this study through the above procedures and methods are as following. First, among the job stresses, human relationship and communication were significantly affected on the job turnover but the characteristics of the job were not significantly affected. In other words, as the stress for human relationship and communication increases, the intention of the turnover also increased. Second, among the job satisfaction, development of expertise, pay satisfaction, interpersonal relationship and rewarding satisfaction had inappropriate influence on job turnover. In other words, as the satisfaction of development of expertise, pay, interpersonal relationship and rewarding increases. the intention of the turnover was lesser, this means that the intention of the turnover is low if the job satisfaction is high. Third, there were job stresses which were affected on job satisfaction or not. Among these, the satisfaction on development of expertise, interpersonal relationship and rewarding were significantly effective but the satisfaction on working condition, and pay were not significantly effective.

        The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship of self-realization and Self-perception according to organizational factors by a Taekwondo instructor. After the collected research data in compliance with investigation process are made a coding as its indicator and input the coded data individually into the computer, we examined through descriptive statistics analysis, standard multiple regression analysis, relation analysis by using SPSS 14.0 Version, statistics program for Windows. The following is the result. First, organizational factors and self-realization are related. Second, organizational factors and Self-perception are related.

        태권도 선수들의 성취목표달성을 위한 수행과제와 자아실현의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze two types of taekwondo players’ goal-orientedness, i.e. assignment-orientedness and self-orientedness and also determine possible associations among goal-orientedness, perceived freedom and self-actualization so that it can help golf players resolve any potential problem in exerting their own abilities amid competitions with others, and also provides a basic reference material for their better athletic ability. This study took total 257 samples from male and female teenage taekwondo players at middle and high schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi province according to stratified cluster random sampling. Data from those samples were individually input in computer and analyzed via standard multiple regression analysis using SPSS 14.0 for Window so as to determine Relationship of perceived freedom and self-actualization depending on sociodemographic characteristics. As a result, this study came to the following conclusions: First, Goal-orientednessby and perceived freedom are related. Secon, Goal-orientednessby and self-actualization are related.

        태권도장 서비스 품질이 고객만족도와 수련의지에 미치는 영향

        This research is that examine the effect on the influence of Taekwondo-gym’s on customer’s satisfaction and switching barrier of service quality to provide basic data to come up with marketing strategy of Taekwondo-gym. The 26’s Taekwondo-gyms that are located on Gyonggi-do area were set and 600 questionnaire were givens as the target of this research. Out of 560 questionnaire that were collected and 140 questionnaire that were uncertain response about consumers. Only 420 questionnaire that were used to analyze the data. As for the statistical data analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, correlation relative analysis and multiple regression were carried out using SPSS 14.0. As the result of analysis first, service quality and customer’s satisfaction of Taekwondo-gym and switching barrier of all factors were statistically significant correlation. Second, the service quality of Taekwondo-gym significantly influenced in order of Tangibles, Access, Security. Third, the service quality of Taekwondo-gym Tangibles. Security, Access, Competence, Reliability switching barriers in order to affect significant. Forth, Taekwondo-gym meet the leaders of customer satisfaction, the program switches to satisfy the order affects the switching barrier.

        비대면 스포츠시장 융합인력양성사업의 교육서비스품질 분석

        The purpose of this study was to figure out the importance and satisfaction in recognitions of Non-Face-to-Face Sports Market Convergence Manpower online education participants. In order to achieve this objective, samples were taken by using snowball sampling method among non-probability sampling methods. Total 403 data were collected in this study except data which did not respond or trustlessly responded. In data processing, via SPSS version 21.0 for window, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach"s α, frequency analysis, and Importance-Performance Analysis. The results were as follows. Items included in the Ⅰ quadrant are the practical relevance of educational information, the usefulness of the educational information, the overall design of the education platform, the appropriate difficulty of education, the experience and professionalism of the education instructor, the lecture title and composition of the education, the ease of access to the platform, the education The latest information delivery of lecture contents, reliability of education information, lecture ability of education instructors, lecture video quality of education, convenient system of education platform, and content delivery ability of education instructors were shown. Items included in Quadrant II were easy and clear lecture content, communication ability between instructors and trainees, practical relevance of education, and appropriate lecture time and lecture volume. None of the items in the Ⅲ quadrant were included, and the items in the Ⅳ quadrant were found to be the form of lectures on the platform, the acquisition of professional knowledge through education, and the provision of sufficient learning materials for the lectures.

        태권도 웹사이트의 서비스 품질과 컨텐츠 만족도 및 이용 후 행동의 관계

        This study has a main purpose that closely examines the relationship among service quality of web site, contents satisfaction and post-use behavior of Taekwondo web site. To this end, after setting of Taekwondo gymnasium manager to population, it used 477 copies as the finally research materials by utilizing the convenience sampling. The statistical techniques, which were used for the analysis of this study, included frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, by using spss win 17.0. Through these procedures, the following conclusions were elicited. First, The service quality of web site influences contents satisfaction. Second, The service quality of web site influences post-use behavior. Third, The contents satisfaction of web site influences post-use behavior.

        골프장 종사자의 감정부조화가 반생산적 과업행동에 미치는 영향: 조절초점 및 공감적 요소의 조절효과

        본 연구는 골프장 종사자의 감정부조화가 반생산적 과업행동에 미치는 영향에 있어 종사자들의 조절초점 및 공감적 요소의 조절효과를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 수도권 및 강원 지역 5개 골프장에 근무하는 종사자들을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 279부의 자료가 분석에 이용되어졌고 기술통계분석, 탐색적요인분석, 신뢰성분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석 및 조절회귀분석을 실행하였다. 본 연구에서 수행된 모든 통계적 검증의 유의수준은 α=.05로 설정하였으며, 수립된 가설을 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프장 종사자의 감정부조화는 반생산적 과업행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 골프장 종사자의 감정부조화가 반생산적 과업행동에 미치는 영향은 향상초점집단보다 예방초점 집단에서 더 강하게 나타났다. 셋째, 골프장 종사자의 감정부조화가 반생산적 과업행동에 미치는 영향은 공감 수준이 높은 집단보다 낮은 집단에서 더 강하게 나타났다. 이와 함께 연구 결과에 따른 논의 및 현장적용 방안과 후속연구 기회에 대한 내용도 제시되었다. The purpose of this study was to examine a moderating effect of regulatory focus and sympathy in the relation between emotional dissonance and counterproductive work behavior in golf club employees. A total of 279 employees at five golf clubs was conveniently selected and responded to the survey questionnaire. Data analyses were conducted including frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and moderated multiple regression analysis with PASW 18.0. An alpha level of .05 was used for all statistical tests. The results of this study indicated that (1) emotional dissonance had a significant effect on counterproductive work behavior in golf club employees, (2) the impact of emotional dissonance on counterproductive work behavior was stronger for the prevention focus group than the promotion focus group, and (3) the effect of emotional dissonance on counterproductive work behavior was stronger for the low sympathy group than the high sympathy group. Additional implications and directions for future research are discussed.

        IPA 분석을 통한 유소년스포츠클럽의 교육서비스품질 활성화 방안에 관한연구

        The purpose of this study was to provide valuable information on the youth sports club"s marketing strategy through IPA analysis on the quality of education service of youth sports club. Toward this end, a total of 250 respondents was selected using Self-administration method and responded to the survey questionnaire. 214 usable data were utilized in data analysis procedure. Data were analyzed using frequency analysis, exploratory factors analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis and IPA analysis. The result of this study were as follows. Firstly, 1 quadrant required to maintain the current situation and includes teacher"s expertise, preparation for the classes, the communication of the parents, the ability of emergency situations, the cleanliness of the facility, the stability of the facility. Secondly, 2 quadrant requires top priority and includes a variety of programs, various exercise equipment. Thirdly, 3 quadrant included the latest equipment and supplies, low cost of education and parking facilities. Fourthly, 4 quadrant included more programs than other institutions, various payment methods.

        NCAA의 진로교육을 바탕으로 본 국내 대학 학생선수 진로교육의 방향성

        The purpose of the study is to analyze the career development program of NCAA and to compare them to the ones that Korea has. Although Korea Sport and Olympic Committee has its own career development program for retired athletes, they are not focusing on the college student-athletes. Recently Korea University Sport Federation started its own career development program since 2016. However, this program is quite new and it has low awareness level among college student-athletes. NCAA came up with the concept of transferable skills, which are the skills that can be practically used at work among the skills that can be developed through sport participation. The concept of transferable skills are actively utilized in various workshops for career development for college student-athletes. There is no hard evidence that NCAA’s career development is much better than that of Korea Sport and Olympic Committee. However, the way that college student-athletes are admitted to universities are quite different from their Korean counterparts. In addition, American college student-athletes are closely monitored for their academic achievement using academic progress rate and graduation success rate. However, Korean college student-athletes’ academic achievement has never been anybody’s interest. In conclusion, the way that Korean college student-athletes are admitted to universities and how their academic achievement is monitored are as important as their career development education.
